Is just a rip off, internet does not work and the TV has just few watchable Chanel (German only) but on the website they advertise the property with full Internet coverage. Service is disgraceful and the staff very unhelpful and untrained, they don’t even pick up the phone. Rooms are very different from the one you see on the website, small and not properly cleaned. Just avoid this Hotel.

Recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing due to the lack of free Wi-Fi. This is unacceptable for a modern hotel, especially considering that most other hotels provide this service for free. Internet access is very important to me when I travel, as I depend on it to stay in touch with family, business associates, and look up information about local attractions. Paying for Wi-Fi with a separate fee or using it in a restricted area is archaic and inconvenient. This flaw definitely spoiled the experience of the hotel and makes me consider other accommodation options in the future. I seriously recommend the hotel to update its services and provide free Wi-Fi for all its guests

This hotel is situated in a highly convenient location, near the Niederhofstrasse underground station (U6) and bus stops. The surrounding area is vibrant, with easy access to supermarkets, halal butchers, food stores, etc. The hotel boasts well-maintained and clean room facilities. Additionally, it offers a delightful breakfast menu. Complimentary luggage storage is available before and after check-in times. During our stay, our hotel room was equipped with Wi-Fi; however, the reliability of this facility was limited, with signals only present in specific locations within the room. Despite this, the hotel provided an overall pleasant lodging experience.

Very good hotel for any type of stay. Breakfast was tasty, beds soft, room clean and quiet. When will bebin Vienna next time will stay only here

Room, bed and bathroom were very clean. Only negative thing was the short WIFI range.

- No air conditioning, and reception told us to just open the windows - Watch out for room service. They took a bag with my stuff in it, and reception did not care.

I booked a room through booking .com, arriving they provided the card/key went immediately to the room to use the WC, lifted the toilette lid and...surprise a dried urine drop on the seat so, they did not sanitize toilette, I immediately left the room with all my stuff and went to reception to advise and cancell booking, lady at reception apologized profusely and asked me to stay and provided me an upgraded (bigger room) as an apology; gave me card/key and directed myself to room and WC as I needed it..lifted the lid and surprise another urine stain and more when you lifted the seat on the toilette rim. Again, left immediately and requested someone to come with me a gentleman from the reception desk come with me, saw with his own eyes this second situation apologized profusely and cancelled my reservation...meanwhile I spent almost half an hour on this ordeal and went to look and book online another hotel, through my go to website Expedia.ca Very upsetting situation. I knew it I was not booking an expensive, upscale hotel but...private bathroom, cleanliness and safety are a Must for me. So, not a happy camper here...

Not good service, no slippers in the room Not similar to photos , kind of clean but as long as you don’t have slippers and tooth paste and … it can be messy for you . Remember there is no place to buy tooth paste on weekends in Vienna. If you want to just sleep so the bed is clean

Very nice and clean good location as well but had to park a little further and it costs 7€/day. Love that its pet friendly maybe ill come with my cats next time

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The front desk was a disaster – couldn't even call them for extra pillows without trudging downstairs at midnight (later I was explained that phone actually doesn’t work). The night receptionist acted like I was bothering him, and greetings were apparently too much to ask for. Housekeeping had no concept of privacy – barged into my room without knocking, leaving hairs on the towels and empty bottles on the floor. The room itself was a dust haven with corners seemingly untouched for years. They turned the hallway into a chat zone every morning, ensuring no chance of sleep. As for the hotel room, forget about slippers and toiletries; they seemed optional. The WiFi connection was like a distant memory – poor, unreliable, and basically non-existent. Save yourself and stay far, far away from this place.

Pathetic Hotel : They consider themselves as 4 Star, but they don't deserve even 2 Star . Worst reception desk with almost no mood to perform . No Tea Coffee Set in room , No sleeer , No dental Kit,TV not working , Even their AC not working , No wifi , Their locker not working ,No water are being provided , their phone not working since last 1 week as I came to know .There is no room service in a 4 Star hotel .. They are follong to guest by posting wrong pictures of room. Do avoid this hotel and choose others who are nearby . The only one good thing is that it is close to Underground. Rest is pathetic and poor.

Huone oli siisti. Sänky oli kaksi metriä leveä ja sängyssä oli laadukkaat, sileät ja puhtaat petivaatteet. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaarin alla oleva putki vuoti joten ilmoitin asiasta respaan. 10 minuutin päästä tulikin puolalainen putkimies ja vaihtoi putken uuteen. Respasta sai pyytämällä vedenkeittimen huoneeseen.

Hotel is really good. Very good price to value ratio. Room was big and clean, smoothly running AC. Good breakfast. Private parking available. Room should be better equipped, some glasses for example... And too soft mattress.

Room was as expected, front desk agents were amazing, really nice lady knew spanish so that’s a really nice plus! AC may seem not to work but it’s just slow and quiet, give it its time lol

Very convenient location. Perfect for exploring the city. Close to U4 and also with a nearby train station (10 minutes walk) connecting you to the Airport in Vienna at very cheap ticket prices with RJW trains. Two stations far from Schonbron, with the same U4. Time to airport, around 1hr, without any change of trains. Staff very very friendly. Rooms are clean and quite large, but need renovation. Our 221 was not quite like in the photos. Breakfast varied. Also, supermarkets nearby and a 24/7 gas station, which we found helpful.

Nice place...and the personal are very profesional...i have 2 naights more...afther i will comme whit details...🙂the end of the trip whas perfect...the hotel good...and the parking free if u make the reservation from the web page of the hotel....

Very comfortable hotel. Bright and clean room, good location to visit palace and nice receptionists.

On the website and booking this is a 4 🌟 hotel and in the photos it looks amazing but total disappointment. Good part:good Wi-Fi signal, clean bathoom and close to metro station. . Bad: wood floor dirty and with all kind of mark, dirty carpet with green and dark dots in the holly. freezing in the bathroom room.,, The view" is right in front of the parking area. What about the walls in the room? Looks like all the guests carried their trolley on the wall not on the floor. At breakfast nothing specific or variety. Would return? Never again. Don't get me wrong, it's not dirty or a nightmare, you can sleep there but that's all, it's just disappointing based on what you booked.

Hotel is clean. Room is rather small. So small that you avoid spending time in it. Bathroom is really clean. But maybe one small thing is that washing your hands is really challenging, because they can barely fit under faucet. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special. Personel is great and very helpful

Me and two of my friends spend 4 hours in that hotel on 09/08/2021. When we arrived there at 21.30pm the young receptionist was so unwelcome and rude. Made us wait for 40mins until our rooms are ready he refused to start check in while we are waiting and when he was ready he shouted from the desk “if you have time you can come” I asked what do you mean? And he went crazy!!!! A 4 star hotel!🙈 he said no rooms for you I’ll cancel the booking and if you don’t leave I’m calling the police😮 we spend one hour arguing I asked who is the manager he said I am the manager 😁 obviously he wasn’t! I asked for his name the answer he game is “this is my life I’m not giving you my name! 🤣 so rude, unprofessional staff speaking in German all the time. I can explain more and more about that night. I don’t recommend that hotel at all. It’s not 4 star I can tell.

First of all, our room was cold, because the heating was turned off. It took us 2 days to get a normal temperature. The towels were not replaced on the second day, so we went to the reception and got them. Hair dryer is not in the room, also you have to go to the receptionist to ask for it. The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is too expensive.
