I am very happy to have found this place. Excellent burger, portions, prices, deals and staff. I had the onionator with onion rings on the side and it was truly a delicious and juicy burger. I was very delighted with the hot sauces they has which were super tasty as well. They have a deal of a beer pitcher which includes a free order of wings which i am definitely coming back for. This place does not get the attention it deserves!

Despite being quite hungry I couldn’t bring myself to finish this unbalanced burger. One side was completely oversalted. The onion was weird. The fries almost burnt. After paying for my drink the girl at the counter handed me a plastic bottle of water. I wanted to return it and she stated „Frankly I don’t know how?“ I asked if there might be someone else who knows. She invited a colleague who informed me if I don’t buy anything else they won’t be able to change it, because it is impossible for them to hand money back to the customer in any way. Cash or card didn’t matter. Will never eat here again and can’t recommend. Just as expensive as a proper restaurant, but the service of a typical franchise like MacDonalds. (The girl at the counter was a nice person and seemed uncomfortable, unfortunately her empathy did not solve my problem as she did not speak up)

By far, the worst wings I have ever tried to consume. Burnt to a crisp with some raw peppers thrown on top. Disgusting. The cheeseburger was completely devoid of any moisture, and I gagged trying to get it down. I get that it is essentially a fast food joint but a little effort would have gone a long way.

Quite big and tasty portions. 10€ for a menu it's a good deal. There's also a plenty of space and hidden second floor above the bar. Did I mentioned , that food gas tasty and they have also a craft beer?

Cool spot at the mall to grab a craft beer. Many vegan options on the menu as well. Really friendly people working. Hammergeil.

This restaurant has decent burgers with great onion rings. The staff speaks English and was very helpful in ordering. The onion rings were really hot and crunchy. Personally I found them a bit big but I think they are good. The seating area is part of the Wien Mitte Mall and you can also sit anywhere. There are toilets on the same floor and the metro station is 2 floors down.

Wait a minute, this place having a 3.9 rating is a crime in my opinion My city airport train dropped me at landstabe station and down the mall I walked in so hungry. I wanted to try something to fill my stomach. I saw the good old McDonald's and this place next to it. I dropped said hello to the friendly waitress and ordered wings and asked them to make them spicy. Now came a bowl of spicy hot wings and fries. They were spicy as hell just as I wanted it to be and the taste was amazing. This must be on the hall of Fame of hot wings that good !!! 100 percent recommend this place to any hot wings in this town !

I ordered a classic cheeseburger and got something that has guacamole! Meat was salty, fat, and the bread was brushed with fat. Steaks fried was normal french fries. Sauces and condiments were good. Location is good and staff were friendly.

Its a self service place. Wait time is a little long. The staff were pleasant. They had the usual classic meat burgers as well as some interesting vegan options. We had a vegan with barbecue sauce . The patty was very good. The burger didnt havd fries,we had to order fries separately. We also had chicken wings, and an in-house ice tea. The wings and fries were too salty for me. The chicken was actually very good quality and portion was pretty big, 9 pieces for 7euros. The icetea was a little insipid. Overall, it was a good experience and we'll go again. They didn't have mustard, only ketchup.

Dropped in for a quick bite with my son on our visit to Vienna on 3/1/2023. Situated in the mall across from our hotel in the food court we found this burger outlet to be very convenient for a quick bite in a hurry. We had the Angus steakhouse burger with chips and bbq ribs with chips. As a side we chose CCC jalapeños. I also had a beer called the house Zwickl. Both the burger and ribs had great flavour and the portion sizes were very adequate. The price range was most probably moderate to high considering that this would be considered a fast food outlet and not a proper restaurant - 16.99 euro for the burger and 18.99 euro for the ribs. I felt these options could be easily shared by two people looking at the portion size. A great place for a shared meal if you want a quick bite on a budget.

We went there because of the big selection of vegan burgers - they have 5 different! Almost so many as the meat burgers. I must say I was pleasantly surprised, how good they were! We had a Superfoody and a Green BBQ and they were both really good! The steak fries on the other hand could have been better.

Surprisingly good burgers that are compact in size but big in taste, proportions are excellent- almost as good as Rinderwahn, though the meat was overdone. Rest is of high quality however, the huge and insanely crispy onion rings especially. The vegan choices are actually plentiful and quite nice too, one can sense that someone put some thought into it. It is pricier compared to other fast food joints of course, but the quality is also much higher. Can only recommend!

Not usually one to post bad reviews but the crunchy fries were pretty horrible - either they had been out since yesterday or tripple fried because they had the consistency of cardboard - don’t think I’ve ever had fries like that. The burger bros no. 1 burger was tasty, but the patty could have definitely been a little thicker. The toppings and sauce were good though! Maybe I was unlucky, but if I hadn’t taken take away, I would’ve asked to remake the fries.

Was surprised how good the Bangkoks Chicken Burger was and at an affordable price! 😍 First time ever to eat a burger with bean sprouts. 💯 A must-try indeed! The steak fries is crispy. 🍟 The truffle mayo is very interesting. I definitely recommend! ❤️

Loved the cheeseburger I got it with fries, the fries where amazing and crunchy and the burger looked amazing and tasted the great definitely will go here again and really recommend
