I was only here for 5.5 hours to catch some zzzz's, but from what I experienced, I was very pleased. (Especially considering the price... it wanted to be good quality!) It was delightful. Clean, fresh, lovely smelling soap and shampoo, comfy bed, awesomely close to the airport. I walked out the door and was at my gate 20 minutes later...all by foot! There is a tunnel underground where you can walk all the way to the airport without getting wet on rainy days. Perfect! The 24 hr check in desk was great and they were friendly when I checked in and had rung them earlier.

We spent one night here between flights. It was a 100% lousy experience from start to finish. The check-in person could see us waiting but continued to engage in a long conversation with another guest about matters completely unrelated to the hotel or their stay, just chatting about random things. At an airport hotel I am only looking for TWO things: A comfortable bed, and a working shower, and in both of these things the Moxy Vienna Airport failed miserably. The bed was cheap, uncomfortable, and sagging in the middle, which made for a very disturbed sleep. The shower was a disaster, first of all the water would not drain and so we were showering in a 2-inch-deep pool of water that constantly threatened to spill out of the shower cubicle and onto the room floor. Secondly the body-wash dispenser was broken and so we had to use the hand-wash to wash our bodies and hair. The check-out person was sullen, and in a clearly bad mood, and was not even remotely familiar with the idea of customer service. He just grabbed our keys with a hostile stare and without saying a word. Marriott should be ashamed to have this hotel as part of their portfolio. For more than 150 Euros a night this place is an overpriced dump. Stay away!

Beautiful clean hotel right at the airport. Located right by parking C. Even though the hotel is right on the airport, the rooms are completely quiet. Definitely recommend if you have a long layover at the airport or a late arrival. Prices are comparable to other hotels in the same category.

This is a nice airpor hotel. I, like others have stated, the rooms can be warm in the winter. Thankfully. If you ask at the front desk it will unlock the window and you can open it all the way. Depending on the time of day you will get jet noise but if you are to leave the room, leave the window open and everything should be fine. Comfortable stay.

Moxy is a modern hotel is approximatelly 300 meters from airport terminals, bus and train stops and other services, making it ideal stay for nonstandard flight times. The interior is very unique and music club styled. The rooms are functional designed for short and overnight stays. Rooms are very quiet and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Check-in was flawless. Breakfast are basic, but good. One can find everything for nice b&b. There is a lobby and gym.

It is an expensive hotel next to the airport, for the price, i think the hotel can include at least a breakfast. The receptionist was a nice guy, but it was really hard to make a booking via phone. The room is small, and it can be more clean. It felt that the room was not used for some days. The lobby is nice, but not enough for the money.

Location of hotel is perfect for early morning flights, however hotel didn't have restaurant service which is kind of let down, Sunday Eve when everything was closed there were hardly any options to eat. Further I'm not sure why hotels these days have stopped providing kettles in the room which i can use to prepare tea or instant noodles, i think it should be must when you don't have restaurant service available.

What an excellent find. An airport hotel that is easy accessed, reasonably priced, and with excellent service. Funky decor which is so much more appealing than drab grey walls or token decorations in other airport hotels I have stayed in around the world. Some flexibility too about extending your check out by up to 4 hours. Highly recommended.

You can walk on foot to the hotel in a few minutes from the terminal, they’re very friendly and we were made extremely welcome with 2 children (including lots of surprises in the room). Highly recommend for a stop over pre or post flight.

Super cute decor. I only stayed one night. When I had a long layover. The service was excellent. Very easy checking in. Food and beverages available 24/7. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best shower ever. So glad I decided to get a hotel instead of waiting it out in the airport. A very pleasant experience.

Basic but nice and clean airport hotel, that provides everything you need if you arrive late at night or leaving early morning for your flight. Has a direct access from the airport just need to follow long hall throughout the airport. Is clean, has a kind staff and breakfast are basic but good quality.

