Staff super helpful, food fresh and good variety. Rooms clean and maid cleans every day. Fantastic jacuzzi area on roof and large pool area on ground floor with loads of sun loungers and tables and pool bar. Hotel is dated but lovely and I actually like the traditional decor. everything works perfectly including great shower. Nice balcony, safe in room, rooms good size. Location perfect. Nice area and 5 minutes walk to gorgeous beach. Would recommend.

Stayed there for a week with my family and i would like to tell my plus and minus experience about this hotel; Food is ok, there isn't much selection and restaurant is always over crowded, sometimes have to wait for 20-25minutes to get a table, they don't only serve their guests they also do buffet meal and anyone from outside can come and eat there... that is huge minus from me... Service and cleaning was not excellent but ok. Bar workers was amazing, they always served with smile and as fast as they can. Restaurant workers was also great, they tried everything best to serve to guests, i was amazed by chef who was constantly cooking... Room was old, beds are not comfty and toilet was smelly, thats why we always keep bathroom door shut. Bathroom sink is very small, water was leaking from sink... shower head was old but water pressure was as good... No kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board in the room... Reception was helpful except their ***2 young workers***. Around 23:00 we ask for first aid kit to reception, my wife had an awful headache and needed a paracetamol desperately but blonde young lady refused to help us and she said it's illegal to give paracetamol, she can't do anything and we have to go to pharmacy but that time every pharmacy around was closed, we went outside and ask people to help us, that was huge minus from hotel and that lady needs to be train again, what if my wife collapsed and something bad happen? Also young guy in reception was helpless, whenever we ask question he ignore or just gave straight answers. We ask for towel, he said he will note it and he isn't sure if we will have it, every 2 days we ask for cleaning our room and even we ask around 11 morning and he said its our luck that if they will clean and they didn't clean that day... Older receptionists was very helpful, we are very happy with their service. Location of the hotel is great, its very close to beach and lots of shops and restaurants are around. If you need money exchange there is only 1 and it's only open specific times 13 between 16 is closed and sunday. Outside of hotel is bit noisy at night time. if you close your balcony door, air conditioner is even noisy... There is 2 pool in hotel, one is mostly for adult and crowded all the time, another one is for kids but kids pool was always cold, my daughter used it maybe 1 hour in whole 7days... I give 3 star for this hotel because this hotel must be 3 star hotel not a 4 star. They should drop one star from their sign...

Although the hotel is quite dated it is perfectly clean and the staff were amazing. The all inclusive food offered plenty of variety at every meal time and the drinks package was brilliant. We were checked in by a lovely male member of the reception team who went above and beyond to tell us what we could enjoy in the resort and what to do if we had any problems. The bar staff were always friendly, funny and enjoyed some banter with everyone and they always had smiles on their faces. Jesus had the most amazing energy and gave his whole to every activity the reps put on supported by a great team around him. His fluency in 3 languages amazed every time but made for a really inclusive atmosphere at all activities. His smile and enthusiasm should be applauded. Restaurant staff worked really hard preparing tables to ensure queues to enter the dining area were small and all with smiles on their faces. We would definitely visit again, in fact we wish we could go back tomorrow. Bravo all.

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back. It's not as cheap as it was but then what is ? The food has improved, can't really fault it, lots of choice and plenty of meat options. My only real gripe is the ridiculous system at the bar whereby you can only get 2 drinks (even if there are 4 in your group) and there are never enough staff so there is always a queue. You can also use your all inclusive pass at the other H Top hotel bars in town which is pretty cool.

Horrible experience overall. The hotel is far away from the centre and you have to walk over a hill to get to Lloret De Mar. Food has no taste and it’s the same everyday for each course. The waiters working in the eating hall are rude and insulting. If you ask for a table for 2, they will yell at you that there’s only a table for 6 and you must find 4 other people to sit with or else you will not get in. They are racist and act as if they are any better. But the cherry on top is the crazy guardian that will scream at you the moment you enter the hotel if the sun is set. There was a group of young people on a school trip with their teachers and we witnessed the guardian screaming at them in Spanish to go upstairs immediately. Later in the days, police came because he tried to break in to a girl’s room (she was a minor) because he thought that she was playing music in the room. She was pushing the door from her side and he was breaking in from his side and screaming again in Spanish. The service is extremely bad and the security is abusive, remorseless and inhuman. Anyways, a hotel you should definitely avoid.

