👍👍 Amazing, special, very cozy atmosphere. It's very radical left-wing and alternative style, so only come here if this is for you. I personally love it, i could literally stay there for the whole day. It's amazing for friends to chat (and drink) for hours, or for escaping from the world for a few hour... People often mention atmosphere, people, good,

Amazing, special, very cozy atmosphere. It's very radical left-wing and alternative style, so only come here if this is for you. I personally love it, i could literally stay there for the whole day. It's amazing for friends to chat (and drink) for hours, or for escaping from the world for a few hours and study or just read. You are most definitely welcome to stay there as long as you want. This is also why the opening hours are a bit flexible, if there are no people, they might close as soon as 10pm, if there are people, they might stay open until 2am. For the food there is a 'pay as you wish' system meaning you have to pay for it as much as you want/can afford. The drinks, however, have fixed prices, which are in my opinion a bit high for the average student, but are affordable every once in a while/if you want to experience this place, and they are actually tasty. (E.g. a homemade lemonade cost 3,80)

This place has story and rather distinguishes from other bars in Vienna. It gas the pay what you wish system for food and very niderate prices for drinks. I had the polenta with curry and the portion was huge! Besides, food is always freshly prepared and it was incredibly delicious!! One of the bust currys in my life. The staff is friendly and kind, they even found time to give me some advices about happenings in the city. Definetely a place to visit in Vienna, because it is so different to everything you can otherwise see here.

Weird to have such a terrible name for a leftist cafe. Space industry is not leftist, it’s only about dominating imperialistic lol leftist ethics, imperialistic esthetics, a shame.

Very good place! Open to everyone and anyone. Alternetive place created with big heart and much love. The staff and the customers are inspiring people. You'll find great vegetarian/vegan organic food and drinks for good price, cool music playing in the background and interesting talks with people around. Glaglarin is definitely more than just a bar.

It reminded me a lot of the left-wing bars of my hometown, so a lot of tags, stickers, dim lights and a really chill atmosphere everywhere. If you're looking for a more conservative and elevated place, this is not the place to go but for a liberal, queer-friendly place with a vegan/vegetarian focus, this is it.

Good, cheap beer (Spezialbier) and good vegetarian food. You can pay as you wish for the food (They recommend 6-8€ for the dish of the day). Nice ambient and music

We had a lovely time here. When we arrived the kitchen was already officially closed, but the kind staff offered us some soup which was delicious. The atmosphere is vibrant and very cozy, felt like we could stay there for hours. There's a small but impressive leftist/anarchist/queer oriented library, and Infos about interesting cultural and political events around the city. Cash payment only, and you can choose how much to pay for the food.

Absolutely recommend: one of the nicest alternative places to eat and drink in vienna. Cafe Gagarin is run by a syndicate. The place is opposite the national bank - two different worlds are meeting in this area. Still nice that vienna has place for so much diversity.

The food is fantastic, I always stop by if I want to hangout for a bit longer with my boyfriend. They are not fast, I don’t go when I’m on a rush, I plan accordingly. They are laidback and I don’t think I should complain about speed there I just plan accordingly. They adapt everything so well to Vegan. You can taste the flavors of the food. Fantastic. Donations base even better.

Great service. We had a problem with our reservation a few blocks from the bar and they helped us a lot. As a bar has a nice atmosphere and the beer is good, but not expensive. Completely recommended if you are in the area.

Legend Says, if you greet the man with the golden curls with "JO BOSS!" , wonderful thinks happen to you. Such as internal happiness and a full beer belly ;)

Came here for breakfast. Very limited choice of food. The waiter doesn't have good English. But it's an interesting place.
