Really amazing and worth the money. The characters’ details are incredible. Two stores museum. Both adults and kids enjoyed the place.

It was an amazing experience. We loved it. You should definitely book it before you come to Vienna. We paid 50€ for 2 people.

It is nice to visit this museum for the first time. I doubt if would come back to visit it again. Not big but sufficient museum. Celebrities presented are various but not all live-alike. Could be more though. Taking selfies and photos sometimes takes longer to wait because of other visitors doing same🤷‍♂️ Nevertheless it is ok for one time visit👍 Souvenir shop a bit disappointing😔

At first we were delighted, we got to a point where we were asked if we wanted a picture, knowing that nothing is free, we asked if we should pay for the picture. The employee's answer was no, it's free. Surprise, at the exit, the picture costs 10 euros. I left with a bitter taste, a great one not for such an approach, I will definitely not recommend this museum.

Loved it. If you want less crowd , visit during the first days of the week. Monday morning, there were only a few visitors

Situated right at the entrance to the park coming from praterstern station. It is rather small but very entertaining. Mostly about austrian famous people. They give many opportunities to make pictures with the wax figures themselves. Couple of staircases and little souvenir shop at the end Online tickets are at least half price.

Tipp: Get yourself registered for Stadt Wien Vorteil Club (Vienna City Advantage Club). It's free of costs, registration takes max 2-3 minutes. The membership will enable a 25% discount for Madame Tussauds. We paid only 39€ instead of regular 52€. As for the attraction itself, I liked the one in Amsterdam much more. The positive point was that it was not crowded at all. Only few visitors were present, so we took an awful lot of photographs

I think this one I enjoyed the most compared to the one in London or Amsterdam. It’s so much fun and the characters are set in nice stories. It’s not just full of rooms and boring. Been there end of October, in the morning with my family and I think at that hour we were in only 3-4 families. Nice location also in the Prater Park.

This wonderfull place has his own soul. The soul of Madam Tussaunds? Maybe... Plenty of emotions comming. Scary, fun, disgusting. Strong experience to visit and see so many people, stories, ages, memories. Thank you 🙏

An important tourist attraction in Vienna is undoubtedly the Wax Museum. You will not regret stopping here, it is spectacular, especially children will not want to leave it.

I recommend coming here if you have Vienna pass. Ticket itself is, in my opinion, too expensive for what it gives you. Some of the figures are great, however I expected to see more people. If you don't take a picture with everyone, you'll be out in less than 30 minutes.

A nice museum, there are several local & global celebrities. It is quite small, compared to the one from London. We bought the couple ticket, which included the entrance + a digital photo + a gift + 2 drinks. But it wasn't really worth it, because the camera for the digital photo was not working and as for the gift.. We received 2x mini bags which you can use for sunglass/makeup etc.. The museum is located in Prater, so it's nice that you can see/do 2 activities in one day.

It doesn't need to pay for the entrance fee of the amusement park, so everybody can enjoy just walking inside for free, but each attractions need tickets, we enjoyed Madame Tussauds, it costed 58euro for a couple, it contains 2 bottles of drink and 1 souvenir. Also, we could take many pics at the machine there until we can take ones that we like, then get downloaded 😉

Nice place with interesting scenes. Can also serve for educational porpuses, teaching kids about history and culture. Tickets for adults are about 26 eur, for kids 20 eur. Seems a little bit pricy, but if you take time and ejoy, is worth it. :)

Definitely a 5 star location. Amazing experience and amazing things to see. It is right in the amusement park of prater. We got the couples ticket and it was definitely worth it. You get a free gift and free drinks at the end. I will say I was not expecting it to be that cool and interesting. A lot of history and very shocking to see everything with VR and noises. I highly recommend going.

Located inside Parter Park (amusement park). This is not London's Madame Tussauds, there are no other attractions here except wax dolls, about 40 minutes and you are out. If you order on the spot the cost is 24 euros. If you bought the day before on their website, it's 21.60 euros. Impressive dolls from history to the present day

I'll give it a 8.5 out of 10. I was there on new year's eve and there was a fair in that location which made the experience 10/10. Entry fee was not that bad for a student, if I can afford it you definitely can too. Great lighting for pics and some ongoing updates/construction at the time of my visit. I was wondering 🤔 why former president Obama's figure was white? The lighting maybe? Anyway, if you're thinking about it, do it.

A very entertaining place, possibly one of the highlights of my trip to Vienna. Many high-quality wax figures. There are both Austrian and international celebreties. It also has a lot of locations for photos, and there is a store on-site where you can buy souvenirs.

  • 3/5 [email protected] B. 2 years ago on Google
I cannot say it isn't nice but having been to Madame Tussauds in London I must say that in comparison it is a poor imitation.

It was really interesting. I went with my family and we had all the fun in the world. I was a little bit disappointed when I found out that the statue of Angelina Jolie is missing(I mean that was never there, not missing like stolen or taken anywhere else. Although there were a pictures of it on the wall which was really strange).

Totally recommended museum. Fine wax job. You may also can create your own wax hand statue.

There are not a lot of celebrities but it is worth going to meet those few. Most Indian celebrities statues are in Singapore. Despite that enjoyed a lot spending time by taking a lot of pictures. If you like collecting a souvenir, opt for souvenir from the museum while purchasing tickets.

