The Constant Prince – Joseph Wenzel and his art March at the Palace 1 - 31 March 2022 Prince Joseph Wenzel I of Liechtenstein (1696-1772) was one of the most significant figures of his time. As an art collector, diplomat and strategist, he left a lasting impact on European history and the Princely House of Liechtenstein. Now, to mark the 250th anniversary of his death, the Princely Collections are dedicating a special exhibition to the Prince at Liechtenstein Garden Palace – with entry free of charge. The exhibition also marks the launch of a new annual exhibition series, MARCH at the PALACE

Absolutely beautiful inside and friendly staff. If you have the opportunity to visit inside this lovely palace, take it! It's breathtaking inside - especially the library!

Very nice garden, not a big garden, but nice. But for some reason you are not allowed to step on the grass?! Every April, the Palace hosts Art Austria with some public days, which is a nice way to view some amazing Austrian art and an opportunity to visit the palace as well. Because normally Palais Liechenstein can only be visited via prearranged tour, and it's more expensive. It's very interesting to see contemporary artworks juxtaposed with classical artwork of the palace.

Great Palais with a Public Garden for Relaxing and Walking 🌿💛🏰 During March 2023 you can visit an Exhibition in the Ground Floor for free. The Entrance Hall has beautiful Ceiling Paintings and a marvelous Horse Carriage 👍 The Palais offers also Guided Tours. Have a look at the Website!

Greatly preserved family owned palace with huge and well decorated ballroom and private collection of paintings, sculptures and furniture. There u can find Rubens’ paintings and tapestry.

Very nice, well maintained historical location. It's not so famous and a Vienna-insider tip. Very nice for relaxing during your trip through Vienna. Check out the statues and the quiet garden landscape. Check for the opening times, so you have the chance to visit the inside of the building.

The park looks amazing, a true beauty. With it's centered pond you get a clear breathtaking view of the water, the statue in it, the nature all around and the palace right there in front of you. Also worth noting is the incredible playground they have built here, really well done.

The tour was focused primarily on the cost of the items and buildings. As an artist, I was dismayed that we were rushed through the art exhibit, which meant I missed basically all the works I’d came to see. Unless you’re really posh, and like things solely based on their monetary value, skip this expensive tour!

Very large, nicely maintained property. The royal carriage, library and museum with very good collection are noteworthy. The museum had a cabinet with stone art which was really interesting.

The park is very nice and the flowers are beautiful. Sadly the weather wasn't the nicest. But if you are in the neighbourhood I recommend walking through it. Sadly I could not go inside. It has a playground so if you have kids I recommend coming here

Great place for a date! Medium sized park with lots of trees but also plenty of grass to lay out and get some sun. There is coffee to go on the premises and also near the front entrance a few buildings over. There are also some benches and a big playground.

Had a beautiful experience witnessing the Palace and its splendor deeply rooted to Vienna's Hiatory. It is still owned and maintained by the family. Great place to go with family and children.

I hiked all of Liechtenstein and then visited the Palace in Vienna. I didn’t go in, but figured it was just about the only place left of Liechtenstein I hadn’t been to yet so I had to do it.

A beautiful set of grounds and interior. A carriage of the 1800s is in the entrance hall. We had a short concert on the second floor, involving a small chamber orchestra, a tenor and a soprano, then were surprised by a ballet couple; musical scores and the dances were enjoyed by all in attendance.
