It is 14th of May, and he still has not received the basic investigation tests (MRT) that he was supposed to receive from day 1. In this case, we have a young man who is completely ignored by the clinical personnel, most specifically by the doctors who are refusing to speed up the one test (MRT) that will actually diagnose the illness. I urge the management of the Klinik to take action and ensure a healthy inflow/outflow of patients by actually giving them the tests and treatment they need, and not just a constant row of painkillers in the hope that they would numb the pain enough to have it seemingly disappear!

Schmerzmittel angeboten etc. Dann kam es zu einem Notkaiserschnitt, der zum Glück gut ausging. Danach wachte ich im Aufwachraum auf und hatte ein furchtbares Erlebnis mit dem Anästhesisten. Die Hebammen / Krankenschwestern auf der Station waren sehr unterschiedlich. Einige waren super freundlich, lieb, hilfsbereit und einfach toll. Eine Krankenschwester hat mir aber z.B. leider mitten in der Nacht (3 Uhr früh) nicht helfen wollen, obwohl ich extreme Schmerzen hatte und mich wegen meines Kaiserschnitts nicht bewegen konnte. Der gesamte Aufenthalt hat mich leider dermaßen traumatisiert, dass ich die ersten Monate nach der Geburt Panikattaken hatte und eine Traumatherapie machen musste, obwohl all dies so einfach vermeidbar gewesen wäre. Die Therapeutin im Haus war leider mit meiner Situation auch überfordert und dementsprechend mache ich die Therapie nun privat... Ich würde also auf jeden Fall raten, eine Wahlhebamme mitzunehmen, damit sich irgendjemand um einen kümmert während der Geburt. Langfristig spart man sich einiges, denn die Therapie zur Aufarbeitung kostet mindestens so viel und die schlaflosen Nächte, Albträume und Tränen hätte ich mir rückblickend sehr gern erspart... Die Kreissäle und Zimmer sind aber wirklich wunderschön, modern und toll!! Schade, dass die Qualität seit 2018 dermaßen gesunken ist .

Einen besonderen Dank möchte ich an Fr. Dr. Zeliha Dagdepen aussprechen, welche sich während der Entbindung so viel Mühe gab, und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgte und mich auch nach der Geburt mental sehr unterstützte. Meine kleine Maus ist während dem 4-wöchigem Spitalaufenthalt so schnell gewachsen und hat sich irsinnig schnell erholt, so dass wir das Spital früher als geplant verlassen durften. Nun ist meine Tochter schon 4 Jahre alt, kerngesund und trägt keine Spuren davon, ein Frühchen zu sein. Auf die Worte hin dass das nicht dringlich sei wurde sie von der Schwester scharf angezischt, dass und erneut erinnert dass ich 1. schwanger bin und mich vor Schmerzen krümme. Es wurde dann weiter gerätselt welches Schmerzmittel man mir geben könne, und dass man mich zur sofortigen Weiteruntersuchung auf die Gynäkologie schicke. Da man mir versicherte dass die Gynäkologin dort auf mich warte und Bescheid wisse gab ich an, dass ich die Schmerzmittel aufgrund der Unsicherheit in der Notaufnahme dort abkläre. Auf der Gynäkologie wurde ein CTG geschrieben, mir wieder gesagt die Ärztin sei gleich bei mir. Das Klettern auf die Liege war derart schmerzhaft dass ich mich krümmte. Danach wartete ich weitere 2,5 Stunden unbehandelt am Gang. Auf die Frage meines Mannes wann wir dran kämen oder ob ich zumindest etwas gegen die Schmerzen bekommen könne wurde mit einem "Wir haben über 1000" Betten geantwortet. Ich wurde dann von einer von Beginn an sehr unwirschen Ärztin aufgerufen die mich anherrschte was ich denn hier mache. Ich schilderte ihr dass ich geschickt worden sei und dachte man wisse Bescheid. Daraufhin antwortete sie mir, dass sie wegen mir ein Baby im Notkaiserschnitt nicht sterben lassen werde. ABgesehen davon dass damit jegliche DvO Richtlinien gebrochen werden ist das menschlich unmöglich. Ich schilderte ihr dann von den Schmerzen, wurde dazu angehalten auf den Gyntisch zu gehen- was defakto aufgrund meiner Schmerzen nicht möglich war, ich weinte, krümmte mich- mir wurde dabei zugesehen, weder gefragt ob ich Hilfe benötige noch sonst irgendetwas angeboten. Ich hab dann unter Tränen um ein Schmerzmittel gebeten. "Na haltens den Ultraschall wenigstens noch aus" war die Antwort, ich meinte wenn sie nicht an die betroffene Stelle ankommt ja, daraufhin wurde ich angeherrscht "Na soll ich sie jetzt untersuchen oder nicht" . Ich bin dann weinend aufgestanden und gegangen. In der Notaufnahme wurde ich dann immer noch vor Schmerzen weinend von einem Pfleger ANGESCHRIEN weil ich gesagt habe dass ich der netten Schwester von Beginn gesagt habe, dass ich keinen Revers unterschreiben MÖCHTE, woraufhin mir weiter angedroht wurde mich festzuhalten. Im "multiprofessionellen Dekurs" wurde festgehalten ich sei weinerlich in die Notaufnahme gekommen- Ich war nicht weinerlich sondern hatte über einen Zeitraum von insgesamt 5h derart starke Schmerzen, dass ich mich nicht ohne eben diese bewegen, atmen, sitzen, liegen konnte. I gave birth to my daughter in June 2019. I cannot say anything but huge THANK YOU to all the staff. Extremely nice and helpful.
