The nurses and doctors are more than just competent. They are helpful, polite and so patient that for the first time I didn't feel like a subhuman. On my first phone call, I spoke to a woman (I wish I had written down her name) who didn't brush me off rudely like the hospitals before, but instead took time for me amid all the hectic pace, even calmed me down and left gave me my referral (which the other 8 hospitals did not do!) and informed me that unfortunately admission would only be possible if I changed the referral from my family doctor. I didn't know that and I'm so grateful that I was given such warm and friendly advice. With the new transfer I got a room straight away and how grateful I was for that. Each person was patient with me and I was treated as if I wasn't a patient, but almost a friend who they really wanted to help. I felt safe and even when I was sick, I felt better than ever. Ich habe von 04.01.22 bis 05.01.22 eine Nacht im Franziskusspital Landstraße aufgrund einer CT gezielten Nervenwurzelblockade verbracht. Ich hatte ein "Gastbett" der Internen Abteilung auf der Akut Geriatrie. Es war alles perfekt, ich war sehr beeindruckt über die überragende Freundlichkeit im ganzen Haus. Egal ob beim Empfang, bei der Aufnahme, der Station oder Radiologie wurde man sehr freundlich empfangen und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Ich bin noch immer sehr angetan und möchte mich sehr für die hervorragende Betreuung bedanken. Werde ihr Spital sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.
