😠 Underground except for the service. Inedible starter and poor main course. We had duck and schnitzel and to be honest, everyone cooks it better at home. To compensate, however, the prices are high. People often mention restaurant, good, time, order,

I ordered on MJAM around 22h. After 1h my order was canceled by Mjam and the restaurant owner contacted me and delivered the food to my doorstep personally!!! At 23h45!! Incredibly nice of the owner as he did not have to do this, he was not at fault and MJAM should have delivered the food. A big thank you from me, this is the first time a canceled order on MJAM was delivered like this. The owner is a legend and the food was great!!!

This was a accidental find. Stopped for coffee & dessert and the Kaiserschmarren for 2 people caught our eye. As it is made fresh there will be about a 25 min wait, however was well worth it. The serving was generous, light & fluffy, very traditional. Only big let down was the cappuccino as it was made with 0.5% milk, which was completely unenjoyable.

Classic restaurant with an elegant service and good food. The portions are of an adequate size and good if you take into account the price (not cheap for Vienna but definitely worth it after a long day of tourism). It would not hurt a bit of renovation of the decoration and a bit more of friendly attention from the staff.

Absolute tourist trap. They bring stuff, that we didn't order, and which normally is complimentary in decent restaurants (bred, water) and charge incredible amounts for it! There are plenty of better places in Vienna. Avoid!

An impudence! This restaurant offers a partly nice atmosphere, but only mediocre service mixed with partly frozen food (be careful of the dessert - the ice cream was warm) and rather bland dishes at horrendous prices, which are by no means worth it. Anyone expecting luxury or good taste will be disappointed here.

Good quality food, abundant and tasty, at reasonable prices. Charmingly decadent atmosphere. An excellent option a few meters from St. Stephen's Cathedral

Twice we’ve placed an order through Lieferando for delivery, twice we’ve been able to track the process of our order and TWICE we’ve waited till past our delivery time only to find that our order was canceled last minute. The first time was tolerable but the second time is unacceptable. If you can’t handle the added work of fulfilling delivery orders, then don’t offer it!

Good restaurant with tasty traditional Austrian dishes, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Tried here first time Tafelspitz and was not disappointed. Vienese potato and mushroom soup was very good. Their lecker Kaiserschmarren - must try! Guten Appetit! P.S. What is strange for me as they have Chech Budweiser beer vom fass and no local Austrian beer. Budweiser was not so good, may be drum was opened long time ago

We have spent a wonderful evening. The schnitzel is really good, the atmosphere is elegant and Austrian traditional. Last but not least, Mr. Kadir was very friendly, welcoming and generous. I would recommend big time!

Can't confirm the bad reviews. Our veal schnitzel was juicy and the breading was crispy and had nice bubbles. Cranberries were also available upon request. The Kaiserschmarrn was very tasty, fluffy and hot. All in all round.

Absolute failure. The 6-star restaurant plays live music with chandeliers, fine cloth napkins and violins, and serves warm ice cream and half-thawed apple strudel. The main course was okay but that doesn't make it any better. As a young guest, we make sure that you clear the table as quickly as possible. More of a restaurant for 80+. More ridiculous than high class...

The food is good, but on the pricier side.

Price performance doesn't fit at all... onion roast 22.5€ frozen vegetables and meat wasn't exactly tasty either. Meat platter (24€) were 4 pieces of different very small meat products, one of which was half a Frankfurter.... so really now with such a great hotel behind St. Stephen's Cathedral and then a meal like that is a no go... if the food is good there would be nothing wrong with the price. Then the only thing left for me to do was drink up the bottle of wine we ordered and forget everything.... unfortunately only 2 stars because the ambience and location were ok. Unfortunately everything else wasn't worth giving one star.

I could not manage to dine in the restaurant because of how rude the maitre was when we arrived... We had a reservation and he did not even give us a chance to explain ourselves, just kept telling us very rudely how the restaurant was full and we had to leave... a real pity that we could not dine there because of his bad manners because we were very excited...
