We are very happy we came~ The decor is very fine with attention to detail and yet the value is also amazing. Our kimchi pancake was fantastic and also came with a very nice dipping sauce. The jungol was perfect for 2 people comes with a bottle of soju 🍾💕 also my bf and I each got our own panchan which was generous. They also let you add stuff to the jungol, like one (giant) serving of glass noodles is €3.50 😍🙏 Note: Their kitchen closes 1 hour before closing (10pm) and they have to be able to finish cooking before that, so last call is realistically around 9:30pm, even tho they technically close at 11pm..

Loved it there! Tried gangjeong chicken and bibimbap (side dishes were included). Gangjeong chicken was extremely delicious - definitely recommend trying it from the starters menu! It was everybody's favorite. Bibimbap was also tasty, but a tad too spicy (I would recommend pouring less gochujang for a more balanced spiciness level). A place to return to!

Well harmonized Korean food restaurant. It is located in the middle of the vienna City Center. We were impressed with hospitality, very kind and friendly staff, furthermore we are very satisfied with high quality dishes. It was so tidy and well organized. Strongly recommend to the visitor in vienna!!

Delicious food. Service not good. As we are not locals, we were unfamiliar with the coins when we paid. The staff showed us an exasperated look instead of helping the situation.

An overall underwhelming food experience. We tried a couple of different starters (the kimchi pancake, corn dog, fried chicken) and those were nice. Our main dishes were rather a miss than a hit. After awhile, as the place got fuller, the staff also seemed a little overwhelmed and, though they remained friendly and nice, we felt a little neglected. I won’t be coming back :)

Extremely nice atmosphere, encompassed with great food and a friendly staff that really knows their menu. We ate there as a group of three and ordered different dishes. We were amazed! Highly recommend the spring rolls as well as the curry duck. We will certainly come again!

Excellent! The food was delicious and the owner was a great host. Many Korean people were there… a good sign!

Having flown in from London, where Korean restaurants abound but are rarely authentic, it was such delight to have discovered during our weekend trip in Vienna this little gem of a place that has completely taken me back to the bustling and lively streets of Seoul. Fine dishes that taste just like what one finds in South Korea - the flavours, the mini dishes of pickles that accompany your mains, and the earnest service. Stylish décor, too!

Very nice atmosphere and I've craved this Korean food for so long! Very well done. Highly recommending the mango iced mochi. I definitely will ask for a mango mochi cake for my bday :P

I didn’t have a reservation , just walked in having read the reviews while in Landstraße Hauptstraße. Very polite friendly staff .. one look at the restaurant with beautiful young people sitting i knew it would be good. I wasn’t wrong. Lovely food if you know Korea Essen or food …😋

Epic Korean restaurant! If you want to taste Korean food in Europe where one BTS member also came, it is a must-go place (at least for me). I really like it.

Army stew and seafood pancake is super delicious, the stew especially good during fall winter makes one’s stomach warm and nice. Various ingredients go into the big stew so there is variety even for 2 people sharing. The food makes you happy.

Authentic Korean place in the middle of Vienna. Extremely pleasant staff that doesn't rush you at all. Food was fresh and tasty.

We regularly dine at Das Kimchi. We come here multiple times a year and also spend birthday dinners at this restaurant. It is a fantastic restaurant with authentic tastes and dishes. I do have to say that there is always a minor detail that isn't perfect when we come, but it is something that we can gladly live with but do have to mention: either the kimchi pancake is a bit underdone, some other time the portion size is different than usual, or the service can be a bit slow. They always react positively to criticism or requests, which I highly appreciate. All in all, always happy to come back and try out new dishes as well have my usual (kimchi pancakes and the chicken starter).

Best Korean I have had in a while, superb pork topped with grilled kimchi. You can clearly see that the menu has been composed by someone with an appreciation for the Korean tradition and prepared by someone with appreciation for fine dining. The only problem was that we seemed to be invisible to the staff (was it because we were polish??? Perhaps :)))

Disappointed Korean restaurant. Food is more fusion than real Korean food. For example: Deok bokki was partly (Italian) gnocchi. Service didn’t listen good, so we didn’t got the right dish (for one instead of two).

Delicious korean food, the service was fast. But the staff kept talking in German even if I was speaking in English so I had to keep asking for them to switch. Overall it was a good experience

Quiet place that’s not too far from where I am staying. The restaurant staff was very nice and attentive so definitely a strong suite. The restaurant is quiet and the decor is lovely. The food’s flavor was really good but felt a bit overpriced for the portions that we received. I would still recommend this place if you’re in Vienna!

I have no idea what I could name that they can improve upon. Amazing food, affordable, very polite staff and cozy restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who likes Korean food!

Good beef bulgogi (the only non-spicy main dish on the menu) and avocado salad. Decent service, but the space inside is a bit stuffy. Overall positive experience

We took a Jeon Kimchi each and a Ojingeo bokkeum (Fried Squid) each with Jasmin tea. It was delicious. Don't eat this dish if you can't handle spiciness.

This is a nice place to sample a wide variety of Korean dishes in Vienna. Note that this place also has vegetarian options, and a full range of spiciness, from not spicy to spicy! There is ample seating and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are also nice.

Didn't expect much, but still left disappointed lol - Food: + Mid, but really pricey. One bowl of simple bulgogi bibimbap costs about 19-20€. + The tteokbokki and the side dish were like a joke because the portion was so tiny (we were served like 3 pieces of kimchi) - Service: The staff were somewhat hostile. They would put the dishes and utensils in front of us really aggressively, if that makes sense. As soon as we stopped eating (didn't even stand up, put on our coats, or ask for the bill), they came and cleaned everything off of the table lol. Also it was really strange that they gave us plates to eat from, instead of bowls, which makes us confused as hell because it's not the norm, and gave us a hard time to eat (it's definitely not easy to eat rice with soup from a plate :v ). It was such a bad experience, it's hilarious. - Space: It was a really well decorated restaurant. Conclusion: Maybe it was just us who received this type of service, but for me, I would never come back lol

Treated myself to delivery on mjam to celebrate the end of exams. I was not disappointed. The food was hot and tasty and I had leftovers that I heated up the next day which still tasted great! I would also like to comment that it came excellently packaged! Korean food is very expensive in Austria in my opinion, so I did not factor this in to my decision, but for what I paid I think the restaurant has good quality food. It’s obviously not going to be as cheap as in Korea since the ingredients are expensive here. So give this restaurant a chance for some great tasting and satisfying food💜
