My wife and I had a wonderful and unforgettable day here! One of the most beautiful entertainment places in Vienna, without a doubt. Games, restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere in general is very wonderful.

Really fun place, right outside the train station. We came by sunfall and enjoyed the beautiful lights after it went dark. The good rides cost at least 5 euro for person.

This one of most important attractions in Vienna, and probably the best destination,, It’s an open amusement park, with roller coasters, museums, indoor games, restaurants and much more,, You can easily spend a day there without being bored,, Main disadvantage, there isn’t like an “all pass”, you must buy your tickets for each ride, ahead of riding it, most of them cost around 5 euros, and some are more expensive,,

Great amusement park with a large variety of rides and activities. Not too crowded, waiting queues are small or rather nonexistent. Good option for a date, family day, or some old fashioned adrenaline rush. Ferris wheel is particularly charming during the sunset. It can get a bit windy and cold at the top depending on the season.

We visited during December. Most of the rides were closed and it felt a bit sketchy at some areas. It was dirty and left. The rides are the same as the ones in a common luna park! Probably during spring and summer it will be better!

Very cool place worth visiting! There is a metro station next to it, so getting there is easy. Everyone will find something for themselves, the facility is very large. There are attractions for both children and adults. There are also toilets and many food stalls. The object is very interesting, colorful and cheerful

Amusement park in Vienna, open type. Entrance is free, but everything else - costs. Rides are on average 5 euros. There is something for everyone, for every age. We were in mid-November and it was pretty cold.

If you like loud places where a lot is happening Prater is right for you. But even then it is rather expensive, a lot of the rides cost 5 Euro, it adds up fast, especially if you are there with children. Still it's a place with great tradition which is worth visiting at least once.

Amazing with a lot of fun activities, hours of entertainment but my only problem is the prices. Each ride is between €7-€15 depending on the ride which is quite expensive as there is alot of rides so it makes you want to go on a lot more than just one. Overall it’s a great place to bring children and family, I recommend it to tourists looking for a fun activity for the afternoon.

Expensive but a really fun experience for the teens. There was a great Christmas market too! So we got our mulled wine and the kids got their entertainment! Each ride is about €5.

One of the oldest Amusement Parks in Europe that still exist and functional. Rides were secured and Corona Guidelines were followed properly. Free Entrance. You are gonna pay only on the games and Rides. In general, fun and excitement is not a bore.

It is one of the best places to visit in Vienna. Doesn’t matter what your age is, you will surely find a way to enjoy here. There are a number of rides available for different age groups, tasty food & music is another plus. Please visit prater, and get the refreshment you need in your life :D

Love it. Spend a half a day there. The kid was thrilled and sow did we! Parking is cheap sow you can come by car but public transport is also a viable option. Still have so much more to do and see at Prater but time was short.

It's a great place to spend half a day without getting bored. I didn't think it would be so much fun even for adults to walk around and try different stuff out but it turned out to be a great spent time.

Love it, always a ton of fun! A bit on the pricey side, but keeping in mind this is an amusement park in the middle of Vienna, open basically every day, it makes sense to pay per ride. Fun for a quick trip, 2-3 rides and then off to grab something to eat.

Fun place to visit with kids. Many of the rides are really scary - going crazy fast and high (I and my son tried almost all of them) They do have some rides suitable for young kids too. Entry to the park is free and then you pay for each individual ride. Prices are at par of other parks (3 to 10 euros depending on the ride) They have some eateries and food stalls. Toilets charge 50 cents per person. TIP: Don't miss the churro stall. They make them on order and were yum. TIP: Make sure to visit in the evening when the lights turn on. The photos look awesome. TIP: Skip the disco labyrinth. Not worth 3 euros per person. TIP: If you don't have change for the toilet, walk to the back of the park. The toilets there accept card.

This park of Vienna offers you an amusement park located in the second district, . Its most famous attraction is the Ferris wheel, known as Wiener Riesenrad. Furthermore, on the night still working but if you aren’t into amusement park offers you a large green area also, so walk

This is a very nice theme park in Viena, and the entrance is free. You only pay per ride. There are numerous shops and restaurants where one can sit down and relax and rides for everyone, from the easygoing to the extreme adrenalin junkie. On a very hot day, such as what we experienced, it really helps that there are water rides as well. This is a great place for the whole family or couples.

Probably one of the best activities in Vienna! Entry to the park is free, and each attraction has its own ticket (ranging from 3.5 to 7.5 euros), so expect to spend a bit if you want to actually enjoy the rides. You could easily spend an entire day there, and there are lots of choices where to eat or get refreshments. Even if not interested in the rides, I believe it is still a must see place, at least for a stroll.

