A very interesting and interactive Wiener Linien information center in the middle of the city. This is of course about the subway and of course about the innovations to the U2 and the completely new, autonomous U5. Cool thing and the topic is presented in a playfully simple way, for everyone and also for different ages. Thank you, also to the staff working there, who are always happy to help and advise any visitor if they have any questions. I'll definitely come back, as I didn't plan enough time for my first visit.

The U2XU5 information center is the ideal counterpart to the Remise Transport Museum. Here you can get to know the differences between different subway systems and understand how a subway and its construction work. The main focus is on the new construction and extension of subway lines 2 and 5. An interactive illustration shows very well how the construction works. There, everyone can build their own subway tunnel virtually and actively find out what they need to pay attention to. You can also travel back in time and see how some stations were created in recent years. All in all, a very nice exhibition in which you can happily spend 2 hours.

Very interesting and worth a visit. Most explanations are in German and English, some only in German. The entrance is free and there's good AC (it was a very hot day).

Team that is friendly to children (and also to adults) and great exhibits, experiments, etc. Top: Keeping the tunnel boring machine on track (I didn't succeed)

We had a great time! Thought it was for kids only but the two of us, 26 and 35 year olds also had an extraordinary fun experience there! You can see how subways are built and development of underground system in vienna, make your own subway lines suggestions for future and learn about why they're good/not profitable

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Viel Infomaterial.

😐 My 3yo daughter liked it and that was the purpose of our visit. Honestly I was also impressed by the Vienna model. Realistically this place misses a clear concept. You do not know what to expect and you end up with something completely unexpected. The ticket price is also hard to justify. My assumpt...
