Hello
:)
My
daughter's
tonsils
and
polyps
were
removed
this
Friday
at
St.
Anna
Children's
Hospital
at
Station
3B
(ENT).
We
felt
very
well
looked
after
!!
The
whole
team
was
very
fond
of
children
and
empathetic.
We
felt
we
were
welcome,
nobody
was
annoyed
or
stressed
out.
The
nurse
has
looked
to
every
patient
has
a
room
for
themselves.
There
were
7
patients
that
day
and
everyone
was
allowed
to
stay
in
the
room
alone
with
mom
or
dad.
There
are
7
rooms
on
this
station,
they
are
twin
rooms.
In
each
room
there
is
a
TV.
There
is
also
W-LAN
available.
There
is
a
games
room
on
the
station,
which
is
very
nice.
We
spent
two
nights
at
the
station.
The
Op
was
without
complications
and
also
was
regularly
checked
to
see
if
my
daughter
is
doing
well.
You
can
hear
stories
from
hospitals
again
and
again
and
often
makes
yourself
totally
ready
before
and
hopes
that
it
will
be
good
for
yourself
..
I
was
already
very
nervous
months
ago
and
did
not
know
what's
going
to
happen
and
especially
how
it
will
be
in
the
hospital,
whether
it
will
be
fine
there,
etc
...
Now
I
can
say
that
we
were
very
satisfied
and
can
recommend
this
hospital,
we
felt
well
cared
for
!!!!!
:)
I
hope
I
was
able
to
calm
some
Mama's
and
Dad's
with
this
post
and
show
that
there
are
also
good
stories
from
hospitals
:)
I
wish
all
who
are
in
front
of
an
Op,
all
the
best
and
good
luck!

(Original)
Hallo
:)
Meiner
Tochter
wurden
diesen
Freitag
die
Mandeln
und
Polypen
im
St.
Anna
Kinderspital
auf
der
Station
3B
(HNO)
entfernt.
Wir
haben
uns
sehr
gut
aufgehoben
gefühlt!!
Das
ganze
Team
war
sehr
kinderlieb
und
einfühlsam.
Wir
hatten
das
Gefühl
willkommen
zu
sein,
keiner
war
genervt
oder
gestresst.
Die
Schwester
hat
darauf
geschaut
das
jeder
Patient
ein
Zimmer
für
sich
alleine
hat.
An
diesem
Tag
waren
es
7
Patienten
und
jeder
durfte
mit
Mama
oder
Papa
alleine
im
Zimmer
übernachten.
Auf
dieser
Station
gibt
es
7
Zimmer,
es
sind
Zweibettzimmer.
In
jedem
Zimmer
gibt
es
einen
TV.
Es
steht
auch
W-LAN
zu
Verfügung.
Ein
Spielzimmer
gibt
es
auf
der
Station,
das
sehr
lieb
gestaltet
ist.
Wir
verbrachten
zwei
Nächte
auf
der
Station.
Die
Op
verlief
ohne
Komplikationen
und
auch
danach
wurde
regelmäßig
geschaut
ob
es
meiner
Tochter
gut
geht.
Man
hört
ja
immer
wieder
Geschichten
von
Spitäler
und
macht
sich
oft
schon
vorher
total
fertig
und
hofft
das
es
einem
selber
gut
gehen
wird
..
Ich
war
Monate
vorher
schon
sehr
nervös
und
wusste
nicht
was
da
alles
auf
uns
zu
kommen
wird
und
vor
allem
wie
es
im
Spital
sein
wird,
ob
es
uns
dort
gut
gehen
wird
usw
...
Jetzt
kann
ich
sagen,
dass
wir
sehr
zufrieden
waren
und
dieses
Spital
weiterempfehlen
können,
wir
haben
uns
gut
aufgehoben
gefühlt
!!!!!
:)
Ich
hoffe
ich
konnte
mit
diesem
Post
einige
Mama's
und
Papa's
beruhigen
und
zeigen
das
es
auch
gute
Geschichten
von
Spitälern
gibt
:)
Ich
wünsche
allen
die
vor
einer
Op
stehen,
alles
alles
Gute
und
viel
Glück!
