I speak a little german and tried to speak to them to explain that the wifi is not working but they refuse to respond. Seriously this was one of the terrible experiences we have had with the hotels we stayed in. I would really appreciate Sandra as she is very nice lady, unfortunately she is not available all the time which forces us to deal with other ladies.