Must visit. Alot of cool rides for adults and kids and adrenaline seekers. Some of the rides are so high, you can enjoy the city views . The park has no entry tickets. You only pay for the ride you want to take.

Free entry, though you have to pay for rides including the wheel. Worth a visit in the evening to night so you can see both the daytime and nightime views. Short and fast queue for the wheel even on a public holiday.

I spent a whole day at the Prater and didn't even ride everything! The roller coasters were great, and I loved the variety of classic attractions like the Ferris wheel. It was busy, but the lines moved quickly and the staff kept things organized.

Nice place for families. The place is free to enter but the price for the games are high. The big wheel cost 12euros per person and the shooting game is not at all regulated you can be cheated very easily. Needed cash but the machine charged me 7 euros for 20 that I withdrew even though I canceled before confirmation. The whole place is a money drain, expect to spend 100 euros per person for a normal fun day

Prater is an old amusement park in Vienna with no admission fees or opening hours; games, restaurants, and shops set their own opening and closing times. The Vienna eye is fun for families and easily accessible by wheelchairs and strollers. This place is highly recommended for kids and families.

I didn't expect much since we got the same attractions in Prague twice a year for several months, but the atmosphere is really great. And it gets even better after sunset with the bulb lights. I recommend going on a Booster and the high carousel during sunset. The view is stunning.

What a brilliant theme park, loads of variety on rides for young and old of all thrill levels. There was man coasters in this park which I was very surprised of. I loved that it's free enrty and you just pay for what you wish to ride. I loved that there was practically no line to ride on anything, highly recommended

Wonderful park!! It's more of an amusement park. You'll find awesome rides and fun activities inside. There are tons of food joints where you can eat while choosing rides. It is good for kids as well as adults both. Inside you'll find rides, houses, food joints, water rides etc. Moreover, it'll take an entire day if you enjoy it completely. Highly recommended if you're visiting Vienna!!

Good amusement park working during the whole year. We visited during the winter - not all facilities were opened, however, there was a traditional Christmas market. Of course, the biggest attraction is the Giant Ferris wheel. It's far from the center, however, Danube river is nearby so you can combine your visit with a walk around the river bank. Worth visiting while in Vienna!

(Translated by Google) The Prater is a large public park, although everyone identifies it with the funfair that occupies part of it. Popular tradition is in agreement in defining the Austrians, including the Viennese, as sparing and serious people, scarcely inclined to smile; So what is this amusement park doing among the largest in Europe and, what's more, always crowded with a joyous crowd? Never trust stereotypes: even in the Austrian capital there is an invitation from Lorenzo the Magnificent to enjoy life moment by moment, without worrying about what will happen next ("Who wants to be happy, be of tomorrow there is no certainty "). In any case, an amusement park where you really have fun, where you can spend moments of lightheartedness between a beer and a carousel, between a roller coaster and the centennial Ferris wheel.

Really cool amusement park! Good thing is you can enter free of charge and see it. You only pay for the attractions you like. Thing is it can be a little expensive since each attraction it's 5€. Good place and it has different places to eat, you can easily spend a day here.

  • 5/5 Razan A. 2 years ago on Google

It's getting old and nostalgic. If you're used to the thrill and newness of Disneyland and Universal studio etc this place will disappoint you. It's got history and the games aren't the newest. But come for the famous giant ferris wheels and the Danube swing (quite thrilling), still make the visit worthwhile. Easy to get to with the U-bahn.

Nice place, lots of things to do. No entrance fee to the site, but the show is quite expensive at the end of the day. One ride is about 5Euros, cost can climb up quick with family. Lots of attractions, good food on a reasonable price. Lota of hystory also it was established in1766 for recreational purposes.

Admittedly went during a low traffic period, but was a bit depressing - one of those "must have been amazing once" places... many things closed, some rides way overpriced for 5 EUR, but at least rides' technical quality was good.

Such a cute and amazing park!! There's plenty of rides to try, each charged individually, which i loved since you don't have to pay an entrance ticket. Great vibe, and super cool lights. Go at night!!

This is a must when visiting Vienna. We had no idea this place existed, and we had so much fun. There is a lot to see and do, and something for every age. Some of the rides are a bit costly but it’s a cool park to go to, even if you just want to soak in the vibe for free. The amusement park exists since 1766. Highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Zita P. 1 year ago on Google

Best amusement park I have visited in a long time, has something for every age group . . You can spend one whole day without getting bored, make sure to take cash as they don't accept card for all the rides. .The park gets even better at night with the lights . . We spent our Halloween night at Prater & we couldn't have asked for a better place !

