(Translated by Google) Great place to relax from the city. Some restaurants are located in the MuseumsQuartier with guest gardens and a viewing platform on the Leopold Museum. (Original) Toller Platz um sich von der Stadt zu erholen. Einige Lokale befinden sich im MuseumsQuartier mit Gastgärten sowie eine Aussichtsplattform auf dem Leopold Museum.

A collection of museums with a very nice view. I visited the place late so I couldn’t go in but I fed my eyes with the view. PS: You can’t visit all the museums in one day, you’d have to assign one for each day so you can see everything

An amazing area in the city of Vienna! In this place you can find many different kinds of museums to go to at decent prices. The outside area between the museums is also very beautiful and it is nice just to walk around. There are a lot of Cafe places that you can sit at and chill and also free sitting areas which are really cool and stylish ;) On a sunny day you can go there with your laptop / book and spend your day in the fresh air instead of in an office.

I always enjoy a visit to Museumsquartier! Whether it's for a specific event, to visit one of their many museums or simply to just walk around and admire the many outdoor offerings MQ has to offer, this place never disappoints. Not only does Museumsquartier house a plethora of museums, from the Zoom Kindermuseum, a fantastic museum for children which changes their exhibitions regularly, to the Leopold Museum, which Houses Austrian modern art, there's something for everyone! In the MQ courtyard during the summer months they offer RC boat races in the reflection pool (for a small fee), which children and adults alike really enjoy. During spring to autumn, MQ also has seating spread throughout the courtyard for visitors to relax and enjoy the area, meet with friends, etc. Another fun event MQ offers in the warmer months is Minigolf! This is set up outside the courtyard, in front of MQ. For a minimal fee per person, kids and adults can enjoy a round of Minigolf at their leisure. There is also seating in the center for parents or those not wishing to golf to wait/watch. They also offer a variety of beverages, both without and with alcohol. MQ is constantly offering new artists the opportunity to stage their works within their museums and also outside on premises. Recently, some amazing artists had their works displayed there. Janet Echelman displayed her "Earthtime 1.78" string sculpture across the entire courtyard of Museumsquartier in September 2021 and in May 2021, Mathias Gmachl stunned with his whale sculpture "Echoes." MQ never disappoints! An absolute must-see in Vienna if you enjoy art, architecture, oddities, fun, or just simply want to have a good time!

It is a nice piazza! During the holidays there were light installations and djs at night and it was very nice! The market is very small and sells only drinks and food! It was nicely decorated. Deserves a pass!

A must - see if you're visiting Vienna city. Great art, especially the medieval. Wasn't a big fan of the contemporary. Nice cafés too.. you can spend a couple of good hours there. August and September are best time to visit.

It's an art gallery of sorts. There are 3 levels. I liked the 1 st floor. 2 nd floor had more abstract art. Since I was there had to finish all 3 levels. It's good but art isn't my thing. One can surely visit if interested in art

A cool place with a lot to offer - art, of course, in its museums and galleries, but also various places to chill in its inner courtyards, during the day or evening. Drinks, food, networking.

Lovely space to visit museums, buy art books and hang out if the weather is nice. In the summer they have plenty of jazzy events and it's all very vibrant. A wonderful space for discovering and "consuming" art in all its forms.

(Translated by Google) The MuseumsQuartier definitely invites you to linger :) There is a bar where you can get drinks. This is due to the Mumok. In between there is a small light show on the buildings. The MQ Libelle is directly across from the Mumok. In fact only met friendly and nice people there. If you guys helped or liked the review, I would be happy if you liked it :) (Original) Das MuseumsQuartier lädt defintiv zum verweilen ein :) Es gibt eine Bar an der man sich Getränke holen kann.

This place used to be glorious, a lovely place to hang out with friends, now the beautiful statue is sitting in a cage, the water fountain is not there. Who cares about vandalism? Id love to get rid of em just to enjoy the place! Its very beautiful tho.

Here on summer and Vienna really said art and chill. Enjoy the spectacle of all art forms -so many things to discover! There are public spaces and free entry exhibits aside from the exclusive museums. Lots of spaces to just exist and enjoy art, alone or with groups. There are also shops and restaurants!

Beautiful architectural basements. It’s nice to walk around (for free) even if you’re not planning to do any of the museums. Talk a walk around, enjoy the views and the streets. Transportation (subway/tram) are accessible.

Consists of an Inviting, spacing and family-friendly environment. This is the museum district with the best Viennese museums and that too, located next to each other. Loved the signage and the restaurants. Will surely recommend it to the fellow travellers, especially the ones who love art and aesthetics.

So much to do and see here. Cool galleries and fantastic exhibitions, not to mention the many bars and restaurants within the museum square itself...more so in the Summer months, where friends and locals gather and sit outside on the cool over-sized purple 'bed-seats'. There is a good buzz atmosphere around here and it's always good to pop down in the evening for a glass of wine and something to eat amongst the crowd.

In the heart of Vienna, Museumsquartier, surprises you with its beauty, complexity and artistic diversity. It is a true artistic oasis in the middle of the town, where you can relax your senses by visually enriching yourself in every corner of it. Museumsquartier is certainly one of my personal highlights as a Viennese.

This place is all about enjoying and being yourself. If you would like to have some time in presence of more people, to feel some vibe... May it be alone may it be with friends or maybe meeting new friends? That is the place. It is also a Cultural hub in Vienna with many cultural events involving, music, dance, theater, also for kids and family programs... I did not give 5 start only because of the prices over there, which tend to be higher than the average. But definitely worth a visit!
