The food was good and plates were generously served however the waiter was not very friendly specially with tourists. When we err done eating, the waiter starts cleaning and opened the main door when it was 5 degrees outside. We were very cold and decided to leave without tipping. If the service matters for you don’t go there !!

We got some little soup with schnitzel, Sacher cake and strudel. Everything was good and warm. Right what we needed on the rainy day in Vienna. The staff was nice but there is some room for improvement. Overall it was a nice experience. I'd recommend.

Extremely rude staff, just slamming food down on the table, forgetting an extra fork that was asked for, rolling eyes at me when I asked to pay the bill. There is a coat hanger right in the middle of the doorway so it is awkward to move inside. It seems also anyone who is not a local is treated terribly in this establishment. The waitress with the piercings and tattoos could learn some manners and customer service skills. Same goes for the tall, grey haired man barking at everyone and generally behaving like a toddler. A truly awful experience.

Unlike many other reviews I've read here, the service was actually very good: fast, efficient and friendly. Interesting deco too, although I must say this is one of those restaurants catered more for the expats and schnitzel-hunting tourists. Food was very average and not entirely satisfactory in terms of portion, and definitely not the best schnitzels in town. I would suggest trying elsewhere for better food but the restaurant is still decent enough for a bit of Viennese dining experience.

Contrary to the experiences of another reviewer three weeks ago, the tattooed waitress was friendly, made a welcome suggestion and was quick and effective. She did not rush me - I spent there nearly an hour, after finishing my meal. The establishment had only a few more patrons - I was there on Thursday from 13:15 to 14:45.

Our server was incredibly friendly. The food was lovely, it had a homemade feel to it. A good price for what we ate. Very quick from ordering. Overall a lovely place to have had an evening meal, couldn't fault anything.

Went there for a quick lunch and fell in love with their Wiener Suppentopf, basically a soup with beef, veggies and noodles. Service is friendly and the waiter speaks a good English. Bathroom is clean Their apple strudel seemed very good too, but I was full after the soup and had to pass: it's one of the reasons why I'll definitely come back
