It was the worst hospital i’ve ever experienced in my life, I got there by ambulance from 11am and i waited there till 17:00 with so much pain on my injured leg ,no one was caring no one asked me if i have pain or i need treatment as soon as possible ,or do i have pain and need pain killer,I lost so much blood ,sryy??is that the Hospital? i’m paying every month for the insurance to suffer from my injured pain for 6 hours without any treatment? Who is responsible for this? That was the worst Organisation system in the middle of Europe I’ve ever seen.

I went to Kinder ward. My daughter had varicella and 40*C fever. The nurse at the registration was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her where should I wait, and I was send to wait with other children. I was trying to explain to her that there are also babies and very young children and we have varicella that is in its high and other can be infected. She didn't care. Slammed window on me. We left untreated. Went to St. Anna. Do not waste your time at this hospital with children. Go elsewhere.

Actually this afternoon I went there with extreme pain at my shoulder. I talk to a young man at the reception and he was very helpful and polite and I thought I’m lucky if the rest of the stuff was like him... but I was wrong !!! I was called quite fast to explain what is wrong with me and then I had to wait to see the orthopedic... I waited almost 3 hours and no one came and I was in a lot of pain ! I had to go myself to ask three times regarding my case and so I found out that the doctor (only one in shift as they said for the whole hospital) was occupied with another case upstairs and she did not even know that there was a patient at the emergency room waiting... I asked with tears in my eyes at least for a pain killer and they offered me an intravenous which I was not expecting since in case like mine, one injection would be enough. When I asked the nurse said...”at the emergencies there are no injections, if you don’t want the intravenous then stay with the pain... Besides you have to wait anyway for the doctor and we have no idea when she comes...” I was so much in pain but so upset, I had to run away... Unacceptable and inhuman behavior ! They are a shame for the Austrian health system... I’m sorry but never again there...

(Translated by Google) Absolutely perverse how you force expectant mothers to wait for hours alone for an examination to register a birth because of scare tactics by the government, that you simply send the fathers out of the hospital is an impudence! Now I understand why nobody should come in, the less you notice how inhuman you are in the name of "health", the better or how? How can the government dare to deprive minors of the right to their trusted companion and their CRIMINAL participates in this fraud? You have chosen the wrong profession if you act like this! You should all be so ashamed of yourselves.

I had an emergency situation, and we needed to call an ambulance. (As a truck driver, who's not home, it is not a easy but actually it same for everyone) Guys in the ambulance was total great and professional and most importantly they have spoken English. They have taken me to this clinic (emergency department). I had mostly positive experiences here bit all. The first lady doctor didn't speak a word of English what is OK, but didn't look so helpful as well. Then the ambulance guys sort out s different (department - doctor) for me. I had a very shaking / deep painful in my stomach but still needed to wait a some time. (There were people waited for treatment but could recognize others with pain etc. But they still handled like you have been at GP. ) of course I understand it is the Dr. Decision what is important and what not... But my pain were talking to me differently at that time. :) At the end I have got infusions and they tested my blood , EKG etc etc. I was OK just got a very hard virus infections. Most of the staff had a good English so communication was easy. I appreciate their hard work anyway. Thank you.

Adding insult to injury. If you have the chance and means, I'd recommend choosing a different hospital, at least as far as it concerns the A&E department. As a health professional I'm really sorry to write this, especially in a stressful pandemic. But lived from the other side, this experience was humiliating and embarrassing. Nurse dismissing symptoms with contempt, doctors talking loudly about a patient's diagnosis in front of other patients, blood splatters on the floor, family of the patients being checked at the entrance for 3G and invited to follow but then briskly admonished by junior doctors for following their loved one in rooms, unless strictly for translation. Inconsistent policies. I'm sure most family members would be understanding of the policy if it were communicated clearly, uniformally, and kindly. Most are not cheekily trying to break the rules or ask for exemptions. Waiting times were short, there is the upside. But providing care is unfortunately more than that, even in the emergency department. And when wearing a uniform we need to be very aware of it. For us it may be just an other day at work, for the patients and their families it is not. Maybe it was just a bad day or a bad shift..

