Nice place to have a drink or ten in summer. You have to try through the different suppliers, to find out, where the best cocktails are mixed. Food is also very different, depending on where you order, but overall not bad. Sitc may sometimes be rather crowded, but I managed to find a place to sit on each occasion. The location is one of very few in the inner city with a breeze even in midsummer - very refreshing!

A very nice outdoor place to lie down and sunbathe and have a good drink !! We also attended a Cuban rumba lesson! Super !!

We had a great night again at at sand in the city, managed to net ourselves some Mexican food which was fantastic, staff of the food stall was supportive of some broken english/German. There is plenty of seating at the place and with the range of good options ect it's good for groups

What a cool idea, a man made sand box for adults in the middle of the city. Gotta check it out if you wanna take your shoes off and have a beer.

Larger area than expected, mixed crowd, decent food and drinks, but nothing to come here for. Has the character of an event food court in the sand. Prices are a bit too high for the objective drink quality. Still quite enjoyable.

First time in Sand In The City and positively surprised! We were lucky, it was not too crowded! So ordering drinks on the counter was fast and the food, I had a chicken burger, was great too!

I really want to love this place, and when I feel like spending too much money and getting a bit tipsy while I'm there I end up doing so. But before then all I can think about is how overpriced this place is, and how its disappointing there's not more variety in terms of drinks amongst the different booths. Other than that, this place is pretty fun. The vibe is relaxed, and it really is a nice place to "escape" in the middle of the city. If you don't mind paying a bit too much for weak drinks, I recommend coming here.

This is an artificial beach in the middle of the city, grill-like food and drinks. It also has a sheltered area in case the rain starts but it's like 20% of the entire area.

Very nice place to hang out, enjoy the sun and drink cocktails (and/or beer) outside. Very calm atmosphere in the centre of the City.

Nice atmosphere. Don't expect anything too fancy or hipster-like, it has more of down-to-earth feeling. But good cocktails and the food is nice too. There are various bars and food stands so there's something for everyone.
