Don't go to this hospital on Saturday or Sunday for emergency because they will make you feel guilty that you went for their help. They will even leave you for 4 hours sitting in a room without any treatment plan. It's not a good place if you are still young because these guys think that emergency pain only means you're 90 years old in heart attack. Very bad communication!

(Translated by Google) I happen to read recessions about the KH der Barmherzigen Brüder, but unfortunately not about the psychotherapeutic ward. In 1998 I was hospitalized there, in the previous year I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, but the histology was unspecific. I was in pain around the clock, within 5 weeks I lost 16 kg and the medication did not help at all. In addition to the permanent pain, I also suffered from chronic lack of sleep because I was in a room with several patients, each with his or her of course personal problems. We had a massively overweight patient who snored so loudly at night due to her excess weight that one thought a whale emerged from the sea. I / We couldn't sleep and they asked in a very rude way that one could get used to something that was not everyday. The group therapies were structured like this, if you asked a fellow patient "why he believed that", the doctor told you: Would I like to take on your job? I felt not understood by the doctors who were being treated, which made me even more uncomfortable. You couldn't convince me that my psyche is sick and that my pain threshold is crazy, because I am a very stable person and I was already at a young age. My healthy body was so familiar to me that I knew myself that there had to be more than one M. Crohn here and that these strange methods were intended to stress my psyche as unnecessarily as possible. Ultimately, after a short time, I stopped the therapy because everything escalated under the pain that I should learn to deal with. I packed my things late in the evening because the gates were already closed and since I no longer had the physical strength I not only felt sick, feverish and exhausted from the constant sleep deprivation, overtaken and completely powerless from the constant pain, I alternately pushed the suitcase with my legs to the exit. The porter refused to help me with the suitcase and he explained to me that he wasn't allowed to open the door either, it was late in the evening. Only when I explained to him that this was a deprivation of liberty and that I would otherwise have to contact the police, I was allowed to leave the clinic late in the evening with a signed lapel. A called taxi driver Then took me with my suitcase home to my husband, whom I didn't want to burden after a busy day. Even after this stay at Psychosomatik, I remained very ill, the pain remained and there were many complications, so that I was transplanted in 2016. My psycho had to endure a lot, but despite everything, managed to straighten up again and again and face life positively.

(Translated by Google) Totally incompetent, unorganized and unfriendly team ... Had an appointment for an appointment for which you should come over half an hour earlier. Despite being there in time, they had forgotten me and then blamed me for having to report to a doctor, although it was never discussed. Never again.

(Translated by Google) Sorry, but I have to get rid of that. This recession actually affects the surgical department and cafeteria. The staff themselves, incredibly nice, but have zero powers. You always hear "I have to ask" but nobody knows who has to decide what. The coffee machine is locked during visiting hours. The bistro doesn't do business otherwise. So you would be forced to buy a coffee for € 3, where firstly there is almost nothing inside and can then be used to wash your feet.

(Translated by Google) The psychosomatic ward is not at all recommended for people who cannot cope with their physical illness. Incompetent doctors ignoring medical standards. One is persuaded that everything can be traced back to the psyche, even if one has already confirmed diagnoses from other doctors. One is given actual exclusion diagnoses in advance. Not like that!

(Translated by Google) Because it's so fun ... Will be referred to the outpatient clinic for treatment by the general practitioner. There I will be examined again (I had already brought the findings with me). "Yes, go to the physio, take these and those tablets. But for the physio they have to go back to the family doctor to get a referral. "" And what about the treatment that says the referral (which is why I'm actually coming to you)? "" Then the physiotherapist does that we don't here ... " (Original) Weil's ja so Spaß macht...

The hospital is currently being renovated. From the outside it's a complete construction site. Everything inside is beautiful. Clean. And everything works undisturbed. The whole hospital is beautiful, modern and clean. The staff is so nice, competent and humane, everything you could wish for. The operating area is state-of-the-art. Organizationally everything is 1A. Nursing staff and doctors are professionally at the highest level. Human even about it. Beautiful, netre courtyard. Like a park. Neat, clean canteen. I have been a patient in the house for 5 years. I really like that.

So I have to say. Thanks to the team at OA Dr. Georg Tentschert I had gastric bypass surgery on February 1st and everything went great from the first meeting in the office until I was discharged on February 3rd. Fr memes is very friendly and always happy when you have contact with her. The nurses on ward 3, who were responsible for me, were all very nice and friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. In the operating room everyone tried very hard for the patient so that nothing was missing. OA Dr Tentschert is very competently experienced and his manner takes away the fear of every patient, and that was the case with me Thank you very much for making it possible for me to treat myself like this and it has done me a lot of good. Thanks to the whole hospital for all the care and loving nature. Greetings Dragan Korica

(Translated by Google) Hello I have already been to the Sisters of Mercy Hospital twice for surgery. One inpatient and one day clinic. I would like to thank all the nurses, nurses, anesthetists and doctors for their help. A friendly and so loving care is no longer a matter of course today. Every hospital stay is unfamiliar and stressful for the patient. A warm and humane treatment helps a lot here and contributes significantly to healing. Nice that this is practiced here. Thanks again! Danke nochmals!

