I visited the store yesterday and my experience was nothing but a delight. I want to congratulate all team members of the staff for the excellent customer experience. I’m positively surprised with such experience in Vienna, which is a town know for its unfriendly hospitality. What caught my attention specifically is that at least 4 employees interacted with me in a very friendly manner by greeting me, offering help, assisting me to find pieces in my size and in other stores. I went from browsing, trying pieces and paying at the cashier with the impression that the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I’m leaving this feedback because people will often rush to leave a bad review when something is not right but they don’t remember as often to reinforce positive behaviors when they have a nice experience. Cos team, for all of you who there yesterday, thank you and see you soon!

I have been a client of COS for over 8 years. Today's service on 03/27/2023 at 17:00 in Vienna at Bauernmarkt 2a was a complete disaster and a failure for the company. The manager and sellers REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE JACKET I bought 1 day ago. The sellers said that they have assumptions that: 1. it smells of washing powder, 2 it smells of cigarettes 3 that I wore it. A young girl at the checkout sniffed my jacket, then another older cashier-consultant sniffed it, then they called a young manager guy who categorically refused to refund my money, offering an exchange without a return. He said that the product smelled bad (it was loud in front of other customers too). I am very hurt and not pleased…… I wasted my time and gave the jacket to another branch at neubaugasse 11 without any problems. After that, I had to return to the branch of the COS store on Bauernmarkt 2a, since only there was the trench coat I needed. I made a purchase despite the spoiled mood and wasted time. After that, a young pretty girl (cashier) said goodbye to me and ……: IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE IN OUR BRANCH, DO NOT COME HERE, go TO ANOTHER. This is overkill ! This should not be the case in the service industry! it is unacceptable! situations are different, they need to be able to solve and not humiliate the client, the last phrase said by a young girl subsided my desire to buy your products (. I'm very very frustrated, I'm disappointed………