Just leaving after staying here for a week , although we were very cramped into one bedroom with 2 teenagers and 2 adults . We ended up having an amazing stay!! Staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything to make our stay amazing!! Bit of a Shame the roof bar and saunas were shut but the facilities and food downstairs definitely made up for it . Special shout out to Jose who was an exceptional bar mar who was always up for a laugh with you and kept us freshly watered beetween 11 - 7pm . 100% recommended this place if your looking for a hotel out of the centre which is only a 20 minute walk from the hotel and the beach is only a 5 minute walk , the views from the hotel are amazing!

I really like this hotel. The place is not modern but clean and people who work there make it very special. Everyone from reception, cleaners to barmaids and waitresses are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's not a posh hotel but good enough to enjoy your stay with family. Food is above the average and I like the way how was served (small portions). I really like small pool and jacuzzi up on the roof. My son loved the glass lift. It was some activities to do every day but can't rare them as I never tried.

Was so pleased with the hotel for a family of 4 holiday. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The food was fantastic from the three times daily buffet and additional snacks and ice-cream. The hotel was a 10 minute walk at most from the beach and rooms were an adequate size and with a daily maid service. We would definitely visit again and made our first family holiday abroad, one to remember. Thank you to H Top Royal Beach 🤩

Doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. Excellent food and very friendly helpful staff. Great location a few minutes walk from a beautiful coastline. We stayed over Christmas and the meals were excellent even if the dining room was rather crowded. Old fashioned decor but clean and large rooms. Suits retired people and families

Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Food was good, small pre-made plates helped reduce food waste. Animation was fine. room was large enough for three. A bit dated and sometimes overcrowded at meal time with queues over 1/2 hour. Overall I would return there.

Room with negative experience. The bed was poor quality. The cover is torn and has holes. Bed spring broken. Still have a yellow spot on my chest. The bathroom is also worn out. The tub, chrome taps and railings are already been blur. The shower curtain should be put in the trash... Towels were changed every day. The inside of the water bottle was dirty in the restaurant. :( But the food is sufficient, tasty and varied. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. All staff were friendly.

It dont deserve 4 stars some of the lamps in the rooms are broken and dont work and the food is not always very fresh very small rooms the machines at the reception are broken and dont give your money back. The only good thing is that the beach is near the hotel.

Great price.clean hotel and lovely staff Very busy hotel in a rather quiet location but turn right out of hotel and nice walk to beutiful fanales beach...bars and shops on the way. Turn left and walk to lloret centre bit hilly and takes a brisk walker 20 mins. Breakfast in hotel bit chaotic but nice variety. Towels and bedding good quality. Pool area fine basic. Extra area with 2 hot tubs /roof terrace.

Its located near the beach which is great and why we picked the hotel, besides that there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area and a lot to do. The room was fine, no complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Staff polite and pleasant. Not much choice food wise for children. Children's activities can be cancelled at very short notice or sometimes without any notice.

Just arrived home after a week stay. Great location close to everywhere beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Staff from receptionists bar staff and cleaners amazing couldn't do enough for you Rooms spotless but in need of an update would have been great to have a kettle apart from that no other complaints.

Really lovely hotel, comfy beds and pillows, cleaned daily, food pretty good and reception staff and catering staff brilliant. The negatives, full of student, sports and stag groups, not really child friendly. Spoilt the last 4 days of holiday as really noisy, boisterous until well into early hours, it's a shame.

Stayed Christmas and new year. The hotel says 4 stars but really it is a 2 star and that’s being generous. The food is awful always Luke warm or cold there was a microwave to hot it up. But it was never clean. The cooking surfaces were dirty. The all inclusive is a joke unless you like to be treated as 2nd class citizens. We were given plastic glasses for drinks and cardboard beakers for coffee. The drinks were watered down and nothing tasted as it should most of it tipped down the drain as we couldnt drink it. Queuing for your drink was a nightmare as unless you gave in your glass you couldn’t have another drink. The management and staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The rooms very basic and bathroom very small. Never again.