Both my kids have a lasting trauma by this kids emergency center. My 1st kids injury was sewn up without any anastetic, 4 people held the kid down screaming. PTSD up to this day, also to the sibling hearing the screams. No laughter gas available! Conveniently denied treatment protocol papers too. My kids broken arm wasnt xrayed at full length. We would have been sent home. I wanted to see the upper arm too and had to go to the back of the line again 3 hours waiting for their mistake! 2nd ray showed fracture as I suspected. If this was in America Id sue for millions.

Fathers almost not allowed to see their children, 1 hour a day....even if they are tested and vaccinated. What is this? Is covid spreading with a vaccine and a negative test only after the 1st hour? What kind of scientific decision is this? No human rights in this hospital and country! I broke my arm 3 weeks ago and I am about to give birth...I would gladly have my husband to help me! Like a dictatorship!

Very bad experience the service is really bad I was an emergency and took them 2 hours for doctors to talk to me. They don’t pay attention make mistakes frequently and seem as they don’t know how to do the job!! The hospital is also very old, although the nurses are kind and respectful but some doctors are disrespectful and don’t listen.

Very rude nurse and very rude doctor. I had severe shoulder pain, even could not move my hand. I went to Orthopadie department. Doctor even did not check my shoulder because I had not taken appointment. They sent me back that I should get appointment from my orthopadie. That was very surprising. They said me to take painkiller. I had severe pain in a cyst on my back even i could not take a single step they gave me pain killer and sent me back to get appointment from Doctor. Hospitals are for emergencies. If I could wait for appointments why to go in Hospital. I went there three consecutive days due to severe pain in cyst. After waiting time of 4 hours they were sending me back that I should be operated at klinic.

My husband just called and he has been informed that after Saturday fathers will only be able to visit their new born children once a week. You will be sued to the European Union for inhuman behaviour! With my broken arm and no support a child will be born to a depressed and stressed mother. I regret choosing you as a birth hospital. Horrible experience!

On the 17th of Sep 2021 (Friday at the midnight) I rushed to the emergency, because I started to have rashes and itchiness on my arm and armpit. Obviously since weekend was around a corner, it was impossible to find dermatologist who works on Saturday and/or Sunday The receptionist was the really kind lady, so no complains towards her, however the doctor from dermatologist department who came from the station to look at me gave me a lecture that “this is not an emergency matter and because of people like you the medical system is crashing”! (her exact words) As if I have no other things to do but hang out at the emergency room on Friday night. I did not have to wait long for her to come, thus I assume she was not busy that moment with other patients She prescribed me a cream,  but it did not help, and the rashes were spreading futher. I was later during that week examined by proper dermatologist and it turns out I have stage IV allergic reaction to paracetamol (and indeed the exact same week only few days before coming to the emergency room,  I got paracetamol infusion in the other hospital (for other health related matters). In the hospital emergency the so called dermatoligst doctor was completely rude and instead of examining me better or trying to understand the background from where possibly I had these rashes was completely arrogant for that matter. No need to say that such a strong allergic reaction could have caused me more serious and even fatal health problems. I would like to hear her comment now, if this matter was indeed not a emergency. Unfortunately I am not able to share her name, because she prescribed me a cream using the male (not her's, unless she has male name) DR. stamp, but I will put my effort and time to figure out who she was and make an official complain. (She was blond, with glasses, soft face features, around 40 years old or younger, spoke good English)

The orthopedic doctor is literally insane and completely overworked, overwhelmed and under qualified to take any drastic decisions for people’s lives. Too many bad experiences, too little desire to explain why but DONT GO TO THE ORTHOPEDIC DOCTORS THERE NO MATTER WHAT!