Mixed bag ... I was here 3 times, the first one for a consultation, the doctor was very nice and clearly explained everything and he said that I need to get a colonoscopy and an endoscopy to confirm my diagnostics and based on that I will get tailored medication. The two procedures were done without any problems (here I really recommend this hospital) by the same doctor. Again he did explained everything clearly. No for the bad part: Today after waiting 2 months to get another appointment to interpret my results and get the tailored treatment and diet suggestions and so on, I've got another doctor, which rushed everything, he did not give me any treatment or any diet suggestions as I expected... he was talking to the phone during the consultation, and he ASKED ME what medication do I take and how often and he quickly wrote me a recipe for that medication and that was it, 2 minutes and done ... no tailored treatment, no diet suggestions, no other explanations nothing! because of this the mixed bag... if you are lucky to get the good doctors, well your are lucky ... if not ... Anyway not recommended ...

(Translated by Google) Psychosomatic stay: In my opinion not recommended. Have the impression that it can be helpful for people with eating disorders, but not recommended for other problems. I honestly did not feel taken seriously and apart from that everything was very chaotic (a 2-3 week stay for clarification was planned because that would not have been possible in a clinical setting without considering the psyche), is called "psychosomatics" for the doctors there just like for most other doctors that you are likely to convince yourself of your symptoms and there can be no organic causes and even if you have mental illnesses in addition to organic diseases, everything can of course be traced back to it and you exaggerate. Do they say that to someone with a stress-related stomach ulcer? Maybe that's some kind of spiritual nonsense and they think if you can pretend that God exists, you can pretend that physical illnesses don't exist. A migraine, which was actually confirmed by a neurologist and only had to be ruled out by MRI, was called "questionable migraine" in my discharge letter, and although my stool samples were used to find out what led to diarrhea and stomach pain, I was told additionally diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (I mean what?) and also the diagnosis my psychologist made was questioned again (I mean, someone who speaks to me twice knows better what I have than someone I trust and with whom I've been working for 3 years ...) However, the nurses and a doctor in training were very nice and the concept actually had potential.

(Translated by Google) Gallenop in day clinic, a few days later colic. A phone call to the Kh at night revealed that "it is not certain whether you have a bed free" and I should contact another Kh. In the Hanusch hospital it was found that stones remained in the corridor and that the operation would have been inefficient. I was brought back to the Kh Merciful Sisters, where OA Tentschert initially doubted that I would be dismissed the night before - at that point I was in a lot of pain - a big excuse followed a little later and "that it would never happen again". Then a 3-week stay, including days on intensive care, a failed second procedure, pancreatitis, the truth was only told to me when I was discharged, namely that I have to live with the remaining concretions. I have seen and experienced that wrong medication was given, hardly anyone can take blood, before the second procedure I was first given an information sheet about the wrong procedure - until it is indicated which procedure is being performed .. the nutritional counseling does not know which one You have illness, but advise ... etc. etc. - a lot of trainees, chaotic organization. I can only strongly advise against visiting this institution! My complaints, which I brought up during checks, were also cured by the family doctor, who prescribed medication after my hospital stay. Comment on the follow-up examination in the Kh: "That was a good idea"! (Original) Gallenop in Tagesklinik, wenige Tage spaeter Koliken.

(Translated by Google) Very great hospital with very nice and competent staff. I got gastric bypass on 9/17/20. I came to the hospital in the morning and immediately came to my room where the blood was drawn. Then move and off to the operating room. It went very quickly but wasn't hectic. I said I need a minute to write to my wife that it will start. The nurse didn't put any pressure on me and said I should do it in peace. The doctors presented themselves before the operation and relaxed my tense mood with a good mood and fun. They completely took away my nervousness. After the operation I had to spend one night in the intensive care unit where I would like to praise all the nurses very much. All very nice and professional. Sister Julia and Bernadette (if I'm not mistaken) looked after me during the day and did everything to make it as comfortable as possible for me. That night I had Sister Christine whom I would like to highlight. She took care of me like a mother. Incredibly accommodating. The next day I came to the surgery ward and every single nurse, doctor or cleaning staff there was very nice and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the surgical staff. I would also like to mention Brigitte Christ from the Obesity Center. She accompanied me this year (so long because of Corona) on the way to the surgery, always very helpful and competent. At the first appointment I came very nervous and not sure how it will be and after talking to her, the nervousness was gone and everything was clear. Conclusion: complete staff, nurses, doctors, dieticians, ...... very, very friendly and competent. Very clean hospital and I had the impression it was running like a Swiss clock. I went home pain-free two days after the operation. One day after the operation, I was already walking around the aisle and was completely without pain medication. GREAT HOSPITAL AND THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM !!

