I’ve been going to this gym since the day it opened, and have been back almost every day since. It was apparent that construction and opening was rushed (even after postponing the grand opening already). Showers were half finished, the upper level isn’t even accessible yet, and so on. I’m very happy to say that over the past few days, construction and finishing touches continued and took place all while still enabling a complete, unhindered workout. Great management. Personal trainers and staff are absolutely delightful and friendly, the machines are brand new, the locker rooms large and modern. Cleanliness is impeccable, save for the small ongoing construction projects. There are fewer classes offered than at other locations, and services like massages are missing, but overall it has been an exciting adventure so far, and I can highly recommend this gym for everyone who regularly passes by, works or lives close to the Hauptbahnhof.

I am a resident of the area. It’s a new district here and almost no other fitness around. Anyway. I considered it as an opinion. On their website says no price, you will have to fill in a form. Then I got an auto response email with a special price before the fitness opens. And then i got lost in the most awful service i had recently experienced. I talked on the phone with them quite a few times went to another location, but every time I had to explain my case. I ended up having to pay the full amount although I had requested a month in advance. The problem I am describing is not financial, but certainly the price does not reflect the service expected. Update: everything in my cons section has been resolved - this place is perfect! Highly recommend this gym! This gym is brand spanking new (it's been open for a week at this point), so I'll update this review as wrinkles (hopefully) get ironed out. Pros: Like all John Harris gyms, the service is second to none. I've never met a person working at John Harris that wasn't exceptionally kind and willing to help. The equipment is modern, and if this gym is anything like other JHs I'm sure it'll be well maintained. The locker room looks great, and I like the addition of the women-only sauna! Cons: The class schedule looks way more sparse than the John Harris I moved from. The showers in the locker room don't have doors (unlike other JHs) and don't have a single place to hang or place your towel - so basically you're expected to walk completely wet and nude from shower to locker?

Nasty showers, horrible maintaining, aggressive trainer, rude people working out there. You better opt out for the new John Reed in town. It’s so much better. Totally regret wasting my money for years to this company.

My go to place, especially in the cold winter days, because even if I don’t feel like doing any workout I can take the time in a warm & cozy sauna:-)

Modern fitness. Friendly staff.

With its friendly staff, modern setting and easy to access location, it is absolutely one of the best fitness studios in Vienna but there is still some room for improvement regarding below points: 1- You cannot pause your membership during your vacation (which caused me to pay 4 weeks without using the studio) which I don't find fair. 2- The ventilation in the showers could be stronger as there is always an unpleasant smell when you are taking a shower. 3- Opening hours could be extended for one hour or so during the week days, as it's sometimes quite stressful to be there before 20:00 to have a proper training, if you leave work late. 4- Parking is an issue. If you are arriving with your car, you always need to shop more than 20 Euros from the Central Station shopping center, to get free parking ticket for two hours. But overall it's a really good place and I'd love to rate here with 4,5, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow that :)

Best place to attend for my fitness when I have a long gap between the flights from Vienna airport.😁 I took direct train from the airport to the Vienna Central station and from the same place there is an entrance to the iconic tower where this gorgeous fitness center is. They have fitness classes, solarium, gym, showers, etc. and lots of places to dine or have a fresh drink around. I went there 2 times and would definitely go again. Location is best for me, as outside was snowing with strong winds and I was enjoying the view from inside while practicing my sports. Strongly recommended!

Tolles Studio, sehr sauber, absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Mein lieblings in Wien. Auch die Mitarbeiter, Trainer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung

This fitness club is in outstanding, very clean and with very friendly staff. I was welcomed by Dominik who took care if me for my training in very professional way. New training equipment and very nice spa! Definitely worth the price!! I will come again herevsrh soln! Ich hank you!!