Excellent medical team! Doctors and nurses are very kind and professional, the hospital is very clean and well equipped. Waiting time is good, people should keep in mind that they sort the patients by level of emergency. They first do tests to assert the level of emergency of your health issue and then proceed. Therefore, being taken care off first is never a good sign. Inside you have a nice coffee and bakery, people at the information center are very nice and will indicate night pharmacy in the neighborhood so you can fill your prescription. Most people there speak English very well, and the other are at least trying which was nice for us. People who complains should travel a bit, there are few countries in the world with such good level of healthcare and well maintained hospitals. My family and I were very impressed and directly felt in good hand which is important in that kind of moment. Thanks a lot to all the team, you are awesome!

Kinder klinik is horrible in terms of waiting times. before coming here, prepare food, water, comfortables clothes, noise canceling head phones, just like you go for intercontinental flights. This is unfortunately not a joke. We have been waiting more than 7h already. People are on their nerves, kids are bored. How can this be accepted in a developed country which takes almost 40% income tax. Additionally, Can’t this situation be improved, I‘m sure hospital management is aware of situation.

My family doctor sent me to this hospital as I am registered here for the birth, and I have strong cough and shortness of breath, constantly with no time to catch the air.The young gentlemen at the host desk in the emergency told me, YOU SEEMS TO ME JUST FINE, I am very sick and 8 months pregnant with a high risk, and he told me they have to close at 18:15 they are not happy with a system neither but he has to go home.Whoever came they send him to another department or across the street with a smile on the face because they have one person less. The doctors who asked me what to give me??? Like I am the doctor here, not the person who needs the help. God help all, but seriously is this how the pregnant (8 months) person should be treated ? Maybe just maybe there are no priorities.I do not care if you gonna consider this or not, because after this situation literally nothing can surprise me. Still think how young unexperienced guy told me you seems to me just fine.He just look at me with no examination, just through the eyes he saw my lungs and everything.

Excellent care. I was admitted in the ER with suspected heart attack and received immediate attention. My blood was checked twice to be sure because I have a previous episode not too long ago and they really wanted to make sure before they let me go home. The waiting room remained full all the time due to the new arrivals, but all patients were receiving prompt attention and the turnaround was quite efficient.

I went to first aid today and was treated straight away. The gentlemen at reception were incredibly nice and caring. This hospital does not even deserve 1 star. I could sue them for an ""unsafe discharge" because there was insufficient diagnoses of my fractured vertebrae, and nothing was done for the stomach pain as well. I had to tell the doctors what to look for regarding the stomach pain, much of what was caused from oral medication that caused gastritis. There was no physical therapy to help me to regain walking. I was only given a rollator, but no one observed my inability to walk with any kind of assistance. Furthermore, when I was informed that I was being forced to leave the hospital, I had requested someone to explain the grounds for being dispatched after only a week, and with no ability to walk yet. There was no one who explained this to me in English. Additionally, this unsafe dispatch caused much more pain at home. This hospital is no place I would recommend to anyone who requires proper care and resolutions.

I am very grateful to the doctors and all the nurses of children's department 34. The staff was very caring and attentive to the child. We went to the hospital with a referral for hospitalization from the family doctor with pneumonia, and I was very worried that we would have to wait in line for a long time until we were admitted, because in other reviews they wrote about a very long waiting time. But we were received very quickly and we did not wait at all, they provided help to my son very quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

I have been treated at the HNO (ear, nose, throat) clinic in the last two weeks. The service was great, very organised and the staff were friendly. Waiting times were similar to a doctor's surgery. I was there for about 2 hours each visit. A pleasant surprise and I was very thankful.

(Translated by Google) Was with my 5 year old daughter twice in dermatology C2 with Dr. Schmid-Simbeck! We felt in good hands both times. My daughter had a biopsy, a suture removal, and a discussion of the findings, I can only thank you for the sensitive treatment, because I, as a mother, was also very nervous! The whole team behaved with friendliness, competence and, above all, child-friendly and patient during the two treatments! Furthermore, my daughter was given a certificate of bravery with a signature, which she proudly set up framed in her children's room! Thanks to all involved! Conclusion: a wonderful doctor and a wonderful team! Danke an alle Beteiligten!

