Tasty gelato. A bit awkward surcharge for pistachio taste and CASH ONLY, otherwise good service 😜

Good ice cream, but a little boring and not top in Vienna in my opinion. The local tries to be fancy, but i think it looks a little copied. Of course a little more expensive as well (due to the location?). I wouldnt mind having some more unusual ice cream flavours!

Good ice cream, only place in Vienna where you can get Haskap (Siberian sweeteners honeysuckle) taste

No-nonsense heavy, dense, delicious ice cream of a quality I´d say is new to Vienna. Stylish outfit, friendly staff. I also like the extravagant creations at other ice cream parlors very much, been eating there since I was a kid (hint - Cold War time, nothing to do with ice cream). You won´t find that there - 6 to 8 flavors or so, no cookies or stuff in it, but definitely worth a try (or three...).

So tasty and great for hot days if you're near the Rathaus! Cost 3€ for the bowl with 2 scoops of gelato! Worth the price 😊 I got strawberry and mango which is such a good combination! The vanilla and lemon are amazing too!

Super nice taste! Ordered the vanilla one and did not regret it. Most vanillaful ice cream ever. Tasted the pistachio and ut was to die for! Only problem is the cash-only policy. Gluten free and vegan available!

Plenty of opportunities to get a nice gelato in Vienna, but this place is a bit above the others. Not so many flavours as you can usually expect, and this speaks in favor of quality over quantity. The creams are smooth and delicate and the fruity ones are just perfect. A bit pricy overall, but that's totally fine in Vienna.

Very tasty gelato and super helpful staff! You can taste it before you buy at to make sure you'll like it! They even have an intense chocolate flavour which I would recommend to any dark chocolate lovers! Prices are reasonable too, especially on this day with such high inflation.

Ice cream ist good, but pricing very questionable. Portions are small compared to other ice cream parlors. it’s not possible to have a small cup with two flavors - not even for toddlers. Also service has been very unfriendly.

I was instantly hooked when I discovered this place a few years ago. I kept a list of all the different flavours they made that I had tried and eagerly awaited what the new offerings would be almost every day in the summer. The ice cream is superb. BUT, nobody can tell me that the portions have not been getting ever smaller over the years. The tiny amount you get is getting ridiculous and I have stopped going there for cones because this dampens the enthusiasm immensely. I just get boxed ice cream from time to time now. I wish they would give out larger amounts again, as it would be a shame if more people turned their back on them because of this and their business would suffer in the process. In addition, I find their social media interaction patronizing. They should state exactly how they're going about picking the winner of their instagram contests. E.g. if they state that whoever gets closest in guessing how many flavours they serve wins a free cone (without mentioning what happens if more than one person "guesses" correctly - let's face it, the people who got the correct number just knew how to peruse the website thoroughly), then everybody who guesses correctly should get that cone...the way they handle this kind of thing is just disingenuous and adds to the bad feelings I now associate with their brand. As I said, it's a shame, because they make the best ice cream in Vienna, if you're into pure, strong flavours, in my opinion.
