I am sad that the best Indian food I have eaten is not in india nor in the UK, but in Austria. And I am going back tomorrow. But I will be back, not to see Viena but for the amazing food. If you are looking for Indian food don’t look further. I had the veg thali and I give it 10 out of 10.

Had a fantastic dinner here. All of the food was delicious (roti, naan, mixed appetiser plate and two vegetarian curries) and the service was lovely. Bought a bottle of wine which was perfect however we shouldn't be pushed for a bottle of water after asking specifically for tap water, especially after already purchasing a bottle of wine. Lost a star because the amount of chutney provided with the naan was barely enough for half of the naan. I look forward to returning for the quality of food and service but I really hope to see the chutney dip plate upgraded to at least an acceptable size so that I can fix my rating.

Good food, nice and very friendly staff!! We ordered appetizers and Thali (with meat). I really enjoyed the Thali because I could try different types of curry. I will definitely go here again when I have a craving for Indian food! Lots of customers kept coming in on a Saturday night so booking a table in advance is recommended!

One of the best Indian food that I have had in Europe and United Kingdom. The taste is quite authentic and the good thing is that they have tried to keep to their roots.

Amazing food. The staff is very accommodating to your dietary restrictions. They were even able to make Jain food for us. The quality of paneer paratha & raita was topnotch.

Oh I want to go back! Finally an Indian restaurant in Vienna that experiments with food and gets it so beautifully right. Lots of paneer dishes that will make me return

Food was excellent , but there more places in Vienne that offers this quality standard with a more appropriate portion size especially for the price , i mean c’mon Malai Paneer its a simple unseasoned cheese cube put in the oven with ~3ml of sauce charging 8,50€ is just greedy, 4,20€ for a plain garlic naan , really? reading the responses from the owner on complaining about the horrendous prices : quality has its price . no u just a greedy di*khead

Tulsi offers very good Indian dining experience. The Tandoori selections are delightful followed by curries and naan bread. Culiminate with Indian desserts. A good detour from the daily Austrian food.

It is a bit pricey, but the food is amazing and high quality. We took the variety of vegeterian and meat dishes, which were filling and yummy. Great place to visit in Vienna.

Very nice place to have Indian food. Mr. Naresh the manager is a very nice, kind and friendly person who will take care of you at all times during your meal. Food is fresh, healthy and very tasty. There are several options of Indian delicacies to choose from. Definitely I recommend this place for anyone wanting to try Indian food when in Vienna. You will love it !!!

Tulsi is one of the worst restaurants in Vienna - the veg thali is €21 and it’s not that much worth. If you really want to try veg thali, go to Taste Of India, near Landstrasse Metro - you’ll get the best veg thali, the price is €15, the taste also very good. In Tulsi, you’ll get limited options to choose. In case, if you are a South Indian please ignore this restaurant and go for other options. The worst part is the owner behavior, I req to provide plastic spoons and he said: we don’t have - I am surprised ! I don’t know what kind of business he is running (I’m sorry) - not even, paper napkins …. seriously, these are the basic things that you’ve to provide (or ask) for parcel service. The owner body language is also something different. I’m totally disappointed. I’ll give less than 2 ratings !! I agree with Kaveriya Ramphal review - I was also under the same impression that after seeing Indian faces, his behavior changes. However I’ve had visited so many countries (Indian rest.) but I never get this kind of response/experience.

Service was a little slow but friendly and the food quality was decent (although tasted a little ‘watered down’ version of the Indian food I like (may be their food is too sophisticated for me 🤣)

Vegan thali was lecker. 4/5 Golgappas were on a very expensive side , They could increase the Golgappas quantity to 5 ;)

Horrible. The owner has a grumpy face and when seeing Indians he doesn't even talk. He only gives attention to non-Indians. The restaurant and its staff don't have a welcoming vibe. The staff is borderline incompetent. It takes 45 minutes for your dish to arrive. Besides that, the food is average. Not the best Indian food I had. Would say, save your money and go somewhere else as there are many good Indian places to eat with a welcoming staff in Vienna.

Great service and the Food was really good! However, it’s a bit pricey and therefore doesn’t necessarily warrant several visits.

Delicious authentic Indian cuisine especially the famous chicken butter. Service was friendly too. Good overall bit expensive for the small quantity.

A nice Indian food resturant in Vienna. The decor is very nice. The food was delicious . We took atakeout and the staff was very accommodating to out diertary restrictions and allergies like nuts, sesame and egg. We had bhindi Masala, dal tadka, rice and Naan. Definitely recommended specially if anyone is craving for indian food in Vienna.

Loved the typical indian styled butter chicken with naan bread. Very impressed with the quality and price it’s the Home made taste feeling of the Food. The place has outdoor seating too and very well managed, nobody gets neglected even if it’s packed. The indoor ambience is nice and simple, variety of food and wine selection is great. We all enjoyed our dinner and would love to come back and avail the daily deal. Thank you 🙏 for treating us as if we were home Regards and best wishes
