No place to sit, rude staff, they sell ketchup for 0.50 euros which I found really weird coming from Canada. They charge you money to use the washroom even if you order food there. I ordered fish-o-filet and the fish was slightly burnt. Not impressed at all.

Busy McDonald's in Vienna. Opened late, when there are little other options. Was packed full of people when we arrived, but we were able to find a table. They stopped bringing the order to the table so I had to wait for the order at the counter. Somehow, they screwed up the order and were not very apologetic about it when I informed them.

I ordered a choco-cookie frappe with whipped cream and I got a frappe with very poor chocolate flavor (you could only feel ice) and there was also barely any whipped cream on it. And you have to pay for the toilet.

Had to pay 50c euro for the toilet, forgot to grab my voucher because I had to pee really bad and didn't want the automatic doors to close again..staff refused to reimburse me my money or give me any sauces even tho the kiosk machine said "extra sauce" which implies you should get an included free sauce with your meal, like ketchup. Since I didn't have the bathroom 50c voucher even tho I had an email payment as proof, they refused to give me money or sauce. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service at mc donald wien near st stephan cathidral. Waiting 10-15 minutes to be servered at cashier. Other people in our group in front ordered and when it came my turn they asked us to order from machine. Making a disgrimination between us. Me and my 1.5yr was waiting for food and they desited to send us back in the queue dispite serving others at front withou ticket. Worrible experience ever was trying to explain but they did not negotiate, so my money was spent else where NEVER in mcdonalts..worst experience ever.

A typical branch of McDonald's located just off a busy shopping area. Spread over 2 floors with the McCafe upstairs. The place was quite busy, however there were students asleep on the seats, so a little off putting! Don't expect delivery to your table if you use the ordering screens. Coffee and cakes were OK. There are considerably better places to visit for a coffee, but this was handy and cheap!

Make sure if you use the bathroom that you keep your receipt so you can order food and get credited back. I made the mistake of ordering food then using the bathroom and trying to get my eur deposit back which they refused

They brought us 2 salads with only one set of fork and knife. Later the waiter took away our cutlery, napkins and toilet voucher while we were eating, had to pay to go to the toilet. Pretty rude personnel as well

Multiple times within 1 visit beggars approached everyone inside eating there. Not supposed to happen, even in a mc donald's... The food was also below mc donald's "standards", soggy and not very well prepared fries, sauce in burger watery.

Made us wait 35 minutes for our food and then got mad at us for checking at 15 minutes and 35 minutes to see if it was done. I asked for a free kid’s toy for our time and they told me I would have to pay and were upset with us. Unbelievable.

I was robbed while sitting on my table. They let beggers,who are actually pickpocketers to enter and walk around and nobody does anything about it. One of them came and set next to me and didn't want to go away and used my confusion to sneak money from my pocket. I felt very unsafe in this restaurant and wish they would improve their services.

Even as a customer who spends 20€ or more in this Mc’, you have to pay extra 0,50€ for using toilet. Business on top! Very disappointed as it’s nothing but rip off 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Selected table service, was then shouted at multiple times to collect my order as I was heading up the stairs? They genuinely didnt want to walk up the stairs themselves and also did not hide their arrogance well. The order was nowhere near correct either :)

Wowww Mac D Vienna and Girls working in there kudos to you. Great service , High quality food. They have a Mac cafe & table service too. The location is very prime just few meters from St. Stefan cathedral. I always try MacD s of the places i travel. Now Vienna is on the Top of any Mac D i visited in last 20 yrs. Great work. Service was friendly and fast. The cakes had no taste and were dry at the corners. Place was a bit dirty and was really crowded. Good this is working longer than the rest of the caffes and restaurants in the town centre.

You can easily create your order from kiosks and ask them to bring your meal to your table. In this way service is extremely fast. However waiter was so rude that he barely threw our tray to our table and when we realized that one of our burgers is missing and tried to request it he didn't even look our face. At this kind of fast food chain restaurants, taste always supposed to be same. Only the service makes the difference and in our case didn't make it.

