Parking - it‘s quite small and it costs 14 euro per day. The price is quite high imho. However, the parking lot is under the rooms in my case so you have direct access to your room. Room (family) - is ok, clean, with Air cond. the bath room is quite modern but somehow it stinks, bad smells continuously comes out from the drain on the bath. Breakfast and service - breakfast is standard but the service is good.

We had a terrible experience. We tried many times to speak with the hotel but it wasn't possible. The flights have been cancelled because covid-19 and we haven't way to go there. We tried to do a refund but they told that this is not possible, we tried to change the reservation but they told us again that this is not possible. We lost our money and the didn't care about that. They stole our money. I can't understand why the didn't change the reservation. it was my worst experience. Don't do the same mistake.

Rooms were clean though the fridge didnt work and we asked the staff to check it but they never did. Very rude personell in the beginning, slow in every aspect. Though luckily they were nice to our baby, couldnt say the same about us (parents). All in all I would take my money elsewhere if I had the chance.

Good stay. Rooms were clean & spacious. Breakfast was included. The staff is very kind. Only negative about this place are the parking spaces. It was overcrowded & almost always full, while you pay €14 a day. Close to the center of Simmering, with lots of places to eat and shop. Also close to the metro for a trip to Vienna.

After staying over a month at the König, I can report the following. The hotel is clean; the rooms are adequate, well maintained with daily housekeeping visits. Parking is available within the rear courtyard, at a daily rate. The breakfast is good and varied. From day one, the staff were helpful and pleasant; the majority of the front of house staff spoke English. They were always ready to give advice. It’s a decent budget hotel that delivers what’s on the tin.

We loved this hotel and the service was great. Kamal was a very nice bartender and he was so personable and made our stay a very nice time!

The first impression after arriving at the place, looking at the hotel from the streetside is not very encouraging - the place looks more like a low-category motel from American movies. However, everything changes when you enter the room. Inside is amazingly clear. The place is cleaned super professionally and for a high gloss. Everything is very clean: beds, bedding, sheets, cabinets, shelves ... The bathroom is so extremely clean and neat that it looks like just renovated. I'm very impressed! The serving staff are very nice and friendly. Although I made an emergency reservation 15 minutes before closing the reception in the middle of the night, and we have arrived a few minutes after the official reception hours, the employee served us in a super professional and nice way.

Good value for money but the place has its downsides to. The good things first : Located Very conveniently, nearby the U3 line Simmering and also Simmering S- Bahn station. The breakfast there is very rich and generous. Big TV . The not so good facts : It can get pretty noisy in the rooms sometimes. I especially noticed the noise coming up from the hotels parking lot in the mornings and also from other guests in the hallways. My room had a small kitchen integrated but 0 usability because there is no dishes, pots no not even a kettle to boil water. Sometimes the breakfast room can be crowded because it is shared with non hotel guests as well. Ultra slow internet during my stay, I could not even stream YouTube videos to the rooms TV with it.

We booked a room and arrived there quite late, after 22h. We parked our car into the hotel parking and while we were getting our luggage some person shouted at us like we were thieves. It was the person at the reception. Then he pretended he coulnd't speak English, only answered us in German, really impolite and agressive. He made us pay some 9 Euro extra for the parking, although the booking included free parking. I will make a complaint about this rude old man.

I've paid in advance (hotel rules) then had day before checkout. I didnt get my money back for that one night + breakfast + parking. Worst expirinece ever. Never ever in this hotel. Be careful they just want to earn money without sense about travelers.

We stayed here for three nights. Rooms are clean and friendly staff. Our package included breakfast and there were great selection of food. It's very close to the underground station (U3 Simmering) which is very handy.
