The waiter, Philip, is an absolute class act. Kind, happy and super energetic, willing to explain everything. He alone deserves the service to be rated 10 stars and made the visit memorable. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very friendly and helpful. He only had the specials menu in German but sat down and translated each one for me. I had the risotto and it was divine. Latte was excellent and the pastries looked incredible. I didn't have room for dessert and had every intention of coming back but was at the museum longer than expected. I've flagged this place for the next time I come to Wien. Don't go to those touristy cafes when you can come to what is clearly a local favorite (several regulars stopped in while I was enjoying lunch). Highly, highly recommend.
