    I didnt have a good experience. As a non-austrian worker, sometimes, Im not familiar with the country's health system. What you expect is a bit of help (even more when you are sick). But the doctor said mean things. At some point, I stood up and told him I wanted to leave immediately. But I calmed down and let him check my throat. Next day, I went to an Ordination, and the doctor told me that the antibiotic was not the best choice. The new doctor gave me new medicine that did work. For all: I change some of my heated words.

Die Wartezeit war in dem Moment das kleinste Übel, aber jemanden auszulachen, der mit Schmerzen in ein Krankenhaus kommt, ist einfach das Allerletzte! Feingefühl sollte bei so einem Job ein Kriterium sein.

    Worse!!!! No one knows what to do exactly 😒😒😒 if possible i would take all the points back from this hospital. It is so so bad. Not enough staff and available are so rude with bad attitude, they do not understand ur problems. I just hate this hospital now. Everyone has the different and half knowledge as they didn't get enough schooling regarding how to treat with the patients and new or operated mothers. Now they just want to upset everyone with PCR test. They should explain us where should we keep our other child if there is no possibility to leave them anywhere. I would never come to this hospital and would never refer anyone to come here. Just puppets are working here not human beings. Stupids! 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

    Last week my wife had a delivery in this hospital. How can I write about it? The hospital was super-clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and staff are very polite and tolerant regardless of the nationality of patients. Since it was our first experience of having a baby, we'd asked hundreds of non-sense questions but they were always replying patiently and with smiling faces. There are lots of midwives in the delivery rooms and all of them are kind and knowledgeable. However, there's someone special there. A real angel who I want to write a special thanks to. "Theresa Aspalter" is the name of the midwife who was in charge for my wife's delivery. Giving a birth was a nightmare for us. An extremely painful process, lack of sleep, tons of stress, and... With this midwife all went nice and easy. Words fail to describe this person. She was super-tolerant, always smiling, friendly, super-kind, and what? I can't describe enough. She turned this painful process into a sweet memory for us. I don't know what we would do without this person. From 6 pm to 6 am (12 hours) we were in the delivery room and this angel was available during the whole time. We called her for hundreds of times and each time, she attended with a beautiful smiley face and with something new to offer in order to ease the painful process for us. She is a real professional in her sensitive job, even though she is very young. Nothing can compensate what she did for us, and writing this review is the minimum possible effort to show our appreciation. The world needs more of these angels and I wish her daily triumph and health in her life. Thank you!

    Amazing hospital and great staff. I was taken in for an emergency early birth and my baby is in the intensive care unit. Everyone is taking great care of us and I feel in good and safe hands. Thank you to the whole team ❤️

    Updated review: After 3 years this hospital remains horrible.. maybe even worse since the waiting times are longer with less patients waiting (internistische Notaufnahme)…… :/ . They say they pick people depending on urgency but I am not sure if they are adequate enough to understand whether something is urgent or not… Original review: Worst hospital ever. Went the first time to close appointment for surgery and they said come with the results again and then we arrange. Second time they realized they dont do that surgery....... waiting of course both times. Couldn’t they just be more careful the first time?!?

Wer die österreichische Zwei-Klassen-Medizin hautnah erleben möchte, einfach ins KFJ fahren. Ohne zusätzliche Privatversicherung ist man in diesem Land mittlerweile aufgeschmissen.

    Terrible hospital. Don't come here! Incompetent, unfriendly staff. My pregnant wife was ignored and left in a waiting room for over 8 hours. She had Severe abdominal pain diarrhea and vomiting and was forced to suffer alone with no one caring for her. Never come to this place if you need help. It is a dangerous and life threatening hospital

    Bad experience with an incompetent beginner gynecologist, they can urge you to do an operation while it's not necessary, they can prescribe a big amount of pills to take daily without taking into consideration the side effects, they ask you to come every week to take lot of blood samples for analysis although its not really required.

    5 stars for tropischen Impfservice (tropical vaccinationservice)!!! Our kids received a lot of care, attention and goodies to ear as play. The doctor is communicative, down to the earth and cool. I am extremely positively surprised and recommend this above all private institutes.

    My wife lost her voice and it is considered as serious symptom according to google. The hospital is extremely understaffed, my wife had been waiting her turn starting from 14:40 to 21:00. After they found out that her lungs are okay and she is covid positive, they immediately threw her out. It was 15 degrees and she only had a jacket put on her pajama. No hat! Nothing! And they kept insisting that she needs to go after she said she was waiting a car! They did not care if she was freezing to death or not. No UBER OR PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE COVID POSITIVE. Every driver cancels a ride as soon as they discover. Even 40100 taxi with "covid-safe" option CANCELED A RIDE SEVERAL TIMES. Absolutely horrible.

Wichtiger ist mir die Krankheit wegen der ich auf der Onkologie behandelt werde! Ich hoffe das dass nächste MAL wieder mein ARZT DR.     We had a very pleasant experience in a very stressful situation. Went in the middle of the night with my 7 year old daughter who didn’t stop coughing. We went straight in, the staff was unbelievably nice, gave her the proper treatment, in 15 minutes the cough was gone and we could go back home to sleep. So thankful to have this close to home. She chatted with Elena and Janette, so, so nice! Thank you! LE: I must share the second experience which was not so nice anymore and fully showed me the flaws of the system. In these days where everybody is sick, they are fully understaffed. Waited 5 hours at the emergency room with my daughter which was coughing with every breath since 12 hours. We were told if she turns blue to tell the staff to get reprioritized… the staff is totally nice but the bad rating comes towards the whole system which is not keeping up with the demand.
