Room was nice but lack of air-conditioning was a huge downfall. The air-conditioning let out warm air and the only reprieve was by having the windows open and this hotel lies on a busy street so we were overwhelmed by the noise of cars. When speaking with reception they were incredibly rude and stated we were purely using the air-conditioning wrong and refused to go up to the room to check, stating the manager will be in at 11pm. Breakfast was very basic.

Nice rooms however air-conditioning doesn't work and rooms too hot to even sleep. Management and receptionist extremely rude. Had a plastic bag over fire alarm in our room. Wouldn't recommend.

Air con doesn’t work, got told to keep window open and get eaten alive by mosquitos. Reception staff are horribly rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great budget hotel. Very clean bright new tidy v comfortable even if some rooms not big enough to swing the proverbial. Would give it 5 stars if the air con worked. It was Hochsommer and night temps stayed 22deg C. Sweltering hot wet heat. Not sleep inducing. Was told to keep windows open instead BUT people's cigarette smoke wafted in and so did mosquitoes. A big fat unhappy Jan here just for that. Breakfast is worth every Euro! Make sure you take that option if you eat early. So many choices EXCEPT any milk other than full fat. Shame there's not even soy or some light milk. But everything else about breakfast was outstanding. A bit above standard European spread of boiled egg ham cheese tomatoes cucumber 6 different savoury spreadsheet. 10 different sweet spreads. Best brown loaves and rolls and white breads for the English. Delicious plain yoghurt and Berry. Fruit salad DO NOT TOUCH IF DIABETIC! Fruit in the syrup was fresh but that syrup was a death sentence. Best: location. 800m walk to Schönbrunn and so close to Westbahnhof you could probably walk but not with luggage. And the modern rooms.

Near Schonbrunn park, beautiful to walk if you travel with a dog, as we did. It is clean, and staff is nice and helpful especially at the restaurant!

Centrally located, with Schönbrunn/Gloriett view from the breakfast room. Ideal for sightseeing. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, the double bed is enoug big, the extra bed for a kid is comfortable. The only negative, there was no glass in the room. Aboundant, delicious breakfast. Approx.500 min by foot the U3 station(Johnstraße) which runs to the Mariahilfer straße,the tram station is opposite the hotel entrance. Penny supermarket next to the hotel, restaurants, supermarkets closed to the hotel,a very taste Turkush bakery at the Ubahn exit.

Good location and also well connected. Rooms could be renovated and breakfast is quite basic but all you need and good.

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms but very small (sth like ibis budget). And Dog friendly.

Really putting the 'Budget' in their title. The service staff here were absolutely terrible. Initially it was no big deal that they refused to provide two hotel cards for two people sharing a room - the receptionist advised it was manned 24 hours, and if people returned at different times he would let us into our rooms. This seemed a lot more inconvenient for the receptionist, as we had a group of 30, and multiple people were sharing singles rooms. Hours later when everyone was returning to their rooms at different times of day, they went to request access to their room (the other person had the key and was in the city) they were given a grumpy response and given a second key anyway! It seemed the two-card policy depended if the receptionist could not be bothered going to let people into their rooms as he initially stated. After check in we realised our air-con did not work. I advised reception, only to be told I was wrong and it DID work, it would only come on if the temperature went above 25 degrees and the windows were closed. After waiting a few hours in our sauna of a room, sweat dripping from places I didn't know could accumulate moisture, I checked in with our fellow travellers who advised their rooms were nice and chilled, air-con pumping. I attended reception where the staff member again tried to tell me it was fine (without even asking if the AC unit light came on, which it didn't. He apparently could assure me it was working without leaving his desk or anyone checking). Eventually he said his manager would be attending at 11pm, my hopes were not high and I was sure he was just waiting for the end of his shift to make it someone elses problem. Hours later, the manager arrived, only to advise us he had known the air-cons in multiple rooms had not been working for days, and there was nothing he could do. No rooms available to change to. He advised there was nothing they could do and we could keep the window open (which opened to a main road with constant traffic). I asked if they had any portable ACs or fans - a small portable desk fan was offered which would do little else other than to circulate the stale air of the room, but was better than nothing. In the morning our friends advised us the breakfast was the worst they had experienced throughout our month long Europe travel - there was no hot food selection, and a wasp had flown out of some of their cereal. We opted to skip it for food from the supermarket next door thankfully. I'm more mad that the staff lied to us all day rather than just admit the AC wasn't working in the first place. There were other small issues among our group were the staff continued to demonstrate how unhelpful they could be.

Great hotel, good price for very acceptable rooms. Great location, close to Schloß Schönbrunn. Breakfast at the top, with view on it. Tasty buffet breakfast, for small amount of extra money. Gets you through the day. Rooms and furniture in good state

Hotel in a pretty nice location, view of a part of the Schönbrunn gardens from the window. Reasonable prices, fairly clean, comfortable rooms, close proximity to public transport (tram stop almost by the door, metro about 5 minutes of walking away). Well sound isolating windows, climate control unit in the room. Breakfast on the top floor of the continental style, good and plentiful.

Very good location of hotel, very close to Schonbrunn and the Zoo. Accommodation was very good and clean. We very appreciate small terrace. Only during breakfast there was not enough places for all guests and the selection of food was not very rich, same food every day. Warm pastry was very good by the way.

Nice hotel for one night travellers or for those who came to Schönbrunn visit. Beds are fine, hotel is quiet. Some staff members does not speak English. Parking is available but not free of charge. Better to check if parking is available in advance - we came later at midnight and it was totally occupied. Parking is 17 euro/night. Hotel is 5 min walk from Schönbrunn which is convenient. Rooms are not big but enough. Restroom is clean.

Not expensive and very clean hotel. What I enjoyed most is the very friendly stuff members. They were very warm-hearted and welcoming us after midnight with four kids kindly! We really enjoyed it! By the way, the hotel is not far away from the Schloss Schönbrunn so we enjoyed a walk towards the castle and had a funny morning around the castle! 10 stars to the HOTEL though! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

The receptionist was nice and spoke english well enough, the room wasn't the greates but it was also the cheapest in this location so that was to be expected, they did supply clean towels and even a hair dryer. It's a good hotel if you want something cheap and you're staying for a short time.