(Translated by Google) On February 19, 2021, at around 1 p.m., I called the emergency ambulance for children and adolescents. I have explained my situation regarding the plaster removal in detail. They said I could come by, one would not be particularly "enthusiastic", but the plaster removal would be carried out anyway! Around 5 p.m. I was at the outpatient clinic. We were called, and I explained that to the secretary at the counter. The first question the doctor asked me was which doctor I spoke to who advised me to come anyway to have a cast removal in the afternoon, although no doctor was mentioned !!!!! The plaster removal was definitely unprofessional! The doctor rushed to remove the cast. Small turquoise scissors were used, I couldn't tell whether these were plaster scissors or bandage scissors or not. My daughter was scratched and made slight superficial stab marks. There are two questions you should answer here! Have bandage scissors been used? And if so, how harsh and unprofessional must this doctor have proceeded to scratch my daughter with bandage scissors! I wonder how you can be so harsh and careless with a toddler !!! She is only one and a half years old. To complain, I went to the counter at the front again. The secretary was extremely rude, she did not listen to me to the end and quickly got up and walked away without respect and without my being able to complete my sentence. And that was the case when registering. She doesn't even let you finish talking !!!! The responsible inpatient, who came to listen to my complaint, only pushed it on my child because it was "restless" and "screamed", whereby I ask myself, if a pediatrician cannot stay calm when the child is screaming, why one anyway a pediatrician is ?????????? Then she said, no, there was nothing to be seen, it came from the plaster cast, the skin was simply strained and I just had to wash it off and smear it on. In the end, I was portrayed as a know-it-all and I would have been aggressive, which wasn't true at all. And all of this in a very low tone, so that nobody notices anything. She should have been a miserable lawyer rather than a pediatrician, as badly as she has defended her colleagues. Unfortunately, this attempt did not work for me !!!!! I am not being fooled or a know-it-all. I don't need to be a doctor to see that the fresh scratches and superficial stab marks were made during the plaster removal. After she realized that her excuses were total nonsense and while I was still talking, she simply closed the window and “focused” on her work. I mean what kind of behavior is that supposed to be !! Just unbelievable!! And the pictures I shared here are not showing! It's great again, just sweep everything under the carpet so that nobody notices anything.

(Translated by Google) This hospital is cheeky. My partner was driven in with the rescue. He had very strong complaints and infernal pain! They portrayed it as if he were simulating and kidding about why he didn't drive himself. Certain nurses have no humanity and clearly picked the wrong job. He was not given any pain reliever medication, although the pain made him unable to even breathe properly. Before a proper investigation took place, it was presented as having nothing. That is a bottomless cheek. So I would not recommend anyone to be treated in this hospital. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, because then that would be the right review!

(Translated by Google) I had to have an operation and was then admitted to Ward 62 as an inpatient for a few days. Dr. Schatzer operated on me and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I've been to a hospital several times, but I've never seen such a great care team. Everyone was very competent, hard-working and the best thing was always friendly and respectful. But for everyone, I had a day where the nurse had to come to me every hour I felt so sorry for her, but she always said this is my job, everything is fine. The station can be very proud of the co-workers. If I were my boss, they would all get a raise.

