This chain restaurant is known for their gigantic pizza and generous toppings. But honestly pizza could use a bit more flavor, both the marinara and the cheese. Pasta and risotto dishes(not pictured) were ok but only when you added loads of grated Parmesan though. What I find really unacceptable is serving bad avocado to your customer (see the photo for yourself.) The cozy ambience and nice staffs can’t negate the fact that your kitchen hand knowingly put bad avo in my salad. That’s a no-go for me, folks. I don’t even use bad avo in my own home cooked meals, let alone serving it to my guests.

Don’t order the vegan pasta with unreal meat/fish. It tasted like cheap pasta with a few veggies. The unreal meat wasn’t nice either. Most boring dish ever. No taste. Really sad. If you do end up here, order the bruschetta, that was good.

Very delicious Pizzas and Pasta. The staff is very polite and respectful. I always choose this place when in a need of an Italian style Pizza.

Pasta and lasagna day. Everything was really tasty and nicely prepared. Servings were good, not too much, not too less. The restaurant chain is always good and consistent.

I ordered two margheritas from this place. The one on the right was OK and the other one was completely disgusting (cheese tasted "funny" and the dough was still raw). Also the size of the pizza was completely different. How can you serve this to your customers? Can't you see the difference between the two (same) pizzas? I do not recommend!

Pizzas where oversize with average quality toppings and tasted good. Some of our kids had noodles and all where left over 3/4 so I got to taste spaghetti carbonara, pomidoro and gnocchi all tasted like butter and not much else. So I recommend to stay clear of the noodles. All in all that would be a 4 star ratting. What really pushed things down that we could only place a reservation for 2 hours and we were a birthday party.

Subpar pizza Margherita because of cheap mozzarella. Too much tomato sauce in pasta and lasagna, the tomato taste overwhelm everything. Pretty weak for a restaurant which specializes only in Italian dishes.

This place was recommended to my by a local friend. It has a great atmosphere, even on a sleepy Sunday evening. I had a very tasty pizza which was giant, so if you are going on your own, like I did, be prepared (they gave a little bag with half of my left over pizza). Because I was on my own and didn't book, I was sat at the high tables facing the bar and part of the kitchen, so I saw all sorts of delicious looking pasta, salad passing by... Oh and the staff were very lovely and friendly!! I'd definitely come back!

During my business trip, one of the nights we came here to have dinner. We ordered a few starters and a few pizzas to share. Food was quite good, really yummy and delicious pizzas. However the service was not that great from one of the waiters. One of my colleagues ordered a dessert and she mentioned that the last time she was there and ordered the same dessert she got something quite different. The answer from the waiter was surprisingly quite rude and aggressive saying something on the line as: "this is what you ordered so now you have it" and he walked off! They never came around to ask how we were or how the food was, of we wanted to order some more drinks or anything! In terms of the price it was just as average for the area.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the food was amazing and reasonably priced for the quality. Was easy to reserve a table and the location is great

Enormous pizza! Didn’t even fit on the plate ;) Quick service, waited 10 minutes and we could eat.

Came to Vienna for a conference and decided to go to this restaurant. Very happy with everything! Our waiter Mario was phenomenal! Went multiple days and he remembered us each time we went and I felt welcomed each time. We had another waiter who I cannot remember their name but he greeted and remembered us each time we came as well. I would highly recommend this place!

The food is great. Great variety of italian Pizzas and pasta. There are also other food options for the people who choose otherwise. Service was quick to an extent. I had the lasagna which would definitely prefer more the pizzas. Quantity is big and enough to fill you up. Also it does get busy during the later hours of the afternoon and evening and it might take some time to get seated! Overall reccomend for a quick and tasty dinner.

Size and flexibility matters!!. It was excellent of the establishment to hint even in the menu that we could have two types on each side and split the pizza between two. The size was such still that it was enough and more for a single person. Well done

Mix Review. Bad: My friend had spaghetti bolognese and he had food poisoning as soon as he finished eating. Good: I had penne arrabiata and it was the best I've ever had.

This place will forever remain in my heart. I was dreaming about eating pizza last 3-4 months, and I choose the best place to eat it finally. For 11.50€, I got the biggest pizza ever. It looked like 1000g at least. Maybe the waiter noticed, that I am a muscular oversized man. You can get a tasty risotto there too. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

This time we tried for the first time @losteria.austria pasta. We only have experience in their Pizza, which we like. But today we ordered our pasta from Florianigasse 55. The food has no taste... literally, no salt, pepper, garlic. It tastes like they just boiled the noodles in water with oil and nothing else. How do you cook Aglio e olio without garlic? I was very dissapointed. Rigatoni Gorgonzola was very plain... tastes like they did not have any Gorgonzola in it but cream (Rahm sahne). For the price we paid, this is ridiculous. After we seasoned our dishes ourselves at home, i discovered someone's hair in rigatoni Gorgonzola. The color of this hair did not match with ours. We both stopped eating it at this point.It was gross and unacceptable. We are really really dissapointed at @losteria.austria. It was one of my fav Pizza Restaurant in Vienna. But with this service, not anymore... I will leave my reviews everywhere on social media. So, @losteria.austria can see it and improve their taste of pasta and their hygiene. Food: I ordered a carrot soup, which costed 4.90€. The portion was quite small, but that was not what bothered me the most. It was served almost cold... and the same thing happened with the tomato soup and a pizza which had been ordered by other two people at my table. I didn’t want to try the pizza. Quite big portion, but way far from the real Italian one... (I am Italian). Location: the restaurant is located in a residential and “hip” area, it’s easy to reach (tram 5 and 2). Wooden (and mostly brand new) furnitures give the Osteria a cozy atmosphere. I personally appreciated a lot the paper placemats, which you get with pizza :) they are a cool example of hand lettering! Service: I liked the service! The waitress who served us was nice and friendly and, although she threw a coke on me, she was really helpful and helped me to clean my bag and clothes. It looked like the staff was overwhelmed by the amount of stuff to do... probably they are not enough. The kitchen was normally faster than the waiters.

The service is very fast and friendly. The pizza is enormous, 45 cm. Is ok, but it lacks a little bit of flavor, the same goes for the pasta too. But is a nice place to hang out with friends and have a nice dinner or lunch

One of the best Italian restaurants for sure. The people working there are extremely nice. The food is marvelous. Its lies in a friendly neighborhood and you can sit outside wich is really cool in summer or inside which is big, modern and beautiful. The toilets were so clean of course and so fresh. The prices are great. I totally recommend this place and for sure I'm gonna come more often here.
