Personnel members are THIEVES! Stole a bag with €800 from a handicapped lady!!! Dishonest! Stay away! My 77 y.o. handicapped mother stayed in this hotel during May 6-9, 2016 in the room 420 as a part of a tourist group. As soon as the bus left the hotel she realized that she forgot two small bags in a drawer of her room's furniture. The bags contained 800 Euro cash and some other valuables. The tour guide immediately called the hotel, but they refused to admit that they found anything. Their cleaning ladies from Slovakia and/or the receptionist were first to get inside the room to take whatever was forgotten. I called hotel many times, talked to receptionists and manager Sylvia Binder, wrote them by email, but they all refused to give anything back nor investigate the case. I told them I will call police, but they understand that I am far away and the bus is gone not to return back, thus it is not easy for me to do so, so they took advantage of us and shamelessly stole our money and other valuable belongings. Horrible experience!

Service was pleasant and quick, rooms were rather clean though we found sunglasses below the bed which makes me wonder how often it is really cleaned . Parking lot is quite big. Good as a base for further traveling after Vienna but nothing really special apart from it.

I recently stayed at Lena's West Hotel Wien and I can confidently say it was probably one of the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was small and dirty. The bed was uncomfortable but the sheets were not stained. The bathroom was outdated and the towels were smelly and scratchy. However The staff was helpful and professional. The front desk clerk spoke English and answered nicely when I asked questions. The breakfast buffet I did not try but was around 10€ per person. The inside design was old and outdated. Even the painting on the walls had tens of years of marks on them, inside and out. To make matters a few better, the hotel was cheap and had a big and free parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel. The other positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it is conveniently located near the city center, but if you are looking for a good night's sleep, look elsewhere. No electric car charging was available.

If you don't have car, it would be the worst option to choose as I did. I came there at night and there was no light in the 12mintues walk to the hotel, So creepy. Reception was understood and she canceled my booking and set new one with just one night. It was a noisy place and you couldn't sleep at all.

Ok hotel, staff can be a bit more friendly. They charge extra for breakfast. Not much variation for breakfast though.

Great hotel for a one night stand. We visited Vienna and too bad didn't stay there longer. The hotel is quite okay. Not very new and showers are not fresh. However, they provide plenty of heating in the room so you feel comfortable. There are plenty of parking in their lot. Only 25 mins from the downtown. The price is great. Would stay again.

You should consider this location as a good place to stay if you are looking for a place to sleep and rest if you are in transit. The price is relatively good for a hotel in Vienna. The room was clean and the parking area is huge. Huge property but not maintained. It's sad because with some money invested, this place has big potential. A part of the hall is covered with carpet. The part that is not covered produces a terrible sound from the luggage. Prepare to be woken up every morning by the noise produced. You can not adjust the temperature in the room, it is only adjusted by the hotel staff. A few extra degrees in the room can be obtained in a few days (4), according to the reception. Pray that the weather will be with you. The bar in the lobby was closed every day. A sign with "Today we are closed" was always displayed.

The recepcionist lady was super gentle and patient with our questions. It is little bit far away from the city, but the good thing is that just 10 mins by walking from the hotel, you can take train to the city. As it says, ⭐⭐⭐ stars hotel offers just enough for your basic needs.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful! We had a very good experience, and would stay here again. The rooms and facilities were clean and well kept. The receptionist Sonya was especially helpful and translated for me when I needed to make a call. Ample free parking, and close to public transport to visit downtown. We did need to take a cab from VIE as it's on the opposite end of Wein. Kettle was available for a small €5 deposit. The one improvement I would suggest is adding night lights on the trail to the main road.

+ : I gave 2only for the big and safe parking space and good location to the speedway. - : 1 The bedding in the room despite the fact that it seemed clean just stank. We had to perfume it after it was impossible to fall asleep. I don't know if it's a problem with the bedspread itself, or just that the pillows and comforters are already very worn out. 2. bathroom - equipped with basic things but the whole floor was sticky, it was definitely either not cleaned or not moved at all for a long timez 3. room temperature - there was an open window in the room, despite the closure we could not get the temperature much higher than the temperature outside. It was just very cold. There is no temperature control in the room and the ventilator introduces cold air all the time. We slept in sweatshirts....

Very good hotel. The breakfast is rich, but the personal is not very friendly. We are a group of 50 people and they robbed us by getting our deposit, but despite that it was very fun

Its the second time I stayed at this hotel. First time everything was great, we had a good rest, room was clean. This night unfortunately we had some problems with other residents of the hotel. They played loud music until 23:30 on the terrace, drank alcohol and made a lot of noise even though the hotel rules specifically stated that you should be quiet after 22:00. Me and my husband made a complaint to the receptionist as we were not able to get rest. Close to midnight a big storm came and the party people were forced to leave the terrace and go to their rooms. We thought that they will stop making noise but continued to slam doors laugh and yell. Will file for a complaint as we paid almost 80 euros for the room. I informed the receptionist that we will ask for a partial refund as the situation caused a lot of inconvenience for us and probably other guests.

Bitte unbedingt verbessern!!!!!

Trees all around, free parking, hot shower... and that's about it. Very very far from the city and any train station. Pretty basic furniture, no air-conditioning, no ventilation in the bathroom, poor WiFi signal, poor service. A group of tenants were partying loudly on the terrace till late, nobody of the staff did anything to stop them. And that happens a lot, as I read over here....

There were bugs in my room, the kind of bugs(bedbugs?) you have to shut the hotel to kill completely, the kind that get in your backpack and come home with you

The hotel was quite chep and elegance at the same time, clean, big rooms, enough space around if you have kids to play, pet friendly and they have an amazing breakfast(+10€)! Parking is free. The only negative I can find is the location, far away from the city. If Alps is your destination is a good choice

The main advantage of this place is that it's cheap and has free parking. The staff is friendly, but nothing out of the ordinary. The wifi is ok in some rooms, in others it's non-existent. The location is best described as "Technically Vienna". The room was acceptable, but there is a reason why this place is so cheap.
