    The man who works in this booth (on May 7th around 12:15pm) is so rude I can't believe he works dealing with tourists and sure he is losing money for this business. Asked him about purchasing city bus tour tickets. He said they only sell tickets for the red line. I ask him if there is a difference between red line and hop on/off bus line and which one he would recommend. He said he has no idea since he lives in Vienna so he doesn't need to take the tour. What a smart alic! We obviously walked away. This is who they hire to deal with tourists? He is miserable and obviously hates tourists and should work elsewhere.

    I have bought my concert ticket online and had to pick it up here. It was not easy to find this place as it is on the first floor of the nice old building across the State Opera. I was following Maps direction on the mobile and had to ask direction in order to find it. I have collected my ticket from nice ladies with excellent English.

    I do not recommend to buy any ticket from Vienna Ticket Office. This is what happened to me. On March I pre-booked two ticket for the Scala di Milano Theater, as a gift for my partner who wanted to see Le Nozze di Figaro Opera on October. I payed 146.00 EUR each (120,00 EUR plus the Ticket Office fee) for a amount of 292,00 EUR that I payed immediately by credit card. I did not have the chance to choice the seats, I could just select the category of the Theatre seats (I choose "D"). I did not received any warning or information about the category I selected: when I booked the ticket there were a lot of free seats and I could freely choose - I pre-booked the tickets 8 months before the representation date. The last week I finally received the two tickets... in two different Theatre areas. Me and my partner are not togheter at all: we are in two differtent dais. This is the answer I get from the Vienna Ticket Office help desk when I ask to change one of the seat: "it is not possible to change your tickets. In category D, there are only single seats available, no seats together." But they did not advise me when I payed almost 300,00 EUR to buy 2 tickets - that everybody intends togheter - 8 months earlier. I tried to change one of the ticket directly on the Scala Ticket Office, and they told me to do not buy tickets form organization like Vienna Ticket Office, that are not authorized resellers. I hope that my negative experience could be useful for you!

    I bought tickets and noticed there was a difference in price by 15 euros. Asked them to explain in an email and they did such a poor job, and even ignored my last email, that I still have no idea what the extra cost is for! Is it a processing fee? Or additional service charge (which should have been included in the original price already)?? They claim that I have a discount, which I don’t and don’t even see how applies to my situation. I would recommend anyone else to buy directly from the event and not through Vienna Ticket Office. Terrible experience, would not be ordering from them again!!

    The customer service at Vienna Ticket Office is simply outstanding. Yesterday I purchased tickets for the Spanish Riding School and when I received the confirmation I noticed that the date was wrong. I immediately sent an E-Mail asking to correct the date. Less than 24 hours later I received confirmation for the correct date and a cancellation for the mistaken date. I was simply amazed at their efficiency. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

    A dishonest office that makes you pay a huge price for almost nothing. Even if you have a problem with your reservation they still take your money (more than 55€ to me...) without any compensation. A bad service to avoid if you want to stay peace of mind.

    Compared to other ticket offices in Vienna, they are more transparent about their fees. It might seem expensive, but you have to compare the final sales price. Others just increase their total ticket price. They were really friendly, when I booked my ticket, so I do not understand the complaints of other reviewers.

    I purchased tickets to the Spanish Riding School performance online through Vienna Ticket Office before we left for our trip. In Vienna we had a sudden change of plans on Friday and it would have been very difficult to go to the Saturday (next day!) performance. Our hotel concierge suggested we call Vienna Ticket Office and I talked to Tatiana. She was amazing! The SRS did not offer ticket exchange at such a late date. Tatjana was able to sell our Saturday tickets and get us tickets for the Sunday performance! Her communication was excellent and it was one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have had in years. Many thanks!

    I was so surprise with the quality of support that I’ve got. Amazing! I was about to buy tickets for very popular, usually upfront sold out concert in very last minute. But, there were some places left and I had couple of questions regarding them. So I left the message via website chat. My expectations were that I’ll get pretty generic answers that will not help me decide. But, instead, I got a call from Vienna ticket office agent (Ana), who actually talked with me, understood my questions and concerns and took initiative to find the right answer and solution for my individual situation.     I ordered tickets for GunsnRoses in Vienna, 3 weeks before the event. They were the last ones who had tickets with normal prices. One week after the order I got the tickets posted to Budapest. Everything just went fine. I would use their service again if I go to an event in Vienna.

    Tried booking for a guitar concert in Lisbon. Made payment thinking they had confirmed tickets (or why ask for payment). Then received an auto mail saying nothing is confirmed and give us until tomorrow - so I thought thats AFTER the concert so thats useless so I went for dinner. When I arrive home at 11pm : received email at 7:53pm saying collect your tickets 20 mins before (concert at 8:30). Useless. Politely Asked for a refund and they said NO. We confirmed etc. Its a scam. I’d never use them. They should not be promising what they cant CLEARLY deliver and not taking money from unsuspecting visitors. BEWARE.

Vienna Ticket Office findet das nicht der Mühe wert seine Kunden zu informieren - toller Service für den wir über 20% SERVICEgebühr bezahlt haben!!!! 2 Wochen vor dem Termin habe ich noch angefragt und als Antwort kam, dass die Veranstaltung wie geplant stattfindet. Leider aber nicht der Fall wie wir heute feststellen mussten - die Veranstaltung wurde auf 2021 verlegt!!!
