Terrible customer service, in particular one older asian lady, has no manners and no idea what being "customer friendly" means. Moncler should make sure that people representing them in the shop know how to treat the customers who come in willing to spend a lot of money!

I have never had such a disappointing shopping experience. I checked with the clerk again to confirm the size of the purchase, but in the end I still got the wrong size! The sad thing is that I went back to my country and they couldn't help me with it~ The company's customer service is just as bad~ I bought it because I liked this brand, and now I am very disappointed with it🥲

When I visit this place, all the staff members greet me kindly and recommend sizes that fit me well, which I really appreciate. Manager Kerstin and Shu-Chun Tsai are exceptionally friendly. The variety in clothing types and sizes makes it a great place to shop whenever I'm in Vienna. I recommend it here.

I wanted to share my great experience from a recent shopping trip to the Moncler store in Vienna. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the sales associate Shu-Chun. Shu-Chun took the time to learn about what I was looking for in a jacket as well as my sizing. She guided me skillfully around the well-organized store, highlighting different styles, materials and colors that would suit my needs and preferences. It was clear that Shu-Chun knew the Moncler inventory inside and out. She assisted me professionally in the fitting room and offered styling ideas. After trying several coats, I found the perfect quilted down jacket. Shu-Chun handled the entire purchase expertly and even asked if I'd like the jacket gift wrapped. I will definitely return to this Moncler location thanks to Shu-Chun's excellent customer service skills. Her knowledge and warmth made shopping a truly pleasant experience. Moncler is lucky to have such a talented representative as part of their team. Be sure to ask for Shu-Chun - you won't be disappointed!!

For the last few days, I visited this store many times. The customer service is very friendly and always there to help. Every time we came to the store they welcomed us and always smiled. There were no problems with the delivery, the exchange, and the quality of products. They also gave us honest advice on the search for the perfect polo shirt. Later we were even able to see the new shoe collaboration with Converse and even reserve it for the release date.

I wish i could give 0 !!! Please buy not at this Branch! U cannot return your purchase!!!

Sales personnel was very attentive, friendly and ready to help find whatever style and fit I was looking for. Although the style offer is not extensive, the customer service was really good.

Terrible service! After a long fitting and choosing a jacket, when paying, it turned out that the price indicated on the label is higher by 200€. The seller said it was just a mistake!!! I don’t understand why the customer has to pay more because of a store error. After my request to talk to the manager, I was told that I was asking for a discount. I don’t understand how it’s related. I’m disappointed.
