and
my
wife,
have
registered
at
this
hotel
the
14
th
of
March
2020,
upon
a
10
days
reservation.
Even
from
the
beginning,
we
noticed
the
reception
that
in
case
of
emergency
measures
due
to
the
corona-virus
spreading,
we
could
be
forced
to
leave
the
hotel
prior
to
the
10
days
staying
period.
We
were
answered
that
we
have
to
pay
for
the
whole
reservation
and
if
we
will
leave
earlier
we
will
get
a
partial
refund
of
our
payment.
The
situation
deteriorated
rapidly
in
the
next
days,
and
starting
from
the
15
th
of
March
the
hotel
could
no
more
provide
the
specific
services
(breakfast,
restaurant,
daily
cleaning),
so
by
the
17
th
of
March,
we
were
forced
to
leave
the
hotel,
being
also
in
danger
not
to
be
able
to
return
to
our
country.
By
the
check-out
time,
even
if
we
stayed
in
the
hotel
only
for
3
days,
we
were
promised
that
a
solution
of
partial
refund
will
be
negotiated
with
the
hotel
management,
but
until
today
we
did
not
get
any
answer
about
it.
Later
we
repeatedly
addressed
by
e-mail,
the
hotel
management,
the
request
of
a
reasonable
solution
to
our
problem,
but
neither
this
time
we
did
not
get
any
answer.
Therefore
we
think
that
this
is
not
a
normal
solution
to
a
problem
and
a
situation
that
occurred
independent
of
our
will
and
for
which
we
are
not
to
be
responsible.