Stayed here one night before getting on our flight back home. I booked it because of the airport location, and it seemed like a decent price (we stayed closer to Vienna's city centre for the first part of our trip). First of all, Moxy is a strange brand for Marriott to have for an airport location - it seems to be geared towards a hip, young clientele, where an airport hotel really should be simply about a good night's rest and maybe some business-oriented amenities. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable, and the shower stall tiny and difficult to maneuvere around. The décor was gaudy. But at least it's really easy to get to the airport terminal and rail station by foot.

The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the airport terminals. It is a short 5 min walk to the departures. Rooms were nice and clean. WiFi was very fast and easy to connect not requiring a complex code and was free of charge with the room.

If you arrive late to Vienna before going on to a trip or before flight this hotel is perfect for you. Great service! Allergen friendly! Nice bonus you get free drink for every person in the room.

We stayed there for 1 night since the location is extremely convenient. Unfortunately our sink was clogged, pillows were huge and uncomfortable, and the absolute worst part was that there were bugs crawling around on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. We took pictures of everything. We told front desk and they didnt seem to care. We reached out and emailed them and they never even responded. It was disgusting.

Awesome hotel in Vienna airport. The rooms and breakfast are very basic but still pretty good. Good value for staying the night before or after a flight.

OK to spend a night, super close to arrivals/departures. Wifi works fine. Despite being a “budget hotel” it is not cheap though. Cleanliness is good enough, but the illuminated glass surfaces show every fingerprint, and in our case from the guests before us. We haven’t tried breakfast, but the buffet dinner could have a larger variety of foods. I found it also rather chaotic there with little explanations (some drinks just for Austrian passengers, etc.). The hotel was not very quite, neither in the lobby area nor in the rooms (stomping on the upper floor). We will gladly return if we need accommodation at the airport. Fulfills the purpose of a good airport hotel.

Great location near the airport. Very food food and great atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely worth to stay between flights.

Nice overnight stay in Moxy. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything was tidy. Check in was straight forward and got a free welcome drink. Enjoyed the free cocktail in their lobby and got sole of their warm food. The food suprisingly good and tasty. Bathroom was clean. Shower was good. Had a good night sleep. Check out was also very easy.

The hotel is in walking distance to the terminal which makes it very convenient for a family with young children. Keep in mind- there is no parking! so either circle the airport looking for the nearest parking lot or pick up/return the car at check in/out. Very high tech and modern rooms, a bit too much sometimes (i.e. you have to click and wait for the front door to shut down automatically...). No closets and at the 3 times we have stayed there bathroom was flooded with water after shower which was annoing. Breakfast is great, good food choice. Overall a good hotel for late/early flights.

Excellent location , right across the street from airport. I had no problem to walk there in the morning from hotel . I found it very convenient. Room was clean enough . Warm. No noises come from the street. Breakfast was good . Stuff was friendly

Comfy, up to date hotel very close by the Vienna airport. Modern interior and useful utilities. Nice meal selection at breakfast.

If you have long time waiting for your flight I highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, good food and willing&young staff. Way to the terminal is via walkable tunnel so no need to jump in the middle of traffic, 5 mins walk from hotel to terminals.

Everything was top notch. The only (minor) thing was the over priced buffet breakfast, 19 euros. My judgment of the breakfast might be because I despise buffet meals, but they ran out of eggs. Overall that's minor. The staff, AWESOME, the atmosphere prefect and the location is so perfect when you planning to stay a night or two in Vienna.

Really close to the airport, service at the reception was quick and pleasant. I didn't have a reservation and it was last minute but the friendly service resolved my unplanned arrangements really quickly. The room was decent and clean, the shower was good, I just found it weird that the room did not have a dustbin. I was given a free welcome drink voucher when I checked in (always a nice gesture) and I had the evening crock pot/buffet plate that was decent and pretty good value for money, I think. There is also coffee, prepared foods and snacks available 24 hours a day. The bar and service was good and easy checkout process. Overall the whole hotel experience made a very stressful, unplanned night in Vienna, very comfortable.

low value for the high price. of course, you stay here only for the airport proximity. the room design is rather modern. noisy due to the layout, construction, pipes, heating clicking noises etc. no restaurant, broken shower parts, door lock.

