Bottom
line:
I
chose
this
hotel
specifically
because
of
the
spa.
I
wanted
to
relax
and
treat
myself
on
the
last
day
of
my
trip
to
Vienna.
I
was
very
disappointed
and
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
for
spa
or
at
all!
In
fact
the
stay
there
caused
me
stress
and
anxiety.
1.
When
I
checked
in
I
was
surprised
to
learn
they
take
extra
15€
for
the
spa.
A
petty
considering
they
were
more
expensive
than
similar
hotels
without
a
spa
at
the
day
I
booked.
2.
When
I
checked-in
they
told
me
they
upgraded
my
room
but
really
I
could
not
see
what
the
difference
was
between
the
room
I
initially
booked
(based
on
booking
website
photos)
and
what
I
got.
However
in
this
upgraded
room,
there
were
two
single
beds
instead
of
the
large
double
bed
I
specifically
requested.
3.
In
the
room,
the
minibar
was
empty
with
a
note
saying
I
can
get
stuff
at
the
reception.
I
am
ok
paying
for
overpriced
snacks
only
because
of
the
convenience
of
grabbing
them
quickly.
4.
Even
cheap
hotels
usually
offer
some
little
welcome
treat
for
guests
like
fruits.
This
one
had
a
cardboard
with
a
drawing
of
an
apple
(I
kid
you
not)
telling
me
the
apple
is
at
the
reception.
I
did
not
look
too
hard
when
I
went
down
but
I
did
not
see
it
there.
If
you
can’t
provide
this
level
of
hospitality
just
don’t
put
this
insulting
note
at
all.
5.
The
minibar
did
not
work.
I
was
planning
to
leave
early
in
the
morning
to
catch
a
flight,
so
I
bought
a
packaged
salad
for
the
morning.
I
could
not
store
it
inside.
6.
No
bed
cover,
no
bathrobes,
no
flip
flops
(it
is
supposed
to
be
a
hotel
with
a
spa).
One
of
the
bed
night
lights
did
not
work.
Drain
plug
had
issues.
Poor
maintenance
overall,
mold
in
the
bathroom
parts
of
the
door
chipped
off.
I
have
seen
hostels
looking
better.
7.
Refillable
squeeze
bottles
for
soap
in
the
bathroom.
I
understand
the
concern
for
environment
but
this
is
a
public
space,
not
my
home.
There
is
a
reason
why
most
places
have
single
use
soap.
What
if
the
previous
guest
peed
into
the
bottle?
8.
I
got
two
soaps
instead
of
a
soap
and
a
shampoo.
9.
They
advertise
that
back
facing
rooms
have
a
garden
view.
I
did
not
see
any
garden.
Only
fire
escape
platform
covering
the
whole
building.
And
a
patio
with
nothing
special.
Now
about
the
wellness
center.
It
is
exactly
as
they
describe
it:
dry
sauna,
whirlpool,
infrared
treatment.
As
well
as
a
treadmill.
It
was
small
but
not
many
people
used
it
at
the
time
I
was
there.
Now
spas
usually
have
lockers
where
you
can
store
your
phone,
room
card,
clothes.
This
one
had
only
6
and
they
all
were
locked.
I
went
down
to
ask
if
they
have
any
solution.
First
they
confirmed
no
one
in
the
hotel
is
responsible
for
the
spa
(I
asked
if
I
could
talk
with
them)
then
they
(receptionist
and
the
manager)
tried
to
convince
me
that
it
is
fine
to
hide
my
stuff
under
a
towel.
It
was
not
pleasant
discussion,
they
acted
“professionally”
but
were
not
professional
at
all
and
did
not
help
me
with
the
issue.
During
the
discussion
they
told
me
that
the
spa
key
also
opens
my
room
(that
it
is
the
same
key)
which
I
checked
later
as
not
being
correct.
I
could
have
used
this
information
and
get
stuck
out
of
my
room.
The
fact
that
no
one
in
charge
of
the
spa
shows.
The
water
jar
was
empty
and
I
took
one
of
the
last
two
cups
and
had
to
fill
it
on
the
bathroom
tap.
It’s
not
bad
but
it
is
not
a
spa
experience
either.
Without
robe
I
had
to
take
a
shower
in
the
spa
and
change
clothes
instead
of
doing
it
in
my
room.
When
I
left
there
was
no
one
else
there
and
all
6
lockers
were
still
locked.
I
think
it
is
quite
important
that
someone
from
the
staff
is
keeping
an
eye
on
the
spa.
What
if
there
is
a
medical
issue?
I
had
to
leave
my
phone
in
the
room
because
of
the
locker
issue
and
I
imagine
other
guests
did
it
as
well.
All
this,
considering
the
higher
than
non
spa
hotel
price
(based
on
what
I
compared),
I
would
not
recommend.
Just
book
a
cheap
hotel
and
a
professional
spa
separately.
They
don’t
give
you
a
robe
here
so
you
can’t
return
to
your
room
to
shower
anyway.
