Hello,
Came
here
to
write
my
very
honest
review
in
details
after
staying
in
hotel
for
8
nights!
I
booked
a
superior
double
room
through
booking
after
reading
reviews
on
booking
and
google
maps!
Once
I
arrived
I
payed
full
amount
then
went
into
my
room
found
it
dirty,
bathtub
had
hair,
floors
were
dusty
and
had
plastic
pieces
probably
from
chocolate
or
something
and
bedsheets
were
dusty!
I
went
down
to
reception
and
informed
them
about
the
issue
they
said
housekeeping
left
and
they
offered
to
change
rooms.
After
changing
rooms
faced
same
issue!
I
went
back
to
reception
and
asked
for
full
refund
and
told
them
I
want
to
change
hotels
because
I
am
not
satisfied
and
that
I
have
allergies!
They
exactly
said
“you
didn’t
inform
us
that
you
had
allergies
so
that
we
can
clean
well”
does
this
supposed
to
mean
that
they
won’t
clean
well
unless
someone
has
allergies?
After
negotiating
they
offered
to
refund
only
50%
or
to
wait
until
next
day
for
housekeeping
to
“
double
clean”
as
they
said,
I
agreed
to
wait
until
next
day
I
left
early
so
they
can
double
clean
but
when
I
came
back
I
still
found
floors
dusty
and
they
haven’t
changed
bedsheets
which
were
dusty
as
well!
They
haven’t
changed
bedsheets
and
vacuumed
until
4th
day
of
my
stay!!!
Arrived
here
with
no
allergies
and
eczema’s
and
within
4
days
I
had
them
back
because
of
carelessness!!
I
kept
making
myself
clear
everyday
to
each
employee
but
no
one
would
listen.
Just
to
be
fare
location,
security
and
food
are
good
other
than
that
wouldn’t
recommend!

I
hope
they
improve
management
and
customer
care.
