Large sitting area. Tourist hotel. The concept in the room is ultra modern. Overall the room was very comfortable and energy efficient. The bathroom shower is large but no tube. It's fine for me but some people might not approve. No Shower door for privacy so if your shy your out of luck. Bed was soft and pillows we're firm. Good experience. Would like to stay here again.

The rooms are okay and functional. It is a perfect hotel for a city trip in Vienna. The breakfast is awesome - you can even make fresh juice from vegetables and friuts!!! Really good! It is close to a underground station and the bus terminal is also in walking distance. Therefore you can reach the city center very fast. Good hotel with a fair price.

The music in the lobby is too loud and horrible. Arrived a little early and room is not ready so I am forced to listen to the horrible music while waiting.....front desk was not friendly as well, the two employees were chatting when I arrived and seemed to be annoyed being disturbed by me. Will definitely switch to a different hotel for my next business trip

It's near to the airport! And though there's a casino near by it, the area is still peace and comfortable:) Breakfast and the bar is great and Delicious. The decoration inside the rooms is gorgeous, and all the facilities is well prepared. Great counter service, sweat smile, and... what a wonderful experience. Great job~

The hotel is quite conveniently located. Prater can be reached on foot Inner city via the U1 relatively quickly. Room & breakfast are ok for the price. But the service really leaves a lot to be desired. We had booked the underground car park We wanted to leave the following day, unfortunately the ticket was not activated. There are 5 vehicles behind us. Using the call button, the reception insisted that we reset it and have the ticket activated at the reception... Do that when there are 5 vehicles behind you and all the drivers are already very annoyed. There is no concession that you simply leave the barrier up. It has to be said that it wasn't the day of departure, we still had two more nights, which means we wouldn't have left without paying just like that When unlocking at reception, no regrets, no apologies. When we came back in the evening, the card was no longer activated for the room... So back to reception An email complaint has remained unanswered to date...

Very nice and clean hotel. Interior is fresh and stylish. Rooms are quite basic but the quality is good. The walls are well soundproofed so noise from outside is not disturbing. The restaurant downstairs is small but the food is exellent. Service is good too. Location is good, closest underground station is just a few minutes walk away.

Not bad hotel, fairly clean. Location is a bit far from metro. Staffs are mix, some of them are really helpful, some others seem to have no training how to deal with hotel customer and even avoid giving us an iron. In general, it is not bad, but not fantastic hotel. If their staff are better this hotel deserve four stars.

Very close to a bus station and a 30 second walk from the place our concert was. While checking in (and checking out), the receptionist was terribly unkind and didn't even want to communicate with us. We asked that our room come with 2 beds independent from each other. That was not fulfilled. The room doesn't come with a refrigerator or privacy while shower because other than a glass door, there is nothing to cover you while showering. The internet connection was good, even on the 4th floor. Whoever designed the hallway must have been a child or must have been heavily inspired by Easyhotel. The gym was basically non existent. In the 9m2 there were dumbbells up to 10 kgs along with a mat, a multi-functional cable machine and cardio machines. When I went to train there were 2 other people in the room and we were constantly bumping into each other. No towels and no water, something I feel like is a must for a gym. Breakfast was ordinary. You had your basic fruits, breads, desserts, coffees and fruit press machine that broke during my stay. The scrambled eggs had a healthy green layer on the bottom and had the typical rancid sulphuric smell. Hope they have some health inspectors on their way over there. The pancakes were also gone in a matter of seconds. Now considering the hotel technically stole from us because they failed to pay back the extra money we had to pay in the beginning, I would have to say, overall I am not impressed. It has been more than 15 days since leaving the hotel and we still didn't get the deposit back on our account, eventhough the receptionist assured us it will be repaid within 5 business days.

Stayed for a week. Room was decent, but breakfast is poorly managed by too few staffers. Guests were complaining because every morning necessities like cutlery, plates etc were not replenished, coffee machines were not serviced, glasses were missing... It seems the hotel is trying to cut corners to save money. Poor staff lady is trying... But overwhelmed.

I've been staying for 3 nights: even tho the breakfast was good, dinner was absolutely under 1/5 stars, I do not recommend to try it. Other problematics include the missing door to the bathtub that gives you a sight to the person inside even because the protecting glass is transparent. There's no refrigerator or anything like it in the apartment. The lift has an annoying system, and this is more and more annoying with the rising of the number of the floor. The hotel is not in the centre of the city and it takes time to get there. But it's a good hotel tho! The rooms are ok, the hall is very cozy and most of all the bar near it is very sophisticated. The most important good side of it all is the price, that is very convenient considered it all.

Decent hotel expecially by car. Bathroom is OK while bedroom needs more cleaning and an update, because wall were dirty in a "weird way". Staff isn't too friendly but I didn't mind.

Since this is still being advertised on the roomz website, a clarification: THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED!

Because the service is a real disaster and you are treated rudely. If you want to cancel you will hear that you can't do it by phone, only by email.

First of all, the buffet food at dinner was awful. We complained and the next day it was fine but the day after it was awful again! Secondly, the cleaners didn't change the sheets, just strew them. Also, they rearanged our clothes at their liking. The rooms didn't have a closet and the window was closed with no handle and there was no fridge; they just weren't like the pictures. To the bright side now, the breakfast is great, the beds are very comfortable, the gasometer metro station is some stops away from the city center (stephansplatz).