The worst hotel we have stayed at. Terrible customer service. The room was prehistoric and had the last persons clothes in it. This is a 1 star hotel, with no customer service. I am amazed why it’s even open.

You can never go wrong with Spain 🇪🇸 in my opinion. We had lovely weather all week. The hotel was just ok. 2 drinks per person, small cups, always a long queue. Food was lovely though. Lots of choice and always fresh salad. They had a nice grill at the back for meats etc. Pool was good, decent size and always lifeguard on hand. Location was also superb. 10 minutes walk into the town centre. Only issue we had was with the safe. They kept the deposit because we lost the receipt, even though we had the key and lock!!

We stayed in 2 HTop hotels in Spain & noticed the same thing: The hotel has a lot of luxurious amenities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lavish buffet breakfast spreads, etc, but still it does not feel very luxurious. Maybe because it's an old building & does not have very luxurious or classy interiors. Also since it has about 200 rooms, you receive a bit of a bulk treatment. Still, in this price range, it is a good option with decent sized rooms & bathrooms & even though it's not directly on the beach, it's within 5-600 metres of the beach. So, among mid-range options, you can go for it.

Had a great time, all the staff was excellent and spoke impressive English. The food was great and very impressive snack breaks as well. The entertainment was great for all ages. Only issue that I horrible experience with the security guard from coming back from a club, treat me and friends horribly. The rooms wasn't that big and the walls were too hollow making me hear my two rooms next to me all the time effecting my sleep .

We have just arrived home from our stay at the Royal Beach Hotel. First, I'll list the positives of our stay. The food was brilliant. The breakfast service was your pretty standard Spanish resort stuff but the lunch and dinner had alot of variety and quality ingredients. We always looked forward to it. The staff are all very friendly and service is quick and efficient. The hotel is also very close to the beach and a variety of restaurants and amenities. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is also a good point. Some of the negatives of the hotel is the rooms and decor are dated. It could use modernising in that sense. The hotel also accepts large bookings of young people which caused a bit of a crisis on our final night where the fire alarms went off twice during the night and the hallways were full of very drunk, very loud people. The police had to attend. Also there are aggressive sellers in the tourist shops so be prepared for pressure selling. All in all, it was value for money. Thank you Royal Beach.

If you are looking for hotel in peacefull part of Lloret de Mar it is on your right way.Location is near beach, and lets say 15-20 min from center.Food is realy good and diverse which is plus for this hotel.Staff is ok,especially Claudia on enter at restaurant is kindest employee. Managment at hotel mention that in this year is prepare for renovation, and it is very necessary because if you want be hotel with 4 star your furniture must be in 21 century.Internet is desperate, but if you want vaction without electronics this hotel is for you,is it realy big invest buy better infrastructure for internet and pay for fast internet?!

The only good thing of this hotel was the location and the breakfast. Poor buffet, lack of information about what is included and extra costs. Not good value for money at all.

Great location, good room. The food can be much better however its ok but not more, I'll recommend to change the Chef, The current one doesn't know how to cook professionally and manage the kitchen. No sauces and spicies are used

2 star not 4star. 11night stay same sheets. One bed sheet had stain noted when bedding turned back. food always cold. Lot of sickness in hotel. Stayed Xmas and new year room not clean.

Just came back home after 10 days stay. Rooms in this hotel are little dated, but very clean. Food was delicious, staff profesional, beach one of the most beautifull beaches in Spain. Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, bus station. Only one thing deserves bad critics - free wifi, which was not working for three days of our ten days stay. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel, won't mind coming back again.

We had terrible experience with security guard of the hotel and other staff. I was about to exit my room in 1AM and security guard popped up in front of me and started yelling at me in Spanish and tried to enter my room on force, he was pushing doors of my room while shouting at me in the middle of the night. He was also yelling at other people in hotel although none was making any problems in hotel.
