I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights during my stay in Vienna. The staff are both knowledgeable and courteous; my room was clean, comfortable with lots of space; and the buffet breakfast provided every morning was perfect. There is a metro station not 5 minutes walking from the which will bring you into the city centre in no time. If I ever visit Vienna again I certainly hope that I will be able to stay here, and I can't recommend it to other travelers highly enough.

I didn't stay at this hotel but I give 5 stars for customer service because they allowed me to cancel a non-refundable reservation for free, which I made by mistake. That is an example of good business practice and shows that the hotel can be trusted

Great service. My room was very clean. Great location, very polite service and the breakfast was very tasty and worth the money expended.

The metro and 2 grocery stores were an easy 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was very good. You MUST ask for a room away from the construction site unless you're already waking up at 0700! It's impossible to sleep in! The hotel is about 100 years old, so enjoy the chandelier overhead light, super high ceilings and very big windows. They also had safe storage for our 3 bicycles. The hotel is just off EV 6.

Very polite staff, they helped us with parking and many other things. Good varied breakfast. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very clean. Great location.

Small hotel, located very close to great restaurants, bars and the underground station. They have more cold food for breakfast than hot food which was the only drawback for us. Otherwise overall a good stay

Location of hotel is great and for good value. Rooms equipment is old but it’s working and rooms are clean. Reception is Okej and have 24/7 service, when you going back at night you must ring but that’s it. Hotel don’t have parking garage. Enjoy your stay.

Credit where due, they honoured a booking we had to cancel from Covid for 2 years, the breakfast was reasonable, the staff helpful, but that's it. Rooms are dreadful, large but beds old, pillows horrible, 1 sheet and some type of old single beadspread, so on a double ged etc, 2 single bedspreads, no fridge, towels were paper thin, no toiletries, the bathroom floor tiles had huge cracks, a hole in the door, the tiling is probably done by the worst tiler on earth, air con just acceptable, but noisy, the shower is in the bath, which is slippery and dangerous, a huge step to get out of the bath,close to 2 ft high, a long way for elderly people, they have a smokers bin in front of the front door, you have to walk through clouds of toxic smoke, if some inconsiderate clown is smoking in front of the door, the place stinks of old smoke. Nowhere to get ice or a non alcoholic drink, we arrived at 11pm, had to go wondering the streets to find some cold drinks. The lift is tiny, smelly and hot. 1 person and suitcase at a time, in a nutshell the place is old and dilapidated. Construction across the road is loud, not their fault but still a nuisance.

I called for a reservation, for a group, and the receptionist was very very rude. I would never stay at this hotel even if it was for free!!!

The staff are very kind, helpful and polite. Atmosphere is very cozy. You can park on the street and buy parking ticket/permit from the hotel to avoid penalty. The hotel is settled in quiet street but at the same time near the main road where you can find everything and transport links are good. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a good place,easy to get to town with U4. Lots of rest around,room co.fortBle and clean,breakfast is good with nice people in the dining room,the only minus was the not very friendly and not at all helpfull the girl over day. worker in a reception.

Very good hotel in an absolutely best place in terms of infrastructure! We had to leave our house in Ukraine and moved to Vienna, stayed in this hotel multiplayer times and the personal was very understanding and helped us with everything!

The weather was very cold but inside the hotel was warm and comfy . The room was spacious and very clean . They cleaned our room everyday . Wifi was very good . Location very good , tram and metro very near . The recepsionist during the day was very helpful and had quite a lot of knowledge. I would love to return there.

This is a nice hotel. It is a bit older but it looks nice and is cleaned well. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. We received some great tips for where to eat and go.

Quality of room was not upto the mark. It's still retain as a co cept of old lodge. Poor quality

The hotel had a nice free breakfast, but that was the only good part. They supposedly had free WiFi but only in the lobby. And even there is was the slowest WiFi I have ever experienced, I would have rather had no WiFi.

Broken aircon, tiny elevator, poorly lit hallways, no free wifi, lobby closes at 11:00 pm. Great rooms and bathrooms though, and next to a grocery store.

Location is fair, Staff 😕most of them was nice but one unpleasant ruined the experience, Old bed sheets with stains, weird smell of the towels, and super old stinky feathers 🪶 pillows

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Mozart on two separate occasions and Been completely satisfied both times. The customer service is top notch and rooms have been very nice, my room was cleaned everyday and the hotel is close to the trains and food. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel to give the Mozart hotel a chance while in Vienna.

Stayed 2 days in here. Its a good comprise for the price. Not a luxuary hotel but worthy enough. Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, breakfast was very tasty. they provide a free drink and a bottle of water with every day room service which is a big plus. Some negative points: hairdryer is very slow even at maximum speed and breakfast have very limited options.