(Translated by Google) Terrible gynecologists and nursing staff, without any prior clarification of which examination will be done for me, she simply feels my cervix, in the gyn ambulance I screamed in pain, I am in the 38th ssw and had no contractions or anything else, but am due to a rash for control went, and told her that I had the pupp syndrome because she said what is that ???? The doctor did not stop the examination despite being asked, I cried from the pain and just couldn't calm down afterwards, and realized how violent pregnant women are being dealt with, after which I was told that a dermatologist would come for an assessment, absolutely no one came first At 7:00 p.m. from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I waited for the dermatologist in the maternity ward, in the meantime I was admitted to the hospital, around 2:00 p.m. another doctor came and just wanted to initiate me even though my blood values were perfectly fine I should initiate the take with 3 tablets Incidentally, signing drugs that are not approved, that means I take all the risks and the KH, my baby and I are completely healthy and the doctors simply want to initiate a Pupp syndrome (skin rash in the ssw), my husband finally came around 6:30 for visiting hours in and was treated like a criminal like he got in where his documents are ID, etc ... just terrible, after long talk with the doctors the dermatologist finally came to explain everything to us and told us that there was no danger neither for me nor for the baby, he prescribed me anti-itch medication. and an ointment, the same doctor came by and said where is the problem, why I did not take the tablet for induction, he did not inform me about the risks or the exact procedure, only that I take it and maybe after 48 hours would give birth. Midwives and DGKP unbelievably Inhuman, condescending, zero competence, I waited two hours for the discharge letter from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. I was in the hospital. The hospital is definitely not suitable for first-time births, I don't even want to start the night shift staff, if you have a question, only an Arab sister answers that is not my group, I'm not responsible, terriblerrr this hospital doesn't deserve a star.

The place is not organized,I had to wait for 2 hours just to be told, that they dont do that kind of ultrasound and I have to go to a dedicated section, where I have to wait again.. It has a big potential, but these small things are ruining the overall image. Otherwise the expertise is good, just they luck stuff and organisation.

We waited for over an hour with fever in front of HNO Ambulanz room, only to be notified that they are closing?? And we were asked to go to the emergency department to wait again. You can't get any clue of what's going on because everything is shut behind heavy iron doors. Emergency staffs are much nicer. That's my 2 stars goes to.

We went to this hospital exactly 4 hours ago at 8:05 p.m.! An absolute impudence… the grace of the first contact neither greeted us nor looked us in the face! I'm just the first contact... questions answered... and out again and we've been sitting here for 3 1/2 hours! Here children scream in pain, hunger and tiredness! No one was called for an hour... I think that was the lunch break! Absolutely forgettable here!! Not even remotely worth 1 star. Now I can also explain security at the children's outpatient clinic! When my child screams in pain and NO ONE cares!!!!INHUMANE!

Extreemely long waiting in emergency division, especially if it is a weekend or a holiday. The doctors are very different, some are really good. But it's a long time till you get into contact with a single one. Staff is mostly unwilling and undedicated. Equipment is okay, however the whole facilities look quite out of date and leave a strange impression.

One of the worst hospitals i have ever been, went there with an emergency sitaution, my litle kid broke his leg while playing with scooter. They where unprofessional, unfriendly, we waited 30 minutes to be seen by a docotr, then they send us to Radiology to get an Xray without sending somebody with us. They treat him like any sick kid with cold we to wait fir another 30 minutes until they call us. Never go there. This is my advise

I do not wish anyone a longer stay, with suddenly more complex problems. A person very close to me lost her life here after months of long stay (very long unpredictable), and to this day we are not sure whether this person could have survived in another hospital without complications ... After this person died, we were not given the things from the hospital. After repeated communication between my father and this "hospital", it was said that I had taken everything with me. - I didn't. On the contrary, I had to walk back and forth a few times in the hospital because no ward knew where e.g. the glasses were. I had to sign in the magazine for all things so that I could get them (pretty much at the beginning, the torture in this teaching hospital) The ombudswoman could not do it, the doctor round hurt me instead of helping me, including two doctors that I will never forget. That was hideousness of "people" with a false face. A few keywords about the hospital and the pack: incompetent, prepotent, know-it-all, nothing good, insensitive, cold, anti-social. What should also be mentioned was that same day I was in the AKH in the ENT ambulance which sent me home within 6 minutes without a check where the doctor said I should go home and give myself cold envelopes on my neck! So I called the SMZ Ost and was immediately there and was examined properly. The cold envelopes were given to me by the staff right away !!!!!! I thanked everyone verbally on the same day & now I want to do it in writing! A gaaaaaaaaannnnnz big thank you to Mr. Doctor (from Uzbekistan unfortunately his name not only knows the origin ?) and to the lady (red hair) at the counter and the rest of the staff who took care of me !!! THANKS THANKS THANKS ❤️ You're really in good hands with you Big praise & best regards Durmusali BAGIRTLAK (Original) Ich würde euch ja gern mehr Sterne geben ! (Translated by Google) Have had a surprising experience 2 weeks ago. Ambulance full, I was slightly annoyed after about an hour still called. A young medical doctor introduces himself, not stressed, listening, asking, so as not to diagnose my deformity on the right foot as such. He explains that nothing works without CT, I am put in, I have no additional insurance. A clear announcement a few days later, detailing the advantages and disadvantages of an operation. After that, I would like to ask you for another opinion. I've never been so good on surgery, maybe complications. and other options. If this man represents the new generation of doctors, then we are on the right path! By the way: the name of this exception medical doctor: Dr. Hlozek! Thank you! Danke!

