Spacious and comfortable place. Their ice creams were delicious and varied with different decorations. The waiter who served us was friendly. Although it was a summer evening and crowded, service was fast. The ice creams we ate were very tasty. Strawberry ice cream cups were delicious. It was very nice to have plenty of hazelnuts in the cup with hazelnut and Amoretto. (Ideal for nut lovers:🙂).

Wonderful breakfast in a nice restaurant, the service was very friendly. The food was great, We had avocado toast and eggs benedict along with good coffee. Will come back next time we are in Vienna!

Very good place to stay and enjoy. Menu with many different and testy stuff. Cafe staff is attentive and serves at a high level. My family had a good time.

Excellent food and service even though we were a group of 40. Staff very corteous especially Kate the restaurant manager who took geat care to make us welcome. A very enjoyable evening experience. Thank you and hope to visit again one day 🦋🌼

We were 3 and decided to order some gelato, a milkshake, a nut tart and coffee. The tart and the gelato were quite good, the coffee was ok. The milkshake not that good, it was room temperature, we expected a cold beverage so it was a bit disappointing. The service at first was good, but within a few minutes the waiter simply came with was with the check and asked us to leave because he would need the table for a bigger group. That was so far the worse and most impolite service we experienced in Vienna. The food is eye catching, but be aware of how we were treated.

Stopped by for a very late night meal & cake with a great experience & fantastic service. We had Chicken Burger which was good & Apple Strudel with White Sauce which was spectacular. A warming Orange Punch was perfect for the end of the night & it was so delicious that I spend every night wishing I had one. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A great place to relax and have some nice meal or gelato, the location is great in the beginning of Rotenturmstraße , the food is excellent and the service is very fast but there is some act from some of the staff, I consider it (individual act of discrimination) when they don’t want to serve us, may be because we are Arab, any way, I just wanted to salut Vicky who serve us on her hard work and her self motivation at her work.

The place has a nice location and the service was great. I had the grilled salmon. I asked to change the rice for potatoes and they did so free of charge. The meal was delicious.

This was one of our favorite places to eat in Vienna. The food is amazing but the desserts are the best!!!

Great choices in desserts, ice creams and sundaes. Limited choices in food but that's to be expected because the focus of this restaurant is on decadent cold treats. My friend found it a bit weird though that they wouldn't let her taste the ice cream before purchase but seeing as this particular store was on a busy street, there might be a business reason. All in all, great place!

Superb Italian pasta we tried with black tiger prawns. The dessert was stunning

Really nice cappuchino and sacher. The tiramisu was a bit bland, but still creamy. It was super busy when we visited but they made sure everyone got a table quickly.

Beautiful cafe. The desert selection was enormous here. I ordered a slice of the apple strudel and a cappuccino. Both I highly recommend getting on Vienna. I would definitely try their icecream here next time and other cakes.

Such good ice cream. Bought ice cream lemon and mango and both taste like i am eating the fruit itself. The atmosphere of the place is really nice!

We come here to taste our favourite "Ube ice". The first in Vienna together with Italian Ice selection. The Ambiance is good and our waiter is so friendly and very accommodating. Ms. Purple(Ube ice) topped up my expectation. The Ubeness blend with Italian creaminess hit the bell. 🥄🥄🥄🥄🥄

Quiet and cozy restaurant. The menu has images and the actual meal looks exactly as in the picture. The service is friendly and respectful.

Great local food. Location: very central, next to Swedenplatz metro station. Atmosphere: spacious place with modern design. Food: it was amazing experience. Love the way it was served. Usually I am not a big fan of gravy, but it was delicious! Fried onion on top was something. And of course in a hot day, beer was just perfect addition. Service: friendly and approachable staff. Price: as for the capital, it’s reasonable. Will stop by for an ice cream

The food was good, but unfortunately my chai-latte was just lukewarm. The place is big and has many tables to sit the customers. We came a bit earlier than most customers, but around 9am it got totally full. I definitely prefer the early hour with less people.

Night: 5* Breakfast: 2* Night: Took away Ice Cream was really really good. Had apple and cookies. Good price also! Breakfast: Came here for breakfast ordered Croissants and a drink only to discover that when the Croissant arrived there was no JAM or Nutella. So we had to have it dry. Less then 5/10 mins later we saw others have items with different sauces and don't understand why we couldn't be offered some of those.

Exceptional food. Ordered the Castelletto breakfast for which they brought us a lot of food, enough to share with 2 people. We also got the eggs benedict which were one of the best i have ever tasted.

Amaazing salad with shrimps. Perfectly seasoned! Great choice of ice cream flavors Highly recommended for a quick bite but also for a meal or just a coffee.
