The bread was Expired please give attention the Quality of the food, I would never suggest to anyone to order from this restaurant,I am telling to all the customers and the Restaurant owners,please check the food quality and specially the bread were Expired with the green stuff inside,I would never order from this restaurant,,I would give star in minus----¿¿☆~\|

It's a normal burger in my opinion, and the only good thing is that it's ready quickly and there are branches everywhere. But you can't expect a great taste and a quality burger from it.

The WiFi is really good and the staff is friendly and speaks English. The beverages are served without ice. Warning to Americans: the prices are nearly double of what you would expect to pay in the states and there are no free refills on beverages. The only reason we went there was because I needed a WiFi connection. That said, the food was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

Ordered at the kiosk display, waited bout 10 mins. Display at checkout says my order is done, go get it. No one knew about it. Waited another 10+ mins. This is not 'fast' food guys. Edit: when it was finally ready, they had forgotten 1 drink + fries for one of the menus

My rating for the veggie burger would be 3.5 Overall the place is quite good, the staff is very polite

Very expensive for what they offer and staff couldn't speak English at all so we couldn't communicate. It's a huge brand of restaurants,how can they not speak English? Disgrace

It's a Burger King, you get what you expect. Staff is friendly but sometimes seem overwhelmed. Not that crowded, so you normally don't have to wait too long.

Would be great if they had more vegan options. Their vegan burger was delicious (although I don't think that many vegans will buy from there) and their chili-cheese bites are delicious. The prices are ok. The staff is sometimes annoyed and not that helpful. And check your order before you leave, they forget some items sometimes.

The only perfect work of lady manager saved this place. She solved issue with milk shakes which done by other employee. Issue was in that, 2 milkshakes ordered, one was chockolate and other classic. We got 2 classic instead and in one glass was less drink than it should be.

The food here is expensive and not good. Burger King in the U.S. is not my favorite but at least it’s dirt cheap.

The workers are uninterested and the food is actually pretty bad. I ordered an 8 euro burger and i didn't even get one napkin to go with it, at least they were very fast in making it. The toilet uses a pin code and you have to order something to use it (coins would have the normal way of doing things, needing a pin code to open a door is something that can probably be seen in a prison). The place was somewhat dirty and personally i will avoid it in the future. Not worth my time and money!

The experience was basically non existent since the staff forgot to turn on the oil heater. Even though I was the first custumer, the staff told me that I would need to wait half an hour for the oil to heat if I wanted to order anything since they bassically forgot to turn it on. For the FAST food chain of the size of burger king that is unacceptable. Crazy... never again.

Well placed location at the crossing of multiple trams. Food as expected from this chain, hot, fast, food.

Its Burger King...in Vienna. Pretty much summs it up. Very clean inside.

The best place for my kids

They delivered me the wrong products. After 10 phone conversations, where they promised me to fix the mistake and to deliver the right order, and waiting 2 hours, I was still left with no food. After my last phone call they were kind enough to offer me my money back.