  • 5/5 Roberto N. 8 months ago on Google
Prater, Vienna's thrilling amusement park, is an absolute delight! From the iconic Ferris wheel to thrilling rides and green spaces, there's something for everyone. The availability of lockers adds convenience, making it a must-visit for an unforgettable day of fun and adventure in Vienna!

  • 5/5 Anneke J. 8 months ago on Google
So much fun! Short lines and no wait for lots of rides. Pay by the ride and almost all of them are 5 euros. Much better than paying an entry fee for all rides. Lots of food places and the lights and vibe are exhilarating.

  • 5/5 Zandrea P. 9 months ago on Google
Very fun! You have to pay for most of the rides with cash, they're about $3-$5 USD per person to ride. They have excellent food and carnival treats here.

  • 5/5 Ioanna P. 10 months ago on Google
I really liked the overall atmosphere. There is something for everyone. Can only walk, eat, have fun. There are more extreme and more relaxed attractions, depending on what you prefer. I would visit again. Prices are 4-5 euros per attraction. The Ferris wheel is 13 euros.

  • 5/5 Tom C. 7 months ago on Google
This is a fun amusement park, there is no entry fee and rides all seem to be €5 or less each. Good food options there too and the walk through the surrounding park to get there was very nice. Waits for rides weren't too long. I would recommend the large circular swing ride for a good view of the city.

  • 5/5 Foteini K. 7 months ago on Google

The Prayer is a really really nice park in the middle of the city! It is a theme park with a large variety of rollercoasters and extreme rides to do! The entry to the park is free and you pay for each ride you want to do. It is a great place to hangout in the evening because the lights are very beautiful. It is good for families or groups of friends and there are rides for every age and level of scariness. There are also restaurants, and toilets everywhere and the atmosphere there is just so fun! Highly recommended for people in Vienna to go on weekends nights or even during the week

  • 4/5 Eden L. 7 months ago on Google
A big amusement park with lots of rides and options. The staff is generally nice, there were some who weren’t so nice but it varies between rides. It can get a bit pricey if you want to go on a lot of rides as you pay for each ride individually 3-6 euro per person. If you go at 1 pm everything’s open and you won’t get stuck in lines. I recommend it, it’s a fun experience

  • 5/5 T. M. 7 months ago on Google
This is a fantastic spot for both kids and adults. We visited primarily for the bumper cars and other rides, and it turned out to be a delightful and enjoyable experience. The restroom facilities are available for a small fee of 0.5 euros, and they are reasonably clean. While some of the rides may become a bit repetitive after a while, it's an absolute blast, especially for the kids.

Extremely funny place contains lots of games and fun zones. It is a joyful trip with your family and even for solo players 😁. I found it amazing and deserves every time spent. It has small restaurants and some ATMs.

Big amusement Park with a wide variety of rides. Entry to the park is free so you just pay for which rides you want to go on (I did also notice a booth where you could buy some sort of pass). We went on two roller coasters and a go karts track (where the attendants seemed to not want to be there and then inappropriately hit on my travel buddy) Some rides were shut but that didn't really affect us.

  • 4/5 Tammy H. 6 months ago on Google
Good Theme Park in Vienna! The good point is free of charge and open on Sunday! If you don’t wanna play any attractions, is still worth to have a walk, especially the Giant Ferris Wheel is the oldest Wheel in the world, although is not cheap, still a good attraction to take a look the whole Vienna!

  • 5/5 Paolo Carta (. 6 months ago on Google
amazing place with a lot of fun for everyone. you can find all kinds of attractions, games, rides and more. but also a lot of street food. you pay for each ride you choose, there is no general entrance ticket. recommended especially in the evening when the lights create a magical atmosphere

  • 4/5 Mitiayone 6 months ago on Google
Great for kids. A lot of attractions and activities. Literally returned me to my childhood. Enough extreme attractions for brave people. Prices are kinda high. But it's Vienna. I don't think you find something less than 1-2 euros except toilet.

It was awesome. Went there with our kids.l, and they all had a wonderful time. Just make sure you have enough money to spend on the rides.

Lovely place with fun rides and restaurants. Easily accessible by tube or tram. Free entry, just pay for the rides. So recomendable the ferris wheel, not only for the view, especially at night but the wheel itself is gorgeous.

  • 4/5 • Chloe . 5 months ago on Google
Mainly came for the ferris wheel, which did give nice views of the city. There was a long queue but as there were no signs or attendants I didn't realize until I stood in line for 20 minutes that those with prebooked tickets could skip the line. Many people I saw had this same experience. The park area surrounding the amusement park is also not so safe after dark.

Nice area with loads of places to eat and walk around. Prater park itself has a decent selection of games and entertainments but the prater metro station is a bit tricky for walk specifically late evenings because of drunk people around
