We had burgers. It's 14,80 EUR. Meat was good, however it's only bread meet and cheese. Not even a slice of tomato or lettuce. Chips looked like leftovers from a day before, full of salt.

So sorry but have to give a negative review for today. Maybe it was one of those days, but … I convinced my company tonight to dine shortly and casually at Heuer since I had good memories from the past. The menu for today was not impressive. I pay with pleasure for a gourmet restaurant but it didn’t do it for me. The menu was not well developed. Our table service was mediocre. Our waiter didn’t say good evening or introduce himself (expected if they are trying to re-categorize themselves to a star restaurant). He barely looked us in the eyes when serving. Overall it didn’t give me a good feeling. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Drinks were great as always.

We were only in town for a few days and were fortunate to go to Cafe Heuer. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. We would love to return!

A cosy restaurant with a good view on the Karlsplatz. The dishes can be a bit pricey, but they are worth all of it because the taste is perfect. The food is served fast by nice waiters. A good restaurant to have a lunch!

I have been invited for a dinner to this restaurant. The especial design of it make it appropriate for different type of costumer, solo, group, romantic, business, etc. Quality of food based my experience and another friend in their Heuer Dog and Risotto was not good, but another friend appreciated their fried chiken. Service was good and staff were nice and helpful. Good wheelchair access. Location is good and accessible by public and private transport.

Food was good as well as service and atmosphere (music). However, there is only one choice without meat and no fish in the menu. I leave a low review on the service because the tip was added by the waiter on top of our bill directly in the payment system without previous dialogue about it. We did not complain as it was our first evening in Vienna and were unsure if it was a standard practice. After the fact, we concluded it’s pushy.

Small portion like for hamster. If you wanna eat normally (not even much hungry) recommend order 4-5 dishes:/

Staff were kind of slow and didn't know the menu. The drinks were nice but didnt always have the same amount of ingredients.

Our hotel made a reservation for us at this restaurant when we asked for a place that could give us a Viennese experience. The server suggested some local dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The beef cheeks were especially amazing!

This place looks really nice. Outside you can enjoy the green sourrandings in the middle of the city and inside a very elegant interior. We just stayed for one drink because the place is quite expensive and it's very very crowded... This means it is also very noisy there and you have to wait long for the waiter. Make sure you book a table in advance.

We stayed for drinks only after Vivaldi concert which was nearby. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is cool

Worst fish-style soup („Waller vom Gut Dornau“) I had in years and completely overpriced. Will never eat there again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit the restaurant.

The place is nice but... The atmosphere is fun (but the music is a little loud), and would be great with a large group of friends. The food was really good (we had the fried chicken which was delicious!) and our waiter was friendly but the place was obviously understaffed on the night we were there because he was flatout. Therefore we had not wait multiple times to ask for drinks, dessert, coffee etc. When we did ask for dessert menus we were told to simply go inside and view the cakes, even though I know there were a few items on the menu that were not on display. I understand that the staff member was busy, but don't be dismissive and lazy about your job.

We were invited for a private party. Danced and enjoyed the cocktails all night! The location is really good.

Worst experience EVER!! We went for coffee for a first time. My man ordered a verlängerte schwarz. They brought us an espresso and of course cold water (it's summer so it's normal) . My man said ok i will add the water that they brought me extra to drink from the moment that they don't have the coffee that i ordered. At the end they charged us for a double espresso and when we asked why the server said that they served it in a bigger mug. Then because we didn't tip the server ( he was rude in general), he gave us 5 euros in 10 cents and 20 cents. We have a dog, they didn't even offer us water for the dog (which means that this place is not pet friendly). Then, even my daughter complained that the servers as they were passing by they smelled really bad which is something that we noticed, too. We don't recommend it at all!!!!
