The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room I booked for 3 nights (me, my wife and my son) was spacious and bright. The bathroom was very clean and had a bath and shower. The only flaw is the ventilation not working in the toilet area. For the rest I would say impeccable staff, always friendly and available for any of our requests. Not initially included, we have however allowed the use of a pram for free. Breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savory, possibility to have breakfast outside in good weather. Great location, 200 meters from the red line stop Vorgartenstraße and very large playground. Highly recommended for family holidays for the very good value for money

Excellent location, a few steps away from Vorgartenstrasse subway station, on a quiet street. The rooms are large but it's exaggerated to call them suites. Our "apartment", for instance, was a large room, with one double bed in one side and two twin beds on the other side. There was a curtain on the middle of the room which could be used to separate the twin beds from the double bed, just in case. The "kitchenette" was actually a microwave oven and a kettle. The so called apartment also featured a bathtub, a shower cabin and a toilet. The overall hygiene standard was good and the underground parking very generous and well organized. The so called "suites" have no balconies, but the breakfast hall has a little terrace in the hotel's backyard (shared with other buildings). All in all, this hotel is okay for family with young kids but, still, it's a bit weird to call such accommodation "apartment".

My experience at Novotol Suites Wien City Honestly just a regular hotel. Includes a nearby parking garage. Breakfast is sadly not included to the bill. For your information you can’t check in till 3 o’clock. The hotel has all of the amenities. A lobby with plenty of seating options, the reception, a bathroom and a little touch screen tv with information about vienna. Now let’s talk about the room. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. A bathroom, a toilet, a tv, towels, a desk and other sanitary products. For more sanitary products, you could ask the staff, like a comb for example. Nothing extraordinary. Let’s move on to the service. The service is quite friendly and always ready to help. In terms of money Novotel Suites offer reasonable prices based on the room and it’s quality. Overall my experience here was pleasant. I’m quite satisfied. Recommended.

Our room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and good breakfast selection. The hotel is in a great location being right next to metro stop so was easy to get out and about. Would definitely recommend. Bad points; One of the lifts was out of order which wasn’t ideal as staff and guests had to rely on the one that was working. This seems to have been mentioned in the last few weeks of reviews also and still wasn’t fixed. Could be doing with some more hangers in the room and also somewhere to hang the hand towel on in toilet and perhaps an extra peg in the shower room as there were 2 of us and only one small peg to hang a towel on. We stayed in the junior business suite and noted that lesser rooms had a microwave and this would have been handy in ours also.

We were right next to the trains so it was so easy to get to the central part of the city and explore every part of town. The room was filled with everything we needed and the family room was a perfect size for a family of 3! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and stay here again next time I visit Vienna.

the room was nice apart from the bug issues. the breakfast was nice. good choices of dishes. should provide dinner meals too. the location was hard to find by the first taxi i took from the airport, that charge me alot of euros. the metro was easy to use. if the room had a balcony that would be great. the staff were helpful and friendly. the local app was useful too.

The suite has been massive and well positioned for metro. It was clean and well equipped. The parking had plenty of spaces. The slight negative was that the wc felt like it belonged in a camping van, but didn’t affect the overall stay in the room too much

Overall a good experience, suites look great and are very comfortable!! It is a very nice place to stay for visiting Vienna!! Location is good as public transport is very near and get you to the city centre in minutes! Unfortunately during my stay fire alarm was triggered during night, and it was more than evident the lack of training of the staff on how to react to this. People was confused, no explanation was given of what triggered the alarm, half people went back to the rooms even when alarm was still on. Situation was managed very poorly

房間寬敞，乾淨舒適，隔音也不錯。離紅線地鐵站走路只要5分鐘，很方便。斜對面還有EUROSPAR超市，買東西也很方便。 一個人入住，但可能被分配到親子房，所以多了一張床。工作人員服務也是很熱情，唯一的缺點是每天傍晚回到飯店時房卡都會失效，都得再跑下來重新設定，真的很麻煩。

