Great Burger King. Never really crowded and you get the food fairly quickly. Toni Maccaroni Double is delicious. Only one that can make me full. Fries are also superb.

I'm giving it this rating simply because in Europe this chain is far beyond Asia from my point of view! Other than that it is quiet and not crowded, plus you get sockets where you can charge your phone!

Extremely horrible service from the Asian lady taking the orders. I came in at 23.50hrs on 21 March 2018 only to order an extra large fries. That was it. No other orders. She appeared extremely angry that I ordered at that time as they were probably getting ready to go home. In this case you should close the Burger King at 11pm. Instead of being open till midnight and having such horrible staff who are unwilling to help you. They appeared upset just seeing the fact that customers were still coming in at that time. If you want this business to work l, please either speak to your employees or close earlier. If you go after 23.30pm..you are only given a choice of the burgers and the fries that were not sold. So what's the point? It is the third time I have experiencs such service at the same Burger King. Not coming back again. Thank you.

Needed a change of scenery so we had lunch here. Everything was good. No issues

The lady who took my order spoke very little English. I've gone to the Burger Kings around the world and never had Mayo on my Breakfast burger. I did not want Mayo on it but she couldn't understand what I was saying. Then I ordered a cup of coffee and she gave me an espresso shot when I told her I wanted coffee not an espresso shot she tried to make me buy another drink. When I ordered fries and asked for ketchup she charged me for ketchup. I was really disappointed in everything about the meal and the service.

Unexpectedly very little people and a lot of space. Very nice staff, pleasant interior, comfortable seating. The toilets could be cleaner though.

The French fries were cold. The soda was 3/4 filled. The soda was also flat & warm

20 Cents extra for a carrying bag? In addition to the overprized food thats the famous straw... I can live without your trash

Good food, good service. I only didn't like charging ketchup to customers as it is free in other countries.

Burger King used to be better quality wise. I ordered 3 burgers. After 2 burgers, however, I decided to stop eating because I just felt sick (and I'm usually easy going).

Usually good but beware of large orders to go, something may be missing when you unpack at home. Just had a large order, 2 portions of chicken nuggets were missing. Best to unpack everything on the counter just to make sure. When you come home it is already too late.

Food is awesome but service is slow, especially on weekends.

A little expensive compared to other fast food options in Vienna (bratwurst etc etc) but still good

I am a food delivery driver with bicycle. I always come on time to get the food still fresh , always greeting and talk nicely to the workers there. Today was 30°C and I forgot my bottle of water. I kindly asked for a glass of water (doesn't matter if its from the sink or from the machine) and the cashier said that the water is 30 cents. 😂😂 ( I work this for 6 months and water was never rejected especially in these hot days )

I ordered from this restaurant at 20:30 now it's 21:47 and according to Lieferando the delivery still will be completed in 12 minutes. I mean, that's one and a half hour delivery time. This is not fast food this is a disaster. This was the last time when I eat anything from Ungargasse. I would give zero stars if I could.
