If ever you see this shop as a selling partner on Farfetch, avoid it. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for almost 1000 euro and the delivery was supposed to be from this shop. Shipping confirmation showed 2 pairs would be delivered in one parcel, however only one pair came, also with no return label attached. The order is now shown as delivered. Hm, are you not going to send me 2 remaining pairs of shoes? Very unreliable for this price. I unterstand that it is partly badly organised by Farfetch, but if it says 2 pairs will be delivered but only one arrives, I think that the shop messed this up. Anyway, will avoid this in the future. Update: I appreciate the customer orientation of Liska when solving this issue. I got a personal call from the manager to explain the misunderstanding and he explained the situation. Thank you for the quick handling.