Plusy: poloha (do 10 minut od hotelu jste metrem v centru), okolí (park, novostavby, moderní kanceláře), pokoj po renovaci, pohodlné postele, velká koupelna i s vanou, cena ubytování Mínusy: WC trochu páchne, topení skrze vzduchotechniku, úplně se nedá vypnout (celou noc mírně běží odtah v koupelně a na WC), přehnané ceny snídaní (naštěstí je naproti Billa a Spar, případně pěkná kavárna s levnější snídaní)

We loved everything about this hotel! We had a river cruise scheduled so the location was perfect. The breakfasts were were great. Nikki is a rock star. She made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

A great hotel. The rooms are modern, quiet and comfortable, with separated bathroom and toilet, which I think is very cool. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub - also nice. The service was kind, helpful and professional; and the breakfast was also good (with everything replenished quickly). Within walking distance to Prater, and right beside the metro and the bus stations, the location is perfect.

Clean and hygienic spacious room, the rooms can be decided into bedroom and dining area with the help of a curtain. A good complimentary buffet breakfast. A good Indian restaurant nearby within 2 mine walk. Quite close to Danube River , so you can go easily for walk on river front. Subway metro station is just 1 mins walk. And with subway you can reach city center within 10 min.

The hotel was centrally located to the city center and subway access. Check-in was smooth hassle free. The clerk was professional and welcoming. Security is very good and after a certain time in the evening you have to use the room key for access to the hotel with staff still on hand.

I gave 2 stars only for the good treatment by the reception stuff only. I had bad experience with buffet lady (indian ) she shouted at me because i wanted to take coffee at 10:45 She said with shouting “it’s too late we close at 10:30 and we told your husband we have too much work” I told her “We thought that buffet closes at 11” She said with shouting “no I told your husband we close at 10:30 “ I beleive there is a better and more polite way to inform us about this misunderstanding. Repecting your guests is a must not a choice ! I prefered not to complete my breakfast because of her bad attitude. She was too rude .. I’m really sholked!

Die Hotelzimmer machen auf den ersten Blick einen sehr schönen, modernen und großen Eindruck. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Housekeeping füllte aber am zweiten Tag den vorhandenen Kaffee im Zimmer nicht mehr auf. Nun komme ich aber zum absoluten Minuspunkt. Das Frühstück war absolut nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel würdig. Es gab nur eine einzige Sorte an Brötchen und um 10 Uhr waren bereits die Croissants aus. Außerdem war die Auswahl an Obst sehr karg. Leider gab es auch keine anderen süßen Backwaren wie man es aus anderen Hotels kennt. So ein Frühstück erwartet man vielleicht in einem 2 Sterne Hotel, aber bei weitem nicht in einem 4 Sterne Haus. Des Weiteren wurde der Wasserkochet im Zimmer nicht kontrolliert/geteinigt. Bei meiner Ankunft war er voller Schaum/Spülmittel. Das ist absolut unhygienisch. Fazit: Für ein Accor Hotel absolut enttäuschend. Bei meinem nächsten Wien Aufenthalt werde ich mir auf jeden Fall ein anderes Hotel suchen. Nachtrag: Am zweiten Tag war die Auswahl beim Frühstück deutlich besser. Dennoch waren mehrere Sachen (Obst u.a.) aus. Außerdem fand ich die Marmelade nicht sonderlich gut.

A very convenient hotel with big, stylish and spacious rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the room overall was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is nice, very close to the U1 metro station which you can go to all main attractions. Aldo, it is only 10 minute walk to the train station going to the airport. The only minus would be the price compared to the overall amenities in which the breakfast was also not included. But to be honest, Vienna is not a cheap city, therefore I may be wrong.

Amazing hotel, amazing location near the U line. The rooms are very big, very well decorated and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty as well. I visited with my family with a 3 years old child, and it is recommended for families with young children.

For suite there is lack of storage space for 4 people.. Apart from two tiny hanging places there are no wardrobes or closets. Rest was good. Tasty breakfast with usual regural selection of breakfast food.

Front desk extreamly helpful. Complementary drinks on check out. Rituals shampoo and shower gel.

