The location started as a five star location- nice people great location and good food/ drinks- unfortunately it is very crowded and „stressful“ now.. quality is still nice people are friendly, but there is too much going on around especially on sunny weekends.. prices are higher but still very ok for such a hotspot

Great place for both locals and tourists. The owner is a wine grower too you can taste wines that ripened just few meters from where you are sitting with a great view over Vienna. If you plan to come to one of their events, then come by bike or bus. The traffic situation up there is tricky.

Nothing better with cold weather than a nice pumpkin soup. Great place to start a walk.

As a viennese resident, I can just recommend to visit this nice Spot. It is located in the northern outskirts of vienna, on a hill with a beautiful view over the city and is easily reachable by the public transportation. The Restaurant itself is not quite big, so if you are a group and want to eat something you should make a reservation. The service is very friendly and also the dishes are very good. Not cheap but also not too expensive, an upper class Location, I would say, one of the reasons I picked it also to celebrate my engagement.👌

Did not even get a chance to taste the food since we were just ignored by the waiter! He seemed to be alone serving the dinning room and fully overwhelmed. After asking for the 5th time if we could order drinks, he replied impolitely accusing the wireless system do be down. 1 minutes later he was taking the oder our neighbouring table, arrived after us... (on his wireless device^^). We asked him why that: he simply decided he won't serve us and suggested us to write an email that he knows wont be read by the owner. Unacceptably rude.

It's a very pleasant ambience. Beautiful view, food is delicious. The waiters are very fast. It doesn't take much to wait. :))

Extremely impolite and rude service. We order some basic stuff like Töpfen Strudel and Ice cafe. After waiting for a long time, we were not happy with the quality and overall presentation of the food (Strudel was old and the Vanilla Sauce was reduce with water). We decided to tell the weitress who proceeded to change the cake not without some distasteful comments. When it was time to pay she brought the receipt, we paid what she said we had to pay and decided to leave but then she came back complaining that we hadn't paid the cake she had exchanged. The comments she made and her attitude were totally uncalled for and it's a pity since the place has a nice view but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This place is just a customer trap since there aren't a lot of options near by. We came with tourist visiting Vienna and they were stunned by the unfriendliness. If the owner does not agree with the reviews, then he/she should have a lengthy talk with his/her employees to improve overall customer service experience. I would never recommend visiting this place!

Overall a very good experience for a brunch with my kids and some friends. Food was yummy, staff was nice and location was great. Family friendly, with a large playground for kids outside. Totally recommend it.

The view is amazing and worth coming here at least once. It's always quite crowded, but you can always find a free table quickly. You'll probably have to wait quite a while for a waiter, but the staff are very pleasant and polite, and the coffee and food are of good quality.

Service time seems to be improved because we got very quickly our drinks and food during a sunny sunday lunch time. Waiters are kind and take care if extra request immediately, e.g. a second plate. Compared to the time before we went there, it was better. Maybe an idea: for non-guest who wants to use the WC, maybe you charge a small amount instead of saying dont use because of Covid-19. the restaurant is located in an excellent place. Though the soup was lousy but the food is quite okay. The service was good. But most importantly the atmosphere was excellent.

Great views once you get to the top! It was snowing when we went (21 Nov) but the restaurant was great and had some great wine and beer. Highly recommended!

Very house-made fine sugar lemonade, a broad view over wine yards and Vienna, friendly staff! Also good place for children with a huge playground near by!

Great place with a wonderful view. The food quality is very good. The service is their weakness. Don't get me wrong they occasionally nice but, the lecturing tone of voice just bring the worst in the place.

Great view on the city. We had to wait a while for the food, which was actually quite good. Quite steep prices.

There was a dead fly in our ravioli and the Eiernockerl was so bland. Price is was too high for what you are served. I would only recommend getting a drink here.

Edit: I would like to emphasise that the waiter said we CAN’T pay by card and that it is cash only even though I asked multiple times. I didn’t try to pay by card therefore it didn’t get declined. Didn’t even get to that part. So stop trying to withdraw my review and take this as an honest feedback to improve your business. Extremelly rude staff. Laughed at our order suggesting we are not ordering enough. Then when we paid told us we can’t pay by card even though other guests could. When I paid cash the waiter gave me the wrong change and said “I’m taking a tip”. Ran away before I could say anything.
