We spent a week in Vienna at the end of July with temperatures around 32 degrees. The air conditioning was broken, when asked it was promised that it would be repaired, but that didn't happen. In addition, the room was very dirty when we checked in (despite the cleaning being completed) - tomatoes between the sofa cushions, dirty shower, black footprints in the kitchen, etc. In addition, the apartments are obviously not only for tourists, but also for families on the run be rented. This didn't necessarily add to the holiday feeling. It is very loud at night and the surrounding area is not recommended, as homeless people spend the night in the parks towards Westbahnhof and syringes on the ground are not uncommon. All in all, there are certainly much nicer accommodations in Vienna for this price. When checking out we were also charged additional fees that were not communicated in advance (€30 per night for bringing a dog. We've been to Vienna for about one week in the end of July while temperatures were at about 32 degrees. The AC wasn't working, after mentioning this to the hotel staff they told us that it'll be repaired which unfortunately never happened. Furthermore the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Furthermore it seems like the apartments are not only rented by tourists but also by refugee families. This and the fact that the area around the hotel is not the best in Vienna leads to a rather noisy environment by night.

A nice and chic place to live for a few days. Kid friendly and quiet. The only problem is the reception is in the main hotel entrance and are often under-stuffed, leading to long waits. This is unbearable after a long trip.
