The food is not so bad to be a cheap food, but the woman attendance with black hair, she was soooooo rude and so impolite with me...she disrespected myself and other two different customers in less than 10 minutos. The worst type of people in the world.

Tasty Schnitzel, very well prepared. The fries were average. Reasonable price for the food but 60 cents for ketchup is steep.

I do enjoy the half chicken, but it can be better if they provide fork for take away.

We ordered half a grilled chicken with fries and a schnitzel menu. The chicken costed €4.40 with a discount (normal €5,50) and the schnitzel €8,30. The Schnitzel menu was over priced for the quantity as well as the quality. The service was unfriendly eating out of a styrofoam box is about the most unappetizing thing you can do. I wouldn‘t recommend this place at all.

Food was good but the dark haired lady serving is not human. She looked right through me. Very rude and to the point. No smile or engagement when she talks to you. Vile.

What can I say about this place? I think the title says it all. We tried this for lunch as the reviews were quite good. The food was ok but it wasn't anything great or something to shout about. The service was pretty terrible though and you had the feeling you were taking up space. Orders were taken and then suddenly the food was slammed down on the table and he had vanished before you got to ask for another drink it let alone condiments. It took several attempts to get their attention again and the it was more in quick passing than anything else. Good was average at best and the presentation is better at home so that says a lot. When paying you were presented with the bill and when you pulled out your card to pay there was a heavy sigh and comment regarding "I will have to do a new invoice now - are you sure you want to pay by card". Well yes, and if he had bothered to ask us before he just assumed cash he would not have needed too. Anyway - don't expect anything superb

Opens at 9.00, couldn't order anything yet at 9.55 because they didn't have anything yet.. why open at 9.00? (The ladies didn't even ask what I wanted, they just yelled at me that I couldn't get anything yet.)

The guys there are so rude! Spoke with us from behind the kitchen, barely walking to the counter. Food cost 24€, gave them 30€ and I got 1€ back! The food isn't so great either, plenty other good restaurants there at the railway station. Not recommending this one!

We enjoyed our first wiener schnitzel

This outlet in the food court of Vienna Hauptbahnhof. The order was delivered in few minutes and the schnitzel was made after I ordered and not refried or re cooked. The potato salad was also good and made the schnitzel taste better.

Expensive, Unfriendly, Ketchup and Cranberry coasts extra - no recommendation. Potato Salad defenetly not fresh.

We always buy our dinner from Wienerwald when in Vienna. It's always perfect! Freshly prepared fast service. The lady serving has an excellent memory and alway smile on her face. Thank you!