Unfortunately, she was only poorly examined because it took too long for her and she therefore signed a lapel. These waiting times belong in the newspaper - the management of this hospital, as always in Austria, should not have been selected on the basis of skills, but on the basis of political proximity to a certain party. Thanks for nothing ! Bottomless insolence is in better hands in every hospital in the deepest Eastern Europe than there! (Translated by Google) Some departments, both outpatient and inpatient, are totally fine, e.g. outpatient eye clinic, children's clinic. As a die-hard Danubian, I've been there countless times since the hospital was founded, mainly on an outpatient basis, and I could write a book. Unfortunately the quality has decreased a lot compared to before. What really shook me, however, was how inhumanly some nurses and nursing staff behave towards old and frail people. Specifically on Ward 36, where my 83 year old mother recently spent a few weeks. When my mother was visited, they were all directly and exaggeratedly friendly, no sooner was the visit gone than the gentlemen showed their true colors. Some of the women on the nursing staff seem to have missed their job badly, but unfortunately there are black sheep everywhere. I don't expect an answer because it's just the usual blabla anyway and complaints are pointless anyway. I know what I'm talking about ......, been through it all before.

I had to call the operator 3 times until they were unable to put me on a tape recorder. Each time they explained to me who would be there at 12.30 p.m. I told you that could not be because I had an appointment. Perhaps one should re-train the ladies in the placement. I've been going to the eye clinic with my mother for 2 years now and we had to. already cancel appointments for health reasons, but when men are in the mediation the mediation in the ambulance works the same, only with the women there are always problems. Please change that . I would also like to say that your eye clinic is really great. All very nice and friendly, the doctors very good. I would have loved to give 5 stars if you didn't have to annoy the ladies in the mediation every time. (Translated by Google) I went to the 24-hour children's emergency room with my 4-week-old son because of suspected epi-seizures. We were treated there extremely compassionately and competently. My descriptions, although still completely inexperienced as a young mother and visibly overwhelmed, were taken seriously. The doctors and the nursing staff in the outpatient department handled my little dwarf really well and the mutual appreciation between the individual acting people on site and the appreciation for the patients is clearly noticeable. Further experts were immediately called in on site. Since all the doctors on site wanted to rule out epilepsy 100%, we were admitted for further examinations and observation by the doctors for a few days. Also on the ward (33A children's and youth ward) I was taken 100% seriously with my worries and not fobbed off as an ignorant, overwhelmed "new mom". I received a lot of valuable tips from the nursing staff about baby handling, and they always gave me the feeling that I was still the expert for my child. The doctors were also very attentive and always informed me and my husband well about every step and all results. The cleaning staff also showed this appreciation and were always very careful. A big thank you for the security that was imparted to me and also for the immediate implementation of the measures to prevent seizures.