Very nice museum to spend time with your family! I made mistake with the date when I both the tickets in advance and the staff was very helpful and they fix the problem quickly so we can enjoy our time there! I recommend it!

  • 4/5 Irena D. 1 year ago on Google
It was very nice experience. I've got a chance to "meet" my favourite actors, singers and others. The only bad thing is that I expected more surprises in this museum for this price. Without mentioning price of ticket, everything is perfect, really.

I generally find museum visits rather boring and uninspiring but this is one place where this opinion of mine changes. You may hear about Madame Tassauds but visiting is altogether a wonderful experience. Surely not cheap but worth it if you decide to visit. Sometimes deals pop up offering reduced price entries so keep an eye. Being in Prater easily reachable as well as lot to do after going through the museum. You get offer to get photographed which you can decide to get against payment (optional).

Definitely Should be visited. Very amusing, located inside the pratel, wax figures are quite realistic, and photo stands are really fun.

  • 1/5 Panaretos Z. 2 years ago on Google
Very small and very expensive! It doesn't really offer anything special. 24 euro each for a very small museum. 10 euros per person would have been a more reasonable price Paid extra for coffee , picture and they just gave us water!! Some celebs look like real, others aren't even close. Overall nothing special compared to the one in London. Not recommended! Spend your money on something better.

Historical. I couldn't see it though, but my friend that does spent a nice one hour there. She was particularly interested in it and the images she brought to us was wonderful. While she was there, I was having fun at the other parts of the Park.

  • 4/5 Ivana H. 1 year ago on Google
The place is not too big but it was a great fun with our teen kids. However for a foreigner there is quite a lot of Austrian personalities ( many of them we did not know). Tickets don't come cheap and the gift shop is overpriced.

Madame Tussauds is one of the best attractions in every major capital city, an undeniable fact. I visited most of them across Europe, and this one is a keeper too. We had a bit of an issue with the "Couple Ticket", which we booked online specifically, the system didn't work that morning, and we couldn't get our included photos printed. The staff was helpful enough, and we got a refund for our extras as soon as possible. Everyone was upon the task of making the customers feel welcomed and helped with whatever was needed.

It lives up to its expectations. Some statues are so life-like it is almost unnerving.

Very nice place to visit and have fun, not so big than others madam Tussauds Museum but I had a lot of fun inside. Just one note the figure of Kate Perry doesnt look nothing to Kate Perry itself

A must have attraction at Vienna, although a bit expensive, try not to miss it. It is also located at Vienna theme park (Prater) so you can enjoy the park after visiting.

  • 5/5 Valentin C. 5 years ago on Google
A beautiful experience worth living at least once in a lifetime. The wax figures from this museum are very well done by perfectly imitating the characters, sometimes you have the impression that you are being watched by the character, very beautiful! The museum is quite small but it is worth visiting. The entrance is just after you pass the gate to the Prater amusement park. There is also a metro station nearby ... the transportation is very accessible. Entrance costs 23 euros for an adult or for free if you have a Vienna Pass.

The exhibition is fine, but there's no excuse for the fact that in 2022 Vienna, in one of the most famous museums of the world, they only accept cash, not credit card. As long as almost every little store across Europe do accept credit card as common payment method. I was lucky, I had cash, otherwise I wonder what I would have explained to my little daughter, eager to visit it.

    Small museum, but very nice

  • 5/5 Iulia B. 1 year ago on Google
Had a lot of fun there and really enjoyed the experience. It was the first time I have visited a wax museum and i was impressed. It is not very big, but offers great ways to have fun. No waiting time , we visited on Friday, takes up to one hour to visit, providing that you also read the description, take photos, etc.

  • 5/5 Elizabeth G. 1 year ago on Google
Its been a while since I been to a wax museum, but this one by far is amazing. The figures of famous people look almost alive! Definetly a great selfie experience!

  • 5/5 Irem G. 1 year ago on Google
A beautiful museum and also you can find some experience areas that you can solve the codes or touch boxes etc. We visited on Friday and did not wait even for a minute but after I've visited again on Sunday, there were around 10 people that are waiting for the ticket. If you buy the ticket 1 day earlier, you pay %10 less. They have quite big gift shop and you can find many Madame Tussauds accessories.

  • 5/5 Ivona Pejić N. 2 years ago on Google
First Madame Tussauds I have visited, loved it! Lots of famous persons from past & present, very realistic & nicely presented! You can take photos, look around, learn different facts...

  • 1/5 Daria M. 1 year ago on Google
A bit of a disappointing experience. The museum seems really large from the outside, but the tour itself is quite short. A lot of personalities missing (that they write about on the website) and the staff just shrugged unknowingly. It doesn’t even come close to other Madame Tussauds in Europe. The entrance ticket costs just as much as other museums in Vienna, but what they offer is way lower. There is a small discount if you buy tickets online in advance. Besides, there is no cloak room so if you visit in winter it might be uncomfortable.

  • 4/5 Banseras12 B. 1 year ago on Google
It was cool and fun experience! Besides the "celebs" you have few quiz and missions slong the way. Throughout it should have more examples.