Nice hotel, but room maid knocked on our door on 3 separate occasions, entering on the 4th despite our do not disturb sign being hung (i was fully laid out on the bed in a spread eagle position being blown by the wife at the time). Check out was at 12 but this repeated knocking began around 9am. In the end the baby we were trying to get to sleep didn’t manage to before our 8hr flight. Good points, shower gel and soaps are of a nice quality and the mattress great for riding the wife.

Small rooms but comfortable. Could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the free drink at the bar and convenient location at the airport. Great value for the price. It has a youthful, energetic feel.

If you're looking for a beautiful hotel, close to the airport, with friendly staff, book away. If you're looking to sleep, avoid. The stay was in two parts; the really good and the really bad. #Things that were really good - The staff were excellent, at check in, serving drinks and food - The style, look, music of the hotel was excellent, one of the best we’ve stayed in as a family - The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, the kids especially liked their juices served in glass tumblers - The family room was awesome, the lighting, two tvs, space and bathroom was very impressive Things started on a high note. We enjoyed a meal downstairs and made good use of the board games. We had an early start and an early flight to catch; this was the reason for booking the hotel in the first place. #The really bad - We turned the lights off at about 21:30 to get some sleep, by 21:40 the noise from the room above was thunderous - raised voices and jumping and running - I went up to the floor above (floor 5) to check the noise was coming from directly above us. It was, running and children and adults talking loudly was heard through the door of that room - At 22:00 I went to reception to mention it. The staff member said they’d have a word - The noises continue. No one in our family had got to - or could get to - sleep - At 22:30 I went down to reception again. Before I got to the desk the same staff member said ‘Same room?’ I said it was - By 23:30 we’d give up any chance of a decent night sleep. We managed 2 hours each The hotel is lovely, but it failed at the basic function of providing a good nights sleep. This is no fault of any staff. €224 just isn’t acceptable. I requested a refund and I've been in contact with the hotel to try and resolve this since late October. The speed of response from the team, including the Captain/Hotel Manager was helpful. Initially I was offered a 10% refund (€22) which was increased to 20% (€44). I don't think this is appropriate and will continue the conversation with Marriott Bonvoy (Moxy is a Marriott brand)

Comfortable family room, super service, free welcome drink in the bar for each guest, perfect location in the airport for late at night departure or arrival. Missed one star for stains in the bath curtain :(

What the hotel lacks in some areas the incredible staff make for in their all round attitude towards customers and the guests at the hotel. Moxy is a unique hotel, where the rooms are okay, although they have coat hangers a wardrobe would be nice. Bed is comfortable and bathroom more than adequate. The gym is okay, the breakfast nothing too fancy. The dish of the day dinner is a bit hit and miss. However... where the Moxy is special, and where it comes is to it's own, is the people that work there. There is really only one word to describe them, superlative. All the way through from the cleaners, to the bar staff/ receptionists and the manager, there is a always a smile and they always love a chat. If you only have a night I would highly recommend to spend it at the bar and surround yourself with great cocktails, great people, and a great place you feel welcome and at home. As airport hotels go it is pretty perfect.

Great hotel for one night for super early flight in the Am. You walked outside and down into the airport tunnel. Took about 10 minutes. They gave tickets for a welcome drink at the bar. Staff was nice. The room was on clean and the bed was comfortable.

A new, excellent hotel in an excellent location inside the Vienna airport to stay when you arrive on a late flight. Getting to the hotel from the terminal is simple and quick by walking. The rooms were very large compared to the usual, modern and clean. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it very much. You can also purchase prepared food in the lobby at any hour and there is also a bar that is apparently active 24 hours a day. The price per night is not expensive at all.

The hotel is stylish and easy to access from the airport. Bed and restroom are how to expect. The only downside really was the air condition what could be changed and was up to 24 degree on a day where the temperature was at 30 degree. And the breakfast is a bit too budget and badly designed as the trays can’t be place properly at the food station.

Very nice modern hotel right next to the VIE airport. The rooms are smaller compared to American hotels, but it was a great place to stay if you are in the area. They have a bar in the lobby and sever some hot food and snacks. The showers were great as well. Overall, this was a great hotel.