Burger and fries were ok, typical McDonald's. They didn't give you any ketchup and you also had to ask salt for your fries. They told me that they don't have any straws, it was a bit tricky to drink a shake without a straw.

It's a little bit crowded for me. Otherwise, all's good. I had a breakfast meal.

I would like to make a formal complaint about the discrimination I experienced at your branch on 23/07/03. I was in the branch yesterday and ordered a McFirst Beef Medium dish. I politely asked in German through my translator, "Could you please prepare the gluten-free bread separately from the regular bread?". The manager on duty laughed at me, as did his colleague. They both giggled and said "No". I then explained on the translation app that I have an autoimmune disease called celiac disease, which means I can't have cross-contamination with gluten, and again the manager laughed and refused to help me. His colleague also laughed and asked me if I had an allergy. I said: Yes, it is very similar to an allergy. They answered "No", whereupon I explained that all other McDonalds branches in Vienna comply with this request and there were no problems. The manager just laughed in my face and said "No", then his colleague told him to speak to the kitchen, which he eventually did. This behaviour is really disgusting and should not be tolerated. It is ableist because I am disabled and suffer from celiac disease and many other autoimmune diseases. Celiac disease is a serious matter not to be laughed at and you really need to educate your staff about the importance of food allergies and how to adapt to celiac disease.

I'm not a big fan of Macdonald's, but, when traveling, sometimes... It's very clean, (wc's as well) nice decoration and very busy (but fast service)

I had a very bad attitude from one of the clerks. On June 24, my whole day at this McDonald's was ruined by a male clerk dressed in black. I was a little late to get my food because there was no room on the ground floor, so I went to the first floor after ordering, and asked the clerk if my food was ready. He said impatiently, "I'm ready, where are you? Where were you? I didn't respond to him because of my bad language and he continued to repeat his words in a worse and worse tone! Aggressive! Very bad service!

Was actually scammed lol. Went there beacuse we were around for a trip payed for mcflurry 3 euro bur later on in the acount it was 30 euro. Got scammed so hard its crazy lmao. And its not even like we pressed 10 mc flurrys no we got one. On the receipt it said 1. I dont know if we should contact them or what we dont have the recept anymore though

THIS IS VIENNA Food: 4 stars, reason: it was a small portion compared to the UK but it was relatively cheap, €4-5 for a double cheese burger with medium fries for €3 drinks cost €2.20 for medium size, so for two people your looking at about €20.40 Service: 4 stars, only because of the toilets, you have to pay for them, so make sure to bring 50 cents change when using the toilet at this location. Atmosphere: 5 stars, amazing, quiet, was nice and airy.

The service is so fast. I payed and the next second I had my order. So did my friends. And they clean up the tables instead of you? Also they all look so so professional. Honestly the best McDonald's experience I've had in any country.

Ordered a strawberry shake and chocolate sundae. The shake did not have enough strawberry flavour and the sundae did not have enough choco sauce. Both tastes of plain milk. Avoid by a mile.

You know what you get. Quick service. There was quite a problem to find free table. The toilet is 50c, so go before ordering to use the gutschein.

Food was fine. Was not that clean. In case using toilet, pay and get a coupon which can be reimbursed while placing your order.

Today I went to this “restaurant”, and I have been to a lot of mcdonalds all around the world, and I can say that this is the worst so far. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and a oreo mcflurry… when the order was ready they messed up. When I told them that I didnt order that ice cream they keep telling me that I was wrong.. treating me like a clown. When they prepared me the milkshake they told me that the strawberry flavour was sold out (thats a lie) and the cashier (a very disrespectful brat) brought me the “vanilla” one. And after that she kicked me out of the establishment. The worst part of everything is that it wasn’t even vanillaa, it was banana. All I can say is that the cashier girl… you are a very bad person and a witch. Bye