I stayed here with my family. It was a good spacious room. Neat m clean. Even had a play room for kids. The only draw back was that there was no room service n we have to go to reception If we needed anything. Also after housecleaning done our room they messed up the WC commode n then we have to change rooms. I loved the sofa bed n I would like to know the name of company. I want to buy one for my home

This place, and the staff, are great! I walked around day and night and never felt unsafe or concerned. Everything, inside and out, is very clean and well maintained. I would Def stay here again.

Modern hotel close to many offices at Lasallen Strasse. Breakfast is good an rooms are very comfortable and large. Microwave oven available if needed. Good choice of restaurants nearby. About 25 minutes from the airport and a short walk to Prater and Praterstern. My room had a (small) bath and a shower. Toilet was separate. Thought through design and very clean.

Good enough for the price range. Great bed, good shower, bath tub, good breakfast, no gym. Close to subway U1, supermarket, pharmacy and great gym.

Rooms are great. Very modern and pleasant. Service not so much - asked for cab for 4 adults and a child with child seat, cab was small with no child seat. Reception didn't offer any other options. Also no information regarding new Covid-19 regulation before arrival. Overall a lot of additional stress.

Very good hotel for reasonable price. It is very good choice for people who came to Vienna foe sightseeing. Metro station is 2 mins from the hotel or you can take 20 minutes walk to the City center.

We had a great stay here. Came to visit just over the weekend, a short citytrip for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is very clean and offers everything you need. Very nice hotel, next to the metro station, which gives you the oportunity to move very fast all around Vienna. The room was nice and super clean, equipped with microwave, electric mug and a mini fridge.

Nice, clean hotel. The room are spacious, well designed, just look like in the pictures. I only tried the breakfast, it is continetal type (eggs, sausage, backery, fruits, pancake.. Etc). The stuff are polite and helpfull. Really close to the underground.

My room smelled extremely bad and there was some sewage like smell in my bathroom. Also, I required an iron and kept begging the front desk for 2 days straight for it and they literally told me they can't find it as some guests had it and they don't know who. For 2 days straight they refused to give me one iron! Had to wear a crumpled shirt to my conference looking some bum off the streets. Other than that can't complain as it's a 3 star hotel and has bare essentials for living.

Nice hotel, big rooms. 2-3 minutes away from subway, so getting to the city centre takes around 15 mins. Many place around to have a breakfast, two supermarkets are nearby. The hotel could easily be used as transit one, since it has very good and fast connection with a highway.

Pros: Rooms are very big with a King bed, a queen bed and baby cot (upon request). Microwave, kettle, minibar included. Washrooms are also very big with a bath tub, and a separate shower area. The toilet is totally in a different from the bathing area which helps in case of multiple guests. Location, Close to the U1 exit with supermarkets and Danube river. Cons: TBD. Tip: Don’t prebook the breakfast if you have dietary preferences.

Nice rooms but falling apart. No fridge working , kettle intermittent safe and lift busted. Breakfast appalling. Whatever you do don’t eat the eggs. If you are gluten intolerant and vegetarian you will be eating a lot of fruit.

Just check out from the hotel. 2 stars for ladies and gentelemen on the lobby. They helped us during our stay. Giving soap and shampop for babies! Suites just mean microwave in the room and thats all. There aren't kitchen amenties. I asked to use their kitchen for 10 mins to cook for my baby and they allowed. Unfortunately, the lady (not the lady from Morocco, she was kind) in the kitchen pushed us too much even she didn't need to use cooker and grumbled had to work and did not allow us, broke the plates to make pressure on us. Thanks for the management to allow us use the kitchen. Our window was broken and not closing well, at the night they tried to fixes it but couldnt, and second day they tried again amd there wasnt any big change, still noise and cold came from outside. Due to the renovation of lobby, the enterance is not suitable for stroller, we had to carry up every get in and out to hotel. In addition, at 8 am on the morning, maintenance is starting and noise doesnt let you sleep. Finally, we didnt find our room how we left on the second day. Our babies luggage was on the floor and her clothes were messy in the luggage, toys were all around the room on the carpet. We didnt see any note about what happened while room service was in room. Again the blonde lady in lobby, get the photos and was sorry and offered free breakfast. Will i stay in this hotel, definitely NO!