Perfect airport hotel. Rental car Return is 100m close. Airport terminals are 10 min walk. So Logistic is tip top. Hotel itself is trendy. I like room design and lighting. Good heathy self service food. However There are not so many organic items… or am i wrong? The young Team is enthusiastic. This gives good vibrations.

Great modern hotel right at the airport with underground pathway to the terminals. The rooms are soundproof, can’t hear a thing from the airport, and super comfy! Staff is friendly, 24/7 bar, good breakfast, maybe only missing some vegan coffee options. Top place if you’re waiting for your flight. Has the right amount of youthful, clubby vibe to it.

Nice hotel less than 5 min walk away from the airport. I had to stay here with my family because our flight got canceled. Room was spotless clean and spacious. Bed and pillows comforable. It missed a small refrigerator which was a surprise. Service was great. All the stuff was super friendly and helpful (especially at the reception). Hotel is very kids friendly (lots of toys and games for them). It lost a star because of dinner buffet (which was pretty basic) and the fact that it did not have small refrigerator in the room. Nonetheless, I recommend this hotel if you need to stay close to the airport.

Excellent stevice from the friendly and professional staff. Rooms are clean, modern, and very practical. We liked the interior design. The bar offered various beers, cocktails, spirits, and snacks. The bed was very good, we had a good night rest. Breakfast is good, one point for improvement - offer plant based milk.

I really love the concept of this hotel chain. The design is amazing and everything feels so chill. The staff is friendly. The room was good and comfortable. Maybe the cleaning could be better as I found some hairs on the bed upon arrival. Sadly the price is quite high for one night. The WiFi was good.

Remember to use HotelDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure! Only stayed here a night but had a great stay! Service was great, rooms are clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable!!! My husband has a hard time sleeping in beds other than his own, and he slept like a log.

Considering it was a paid one-night stay due to my flight cancellation i was very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small, but very very clean and comfortable and staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Really made my stressful experience way better.

What a disappointment. Marriott you can do better. We are two travelers who have spent years in hotels between the two of us and many months in Marriott hotels. This is the absolute worst Marriott we have ever been in. The decor and business model seems to be targeting 20 somethings...so it is focused on looking 'cool' rather than function and comfort, which of course is what people need in an airport hotel regardless of age. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were ridiculous, the dinner...it is better to buy food and wine from the nearby billa. The bathroom and shower...well we had 2 conditioners and no shampoo...and just about everything was poorly designed. The breakfast is overpriced and confusing to navigate, lacking labels etc...the limited interaction we have had with staff was unprofessional and rude.

Spartan, no frills rooms (no fridge, mine didn't even have a trash can, or at least I couldn't find one). The main experience is the bar downstairs, grab and go food, and friendly staff. Right next to airport, with instant checkout, so great choice if you're just laying over for the night.

Good and convenient hotel if you're staying I'm Vienna for a day. Good breakfast with some options, good location next to the metro, and good, friendly staff. The rooms weren't too noisy and we slept well. (We got the family room). Tip: don't take the green metro line if you're staying for a day(tourist trap)

Had a one night layover in Vienna and needed a hotel for the night. Chose the Moxie due to its location close to the airport. We found it to be a good basic hotel with a queen room, and very helpful staff. The main lobby had good services for drinks food Items for sale. Kind of a fun place. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again if needing to be near the airport.

Important- No parking place! The manager wrote in another comment that 'rather a bar than a hotel.' If this is the case, I would like to point out that the quality and service here are far from that of a bar.

Very lovely hotel and really close to the exit from the international airport of Vienna Austria 🇦🇹(walking distance). As a group of 4 we got a very nice room divided to two parts without a door between each part, but we had 2 TVs and a really big shower ☺️ The staff was really helpful and nice and even provided us different pillows for our request !!! Everything was clean and the breakfast was great ! Very recommended ❤️

Where is situated is not bad but for us who is from a different country, when we get information, it's like a maze towards the hotel. I highly encourage the management to actually add more information towards the position of the hotel. Like, add a GPS picture with the placement of the hotel because the internet connection and the roaming is not working in this area which is strange.