(Translated by Google) Dear Sirs and Madames, My name is Sasa Obrenovic and I am a patient at the Donaustadt Clinic (especially on wards 46 and 47). I have been in treatment with you since October 2nd, 2020 and with this email I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the entire team. From the ward nurses and nurses to the doctors, I was received and treated with full respect, incredible patience and extremely high friendliness. First I was met by Dr. Nicolas Kolovos treated and admitted to hospital. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Philipp Sperl to me to also take care of my case. Together with Dr. Mirela Mujkanovic gave these three doctors everything they could to find out what was missing or what could help me. All possible examinations were carried out from A-Z. There is nothing they have not done for me to increase my wellbeing and promote my health. In addition to these three excellent doctors, Dr. Yvonne Frühwirth for my recovery and did an excellent job. All of this only worked with the support and close cooperation with internist Dr. Boris Bozic. Every day that I spent there as an inpatient, these doctors came to my rounds to exchange ideas about my current status and to discuss the new approach. Some even came to see me outside of their working hours and I give them all credit for this because without these doctors I would probably have lost my eyesight. I would also like to thank Dr Cheng Zang. Not to forget, I would like to mention two particularly competent and friendly employees of the visual school: Regine Krones and Anna Voith. These two ladies took very nice care of me and my health, and even now when I am every 2-3rd. I go to the day clinic to do my controls, they show a lot of patience, commitment and give me strength for the rest of my illness. In this sense, a very big thank you to all of the people named here, because as I said without them I would certainly have lost my eyesight. I noticed that these doctors are not just doctors, but people who put the well-being of their patients first and unfortunately this has become a rarity among doctors. Before I came to this clinic, I was not taken as full by many doctors and some even treated me with painkillers and sent me home - including private doctors. Great praise! Sincerely yours Obrenovic Sasa.

Worst hospital experience ever! 5 hours of waiting for my kid to be checked up! Which probably takes a good doctor a couple of minutes!!

Nice hospital, most of the doctors are amazingly friendly and make you feel that you matter.

Not a good choice for private patients. Medically excellent but lacking in any degree of comfort for recuperating patients. Basic needs probably met but for the exorbitant price paid by my insurance company and myself (far higher than private hospitals), one could have expected much more. Food inedible and sloppy service. Not an experience I would recommend.

On the 12.02.2023 l gave birth to our son with the great help from a very sweet and kind nurse CONNIE and other friendly Doctors and nurses . Our son was 10 days late and for that I had to be enduced and l saw how caring the enducement team were . My German speaking skills are not good enough, so they made sure that there is a person who speaks English every time they came to check on me . Throughout the checkups until l gave birth , l received the best care , love , attention and treatment.

On September 22, having a Vienna view tour, my mom (from Ukraine) has heavily injured her leg. Ambulance got her to your hospital, where she received qualified medical help. Medical staff showed empathy and competence in such stressful situation. Want to thank both the ambulance crew and the "Klinik Donaustadt" team.

I had to take my friend because he wasn’t good at all. The doctor was really nice, majority of the staff spoke English. They were so helpful. My friend got a little better and we went home. The only inconvenience was waiting.

I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I was treated at Abteilung fur Ortho u. Traumatologie. I was in pain and my hand bleeding. They were quick, efficient and kind. They were thorough and I had a feeling I was in good hands. Thank you all: the doctors not to mention very kind nurses. I wish you all the best. “Alte Frau Mikuz”.

😠 Do not recommend going to the emergency when you have an emergency because they don't treat it as an emergency. I had shortness of breath and wanted to immediately see the doctor and the interns there asked me to wait after a 30 min long registration process. Well the waiting was for 1.5 hours and I...

😠 I didnt have a good experience. As a non-austrian worker, sometimes, Im not familiar with the country's health system. What you expect is a bit of help (even more when you are sick). But the doctor said mean things. At some point, I stood up and told him I wanted to leave immediately. But I calmed...

😠 Couldn't walk for days after I strained my ankle, decided to have it checked out. Took about 4-5 hours for three 2-minute long appointments (Doc. / X-Ray / Doc.).
