Great
studio,
I
can
recommend
it!
The
studio
is
geographically
very
well
located,
close
to
the
"Filmcasino",
just
a
block
away
from
an
antique
dealer
that
I
often
visit
after
training.
The
rooms
are
modernly
furnished,
bright,
there
is
water,
lemon
water,
reading
material,
protein
drinks
in
3
flavors,
protein
bars,
...
During
your
first
training
you
will
receive
great
advice
about
the
technology
(EMS)
and
how
it
can
help
with
your
personal
fitness
goals.
You
will
be
well
advised
on
the
different
subscription
packages
to
find
the
most
suitable
one.
It
is
important
that
you
get
something
out
of
it,
which
I
think
is
very
good.
The
equipment
is
great,
the
studio
never
stands
still!
I
started
when
they
still
had
the
stand-up
machines
with
cables
leading
to
the
trainees,
now
there
are
non-cabled
suits
that
enable
new
training
-
so
it
now
happens
that
the
trainer
says,
for
example,
"and
now
we're
jogging
through
the
studio".
The
trainers
value
your
own
comfort,
respond
to
feedback
or,
in
the
case
of
the
suit,
provide
you
with
pads
for
better
contact
quality.
Trainees
who
feel
uncomfortable
with
the
control
device
on
their
backs
(generating
heat)
can
receive
a
backpack
for
training
upon
request.
The
trainers
(currently
Olli
and
Tito)
are
both
very
enthusiastic
and
each
have
a
different
trainer
character
and
approach,
which
makes
the
training
very
versatile.
Olli,
for
example,
makes
sure
that
the
trainees
are
doing
well
and
that
they
are
getting
something
out
of
the
training.
He
likes
"training
mottos",
e.g.
"We
have
to
do
more
for
the
back
in
general",
"The
triceps
are
not
a
stepchild
either",
"Go
out
of
you",
which,
in
addition
to
excursions
to
the
mottos,
also
includes
specific,
new
exercises.
Tito
is
a
young
spirit
and
wants
to
aim
high
-
his
training
often
plays
with
the
use
of
space
-
which
you
can
do
great
with
the
new
suits!
He
also
sometimes
uses
devices
(elastic
band,
ball,
...)
But
what
both
have
in
common
is
the
respect
for
the
trainees
-
both
for
their
feedback
and
for
their
general
well-being,
which
I
think
is
very
good.
Her
training
approach
is
holistic.
You
will
also
continue
to
educate
yourself
regarding
methodology
and
region-specific
exercises.
The
trainings
are
always
accompanied
by
music,
but
not
the
typical
run-of-the-mill
gym
music,
but
always
something
different,
special,
across
all
genres.
I
like!
The
trainers
also
occasionally
give
you
exciting
background
knowledge
about
Bodystreet
itself,
life
as
a
franchisee,
the
“EMS”
technology,
innovations
in
equipment
and
training,
etc.,
which
I
really
like
as
an
interested
person
who
likes
to
think
outside
the
box!
If
you
don't
know
"EMS
training"
yet
and
want
to
try
it
out,
you
should
do
so
in
this
studio!