Gross negligence. I brought my father here because he was having a hard time breathing. The "doctor" wouldn't even examine him, told him it sounded like Covid but said testing is a waste of time, and told us to "wait it out". How are you supposed to "wait out" not being able to breathe? What do people in Vienna do when they're experiencing a medical emergency? Simply drop dead? Embarrassing excuse for a doctor and hospital. Avoid at all costs.

The first time I gave a star, because I had an unpleasant experience. I felt very bad, I was coughing, I had fever, and the doctor recommended Mucosolvan only. But my mother-in-law and my husband were interned there and I am very pleased with how they were treated! one of the best hospitals in Vienna!

It is always the secretaries on the front desk when you first come in that lets this place down. They are always very unfriendly and put you in a sour mood which is not good for a hospital. The nurses and doctors on the other hand have been very nice so far. Shame that the team is let down by the rudeness of the front desk operators.

(Translated by Google) About three weeks ago, the Sisters of Mercy performed diaphragm surgery on me. Since it was my first hospital stay ever, I was nervous and anxious. The surgery performed by Dr. Marcus Fink, went without any complications and the nice surgical team did their best to calm me down. After wonderful recovery in the recovery room, I was taken to my room on the 7th floor in the surgical ward. From admission to discharge two days later, I was in the best of hands with the great team of competent, friendly and attentive nurses. Many heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, assistants and nurses who, despite the circumstances, made my stay a bearable, almost pleasant experience that wasn't even half as bad as I had imagined. :)

During a day hospital stay, I was treated by Dr. Stoyanova operated. At my first appointment in her office, Dr. Stoyanova arranged the operation date herself as well as the necessary outpatient appointments at the hospital for me. I was very well informed and Dr. Stoyanova was always easy and quick to reach for me. I also found the anesthesia preliminary discussion to be very positive. Both doctors - a senior physician and a younger colleague - appeared to me to be very competent, friendly, approachable and particularly committed, both professionally and socially. In this way, my insecurities could also be taken away. I felt very well looked after and that my concerns were taken care of. I would also like to express great praise to the two nurses at the day clinic. They both looked after me very competently and caringly. Everything seemed to me to be very well organized, I found the operation itself and the patient care to be first class. Both before and immediately after the operation, Dr. Stoyanova asked me personally how I was doing. I fell asleep in the day hospital bed and woke up again and didn't notice anything about the operation. I would like to thank you very much for the professionalism and friendliness shown to me by all employees.

(Translated by Google) I had surgery on Tuesday with the Sisters of Mercy and felt very well looked after from the start. The surgeon dr. Salehi has inquired several times before and after, how I am, I was regularly informed about everything, the operation was completely without complications, my husband has always found an open ear when he has inquired about me and the nurses in the OP and then in the station 3 were super friendly and competent. Many thanks for that! But there is one point of criticism: dismissal management should be improved. On the day of the discharge, the bed was needed again, but the papers were not ready yet, my husband was not there yet to pick me up, because late morning had been agreed and yet I was asked to pack and wait in the lounge. But I was not fit enough yet. I was allowed to stay in bed anyway, but I felt the last 2 hours but out of place. Still, all in all a great place to get well.

Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, ZI319,Chirurgie 29.2.2020-3.3.2020

(Translated by Google) has been in inpatient treatment for some time, would like to express my thanks and great praise to the entire staff! Regardless of whether the nursing staff (sensitive and professional) or their helpers (always friendly and endeavored) as well as the medical team, they don't always have it easy, but they are always looking after your patients! The one star less is the food is sometimes far too little, I say that is normally not much :-) and I think it also includes a coffee machine as a selection that also works during the operating times of the cafeteria. Staff of the cafeteria also very friendly .... find a little suggestion in 2020, there should be disinfectants on all toilets, especially in a hospital, not just for the hands!

I want to thank all the staff for looking after me. I was terrified, spoke no German and was not expecting to be on the operating table whilst working in Vienna! You all saved my life and I will not forget this. Please pass on my thanks to everyone on the third floor for helping me through this, allowing my parents to visit me from London, and for speaking brilliant English. And thanks to Dr. Raquel (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) who performed the surgery.

From check-in to discharge, more like a 5 star hotel than a hospital. Very professional management, great employees. Any time.

😠 Do not recommend going to the emergency when you have an emergency because they don't treat it as an emergency. I had shortness of breath and wanted to immediately see the doctor and the interns there asked me to wait after a 30 min long registration process. Well the waiting was for 1.5 hours and I...

😠 I didnt have a good experience. As a non-austrian worker, sometimes, Im not familiar with the country's health system. What you expect is a bit of help (even more when you are sick). But the doctor said mean things. At some point, I stood up and told him I wanted to leave immediately. But I calmed...
