😠 The worst camping ever. I am not difficult person and I don't like to do negative comments but this time I have to make comment. Ok now in my experience... to my eyes this camping looks like cemetery, and the old guy who works there was rude to me just because to his eyes I guess I was strange just... People often mention camping, great, city, showers,

The worst camping ever. I am not difficult person and I don't like to do negative comments but this time I have to make comment. Ok now in my experience... to my eyes this camping looks like cemetery, and the old guy who works there was rude to me just because to his eyes I guess I was strange just because I am a motorcyclist traveler. Unfortunately I can not rate this camping minus so I am rating one star.

It's great to be so close to the city centre...easy public transport right on the road outside, and the reception staff were super friendly and super helpful.....but it was not so great in terms of overfilled bins, the smell of that wafting around on a hot day, litter strewn in the kids park, toilets and showers not look after (although new and shiny) - didn't seem to be cleaned the during our 36 hour stay which for a very busy campsite is not great.

Location: A great location for a city camping. A busstop nearby. Across the street you can find 2 supermarkets: Aldi Hofer and a Merkur. Two budget different supermarkets. Although you will experience city noise and frequently police sirenes will wake you up. Terrain: The terain has a solid amount of trees, giving more privacy. We stayed there a couple of days with heavy weather but the tree's didn't drop one branch. Sanitary: One word: horrendous. The building may be modernized there was a lack of cleaning. Only af a angry and almost agressive complaint someone took care of the clogged toilets and showers. Other: The camping was mainly filled with a large group of people being one community. They would leave garbage such as used razorblades in the showers. And almost using the sanitary like animals. So if it whas cleaned it wouldn't stay clean for long. The Free wifi didn't cover the whole camping but was up to speed. You can buy day cards for the transit wich come in handy.

Very convinient place for visiting city center. Bus station is very close. Also three stores are in the neighbourhood. I had higher expectations about cleanness and hospitality.

On paper this campsite is perfect. Great facilities and surroundings. But in reality we found it a bit weird, and couldn't wait to leave.

The place is reasonably big and there is usually always room. The internet didn't work and we couldn't get the TV to show up at all. Pretty modest place. Good transport connections to the center of Vienna. I don't think a 24-hour ticket for 8 euros was much, as you could travel on different rides as much as you wanted. The shop next to the campsite was good. Can recommend.

Nice location for exploring Schonbrunn. Large, flat area. Across the street there is a well-stocked shop. Sanitary facilities are definitely too small and have long passed their heyday. Overall, it gives the impression that camping requires immediate investment

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, all info for our city day out, easy bus train and ubahn trip into center of old town :-) the site is easy layout and very simple to navigate, nice grassy areas, all amenities clean and easy to use, showers hot and included in price, supermarkets within easy reach on foot (100 meters) fuel stop just down the road. Even a MCDonalds if your that way inclined :-) all in all we loved it here.

It was a great campsite, great for visiting Vienna, but unfortunately it now has to make way for a public park... since July 1st. closed to day guests. Replacement: Camping Neue Donau

Good place for a stopover, spacious facilities, clean sanitary facilities. Prices are reasonable. Vienna itself is a big disappointment, everything is expensive and full of migrants. German is hardly spoken anymore

Citycamping. You can choose your own place. Sanitair is cleaned every morning. Jobstudents at reception are very friendly and helpful. Owners are not friendly or helpful. Opening hours from 8am to 3.30pm. It has a kitchen but closes at 3.30pm, so not useful at all. Wifi only at reception, not great quality. Easy public transport, bus 62A stops at the camping and goes until Meidling in the centrum. Store Mercur at the entrance of the camping, open from 7.40am until 8pm.

One of my favourite camping site in Europe. Friendly staff, lots of place, nice trees and alleys. Supermarket is just in the other sidetails of the street and it's super close to the palace. Bathroomsare clean and it has kitchen. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Big and clearly marked places for placing your tent/caravan/camper, electricity right next to the spot. Water available at a part of the spots (which are slightly more expensive). Surrounded by trees, 3 buildings with toilets and showers (in pretty good condition). Wifi only around the reception (at the entrance). Easy to get into the city with the bus+metro (tickets available at the reception, which is nice). Recommended!

Nice facility and location but there was a bar or something nearby blasting music early in the morning and the showers should get benches so that you can put your stuff somewhere.

Very unfriendly. Not correct prices. They asked 50 euros for a deposit and I was not allowed to know why. I had a very unsafe feeling. Lots of gypsies.

It's a shame that this wonderful camping site has to give way to a "park project"😬

🫤 Camped here while seeing Vienna due to ease of location near metro. Pitches were on the small size, hard to find shaded ones. I found the facilities just okay and not plentiful enough. Only 3 sinks to wash dishes and 5 showers for women. Playground only has a slide, swings are broken, zip line broke...
