A place to sit down rest

Mozart is a great musician but the surrounding of this little park is not that impressive.

When visiting Vienna, make sure to take a day and simply walk from platz to platz. You will stumble upon the most amazing buildings, statues, churches, museums and gardens. I spent a day doing exactly that and found it very rewarding. The architecture of the many historical buildings in Vienna struck me as rather similar which is why having gps and Google maps on my phone which proved invaluable when navigating building to building and trying to identify the buildings.

Beautiful fountain with two figures, a flute player and a woman hugging him. The two represent the characters Tamino and Pamina from Mozart's Magic Flute, this opera was premiered in Wieden and this fountain is intended to commemorate this.

Nice corner. Don't miss.

A small square with a few benches and a (relatively) small fountain. Nice enough but not worth seeking out.

Very nice in Vienna....

Hidden square in Vienna, is a really nice place with a fountain and Mozart statue. I'd behind the corner between Karlsplatz and Nashmarkt

Nice original artwork but area is usually occupied by homeless or smoking mob.

Also called the Magic Flute Fountain. A wonderfully quiet place away from Wiedner Hauptstrasse. Only the apartment block disturbs the picture, otherwise there are houses with a village character.

It could have been better. My visit was in the fall, where the fountains are not on.

Cool place for chill in the middle of vienna. Not an extravagant fountain but still beautiful.
